   Sao playlist biến mất hết luôn rồi. mở app tự nhiên không thấy playlist gì hết, tìm bài hát gì cũng không ra, mặc dù có wifi đàng hoàng. giờ chỉ còn nghe được những bài đã tải thôi. mong nhà phát hành sửa nhanh.

    NCT thua xa SoundCloud & Spotify. Kho nhạc của NCT giới hạn chỉ có vài bài nghe được. Còn lại thì phải trả tiền, nhưng chưa chắc gì là nghe được. Chất lượng bài hát thì quá kém, có rất nhiều bài nhạc gốc tác giả thì tìm không thấy. Chỉ nghe được các bài nhạc của dân mạng. Thôi thì xài app của SoundCloud & Spotify cho khoẻ, đỡ nhức đầu.

    App như c.ứ.t. Update lại như quần què, giờ không thể sort theo tên ca sĩ trong mục nhạc đã tải. Bao nhiêu phiên bản vẫn không fix

    Latest version broken. Terrible UI, breaks basic functionalities in the latest upgrade. App doesn’t keep track of user options- always reset every time app starts. Always gets back to “For You” instead if current playlist. And playlist always resets to the beginning. Broken upgrade.

    The app doesn’t stay opened. Submitted a ticket through the app with my email on file and they never got back to me. Using this app on the 13 pro with 6 gb of ram, leaving the app to answer a text, go back and it hard reload. This app seems a bit ridiculous. If you take my premium subscription, code something that make it worthwhile please.

    App quá đần, quá lỗi. Ipad os 15.5 văng app. Giao diện quá phiền. Khinh thường người dùng cũ. Vip vip cái quần đùi Nhạc suffle quá tệ. Mỗi ngày dùng thì nó lại phát bài cũ thay vi phát ngẫu nhiên mới. Trùng rất nhiều. Chạy trong nền quá tệ. Dừng nhạc 1 chút là phải bật app trở lại. App quá ngu. Không thể nào nghe tiếp được nhạc offline đã dừng như bản cũ. Chẵng lẽ ngày nào cũng phải mò mò cả nửa tiếng để nghe tiếp danh sách cũ?

    Annoying and inefficient. I downloaded the music to listen to “my music”, every time i open the app, it automatically turns me to “suggestions” - which I don’t know and don’t like the type/song. Not only that, when i refresh the app, i lost track of the music i was listening to, i wanted to listen from my list, but the app didn’t “remember” it. I don’t know where i left and it was very extremely annoying. The old version has everything i need and I want, it stored the music i was listening to and continued where i left. And the background was friendly to use as well. I don’t like this new color of the app. Please return back to the old one.

    Dở tệ không muốn nói. Update mới rất rất tệ hình như ad không được trả đủ tiền hay sao ý: - Giao diện xấu khủng khiếp như đi bắt chước Spotify, rồi làm mất luôn playlists của người dùng - Nhạc bật lung tung app tự động chuyển sang bật bài khác rồi sập, nhất là chức năng Daily Mix - Không thể đăng kí VIP để tải lại nhưng bài cũ - Mất luôn chức năng Equalizer, lyrics chạy lệch nhạc - v.v Tưởng Zing MP3 đã tệ rồi ai ngờ NCT còn thảm hại hơn. Chắc đợi chuyển sang điện thoại mới rồi mình xoá tài khoản nct vậy.

    Phiên bản mới này. Xin các anh vui lòng đổi lại thành phiên bản cũ ạ. Phiên bản mới này bỏ đi rất nhiều các tính năng cần thiết như là sao chép nhạc từ máy tính, shuffle sau khi chọn bài hát, repeat bài hát. Phần góp ý trong app còn thiếu nút chọn chủ đề nữa
