   Broken app/scam. The amount of times I have tried requesting songs at the establishment that uses this app, and the venue algorithm constantly skips my upvoted songs that me and others have upvoted and the app plays the venues algorithmic downvoted songs over the requested ones THAT ARE PAID FOR even though that is not how the app is supposed to work. I am tired of it and this is a broken app. They haven’t fixed it in years and at this point, they’re just scamming me. Per their support and website if a song is up voted, it is supposed to play sooner and vice versa. If a song is downloaded, it is supposed to take longer to play yet it constantly does not play the songs that I up voted paid for other people up voted and the other songs are downloaded it’s broken and I’m tired of not saying anything about it for years I’m literally paying for nothing at this point and it’s not right

   Always taking away songs. I’m a manager at a planet fitness and songs are constantly being taken down for no reason

   Very inaccurate. I had 18000 upvotes and a few months later only 6000 even though I have been getting many upvotes and almost no downvotes. Number of plays is also way off.

   No auto feature. I work at a planet fitness in a small town and everyone that comes in doesn’t bother with this app they just have their own music playing in their headphones. I mainly use it to have good music playing while I’m working. I don’t like after six songs Rockbot will take over and play its music over the songs I choose. Also, the music that it plays is either music that nobody’s ever heard of or it plays music that is just not gym worthy. The music it chooses sucks.

    Pretty trash. This app could be 1000x better. Pretty low tier if u ask me. From the, only being able to request two songs at a time. To only being able to play the same song after a two day wait. To the lackadaisical amount of song selections available. Connect Apple Music but only allowed maybe 25 songs. Pretty lame

    How do you not have music. We live in an era where streaming and an ad blocker allows anyone access to all the earth’s music for free without interruptions. There is no such thing as ‘this song is unavailable’

    Do People Really Use This?. Not worth it. Does anyone else really need to hear what I listen to? No. Do I need to hear what they listen to? No. I can hardly hear the music playing on the PF speakers anyway. Deleted the app. I have earbuds. Enough said.

    Worst Music Player. My workplace has used this music player for 5 years. All I can say is if you want to hear songs that are not enjoyable and you have never heard, then this is for you. Even when you override the playlist to play a certain genre, you will sit there for 8 hours and not even hear one song you like.

    Baffling App. This app sometimes works right and plays the songs that are requested and sometimes just decides to play whatever it wants no matter how much we tell it NO. Sometimes it lets me select three songs and sometimes it’s just two or one with no consistency. It’s missing or blocked so many good songs and bands and it’s loves to play music that we hate without anyone asking and not listen to correction. Edit: Since posting this comment I finally got fed up with it and uninstalled it

    Now it’s EVEN WORSE. (UPDATE) When I said do better, I didn’t mean do better by making it worse. First it was your requested songs being knocked down all the way to the bottom of the queue and forcing those terrible bland NPC techno music to play before yours, now it just goes offline when you try to request a certain song just for that song to get removed and you can’t request that song anymore because of the venue being temporarily offline over and over again. I can go on forever but this review is already long enough. It’s very funny and sad at the same time to see an app go from a very fantastic unlimited requesting app to a very limited, more strict buggy and broken to the point where it’s just unusable. Just very sad.

    Terrible evil app. Does not let me play any music. You have zero options. Maybe give me more options if you’re gonna give me a limited number of daily suggestions. Truly evil and awful in every way

    Ignores paid requests and current audience. Rockbot is frustrating to use. Paid song requests are often ignored, audience votes rarely make a difference, and it also blocks downvotes on songs that were not requested.The app also refuses to play different songs that share the same name, like “Jump” by Van Halen and “Jump” by Kris Kross, as if they were the same track. It’s especially restrictive with paid requests. You can only request one specific song every 24 hours, even after paying for it. That makes the paid features feel pointless and unfair. Logging out also removes paid requests? Additionally, you can’t see your points you have, so it can be taking points or not giving what you bought. Today I bough fifty, used it on four songs at six points each, and it said I ran out when I went to boost the fifth song. Rockbot feels locked down, unreliable, and out of touch with the users it’s meant to serve. Hopefully it gets adjusted, otherwise taking my money for nothing.

    Garbage app. Bump the algorithm choice songs to the bottom if there are personal requests. Also let us select more songs/artists.

    Poor performance, abandonware?. The app has extremely poor performance, nearly unusable for requesting songs. Venues paying for the service should be sure to consider other options.

    Poor music selection. I click on one band and am directed to another. I request a song and it plays an alternate, less popular version of the song. Forced to listen to a horrible playlist. Ugh, go back to Sirius please!!
