   Worst subscription ever bought. I bought annual subscription but it doesn't have songs from major artists like Cheema Y, Justin Beiber, Post Malone, Jelly Roll. Even it doesn't have Indian artists songs. Worst subscription ever purchased.

   Worst experience. Subscribed for a year ( unfortunately). The app keeps disconnecting, and the audio quality randomly drops mid‑song. I’ve used Apple Music, JioSaavn, and Amazon Music, out of all of them, Gaana has been the worst.

   Literally impossible to cancel. There’s really no need for this app if you have Spotify- and it’s such a process to cancel. The chat bot is slow, their email comes from a no reply and their FAQ’s don’t address what to do if the “cancel membership” option isn’t in your account.

   Gaana App doesn’t work In US. Songs keep buffering and the audio quality is poor. It works fine on Wi‑Fi, but on mobile data the experience is very bad. I feel the subscription was a waste of money, so I’ve canceled the automatic renewal. I don’t recommend for US Subscribers

    Sound quality & songs search. Sound quality is very low and searching songs is very hard. You could not even dig song what ever you want but still exists done. I see this app from my childhood , but not improved a lot. I am buying this app just because of less price. That’s it.

    Not as good as before. Gaana doesn’t want their users to listen to songs for free with ads. Spotify is better and will use that app instead of your to listen to songs. I used to like to use your app but not anymore.

    How do I cancel my subscription?. Very bad app. I signed for a month and the I wanted to cancel but I am not able to cancel the monthly subscription and it has been charging $4.99 for last 6 months. I also reached out to support by sending the email. But no reply on it yet.

Support is the worst and the app is not for outside India users..they show the albums but disclose its not for thr region ..then they are clueless.why dont you just remove the listing and show what can play by region.This company and app is a robbery by displaying something and only serving a few.Even a $1 an year is waste of money.Dont buy this app or subscription.Customer service at the feedback email is worst..they dont read ur emails..they just send an automated text despite you sending information that it doesnt match.

    YoutTubeMusic, Saavn and others are far far better. I have been using and testing subscriptions based services for more than 4 years now and this is the worst music streaming service I have had. Will never come back again.
