   Problematic app. Its good but it has major problems, after paying for premium, every time I open the app I have to restore my purchase or it won’t work as premium.

   What’s it cost?. I have the free version. There’s a lot to like. I don’t know how to rate this product. They have the free version, then in-app, you can purchase the upgrade. So far, so good. Problem is I can’t find the cost of the upgrade. Feels like buying a timeshare. Is it expensive? Don’t know. Is it a subscription? Don’t know. One time purchase, monthly, yearly? Don’t know.

   All of my Maps are gone 😡. I dont know what happened. But all my maps, all my job is gone. I use to love this app a lot. My ideas get clearer and I love the easy and useful app. But now, everything simple is gone. All the maps move to the date 1969, and 0 kb.... Is it any possibility to get back my maps?

   My maps don’t share. I purchased the pro version and tried to share on Google Drive to access on my other devices but the file type is not supported. Appreciate some help with this app from developers.

   Shame about the hidden costs. Really enjoyed building my mind maps on this app, so much so that I upgraded on my iPad to take advantage of the cloud based functionality in order to work across my devices. After downloading the app for my MacBook I was again prompted for payment almost double what I paid for the iPad app. At no point was I informed that the cloud based work would only work on a specific type of device. I have requested a refund - Not yet had a response.

   Please fix it! Mimind does not support Logitech's Bluetooth keyboard to input Chinese~. My system is ipad OS13.6.1. When I am editing nodes, your software does not support Logitech's k380 keyboard to input Chinese, but your competitor xmind supports it. Please fix this problem! I am willing to continue using mimind, if I use it well, I will pay. Thank you~

    OK’ish. Its a very good mind mapping piece of software. I feel you’ve got a lot of control over how the data is presented, and its much better than many other min map software for linking nodes/elements together. However, and this is a BIG HOWEVER, it is clunky as hell. It looks severely out of date. Often, menus cover other items. The clunky ness is highlighted in my mind by the way you scale the GUI (which is a great option, but...) you have to do this by picking a DPI scale. Its a good app, and I’ll use it, but don’t upgrade unless you absolutely have to have the locked off feature, as although its useful, its not exactly a pleasure to use. Its a shame really. The devs should be putting the time into redoing the GUI to make it look even slightly like 2020 product, not like something from the early 00’s.

    Good but need some improvement. I bought it twice for my iPad and my MacBook. Many times, it’s asking me to buy it to unlock features. Which I did… also, with a Mac, we have no possibilities to zoom in and out with the pad, you need to click on zoom every time. But it’s a great app.

    Amazing app, 1 issue.. Love the app and have used it to make a few large projects, but I’m having a reoccurring issue. Sometimes when I add subtext under the main text, it makes the whole node HUGE! For seemingly no reason and it’s been super annoying. Please fix this

    Great, But. The app is outstanding overall with excellent features and operability. The developers care about updates and customer satisfaction. Many bugs and errors (like non functional hyperlinks or saving issues etc) have been resolved and are being usually resolved rather quickly. Unfortunately the PC counterpart of this App that works seamlessly from PC to mobile with the data being synchronized, is a huge pain! Every time the PC restarts, it requires you to enter the registration details over and over again, which is a cumbersome 5 step process requiring to look up the order number and login details without being able to just register it once and forget about it and use it as desired. With time this is very annoying and unnecessary. As for future features, maybe some AI integration would be nice and some more advanced export options (code and media specific). Still, this is one of the best Apps for mind maps on the Appstore!

    Pretty much perfect.. Wonderful, looks amazing. I only have two complaints. One, creating your own color schemes for the family trees never seem to look the way they do in the tree when you actually create them. Two, for the love of god please let us add two parents to a child.

    Great value, easy to use, missing a few things. I found this app very helpful in learning to mind map, and very easy to use. As others have mentioned, you get a lot of features even before the paywall, and the cost for the Pro version is extremely reasonable. There are a few improvements I would like to request: 1. Give us a sticker library so we can create more visual guidance in our maps. It’s nice we an insert an image, but then we have to find an image to insert. Ready-made sticks would be easier. 2. Add support for two-finger cursor movement and handwriting recognition for the iPad 3. Make the UI more modern-looking and open-feeling. Thanks for a great app!

    Very nice, but missing few important features. This app makes very nice maps. Very nice many export options (in paid version). The controls some times a bit confusing, but once I figure out them can use without problems. My biggest complaints are: 1. Couldn’t find the way to switch the template in existing map 2. I have a map in in form of outline or spreadsheet and want to import it as a new map. Don’t see how to do that even in paid version.

    MiMind. Great App. Lots of cool features in the paid version. The colour palette, fonts and symbols help to brighten up your maps. I will give 5 stars as soon as app allows me to embed images into maps.

    I love this app!!!. This is a great app I purchased it August 2025. I use it every day to keep track of things and to work through troubleshooting problems and a lot more. I had some issues with it a couple days ago and I contacted their support. they got right back to me. The person’s name is Nik. They fix the problem and I’m back in and didn’t loose anything. If you Mind Map this is amazing without all the pens and paper just on your phone easy to use. Worth having!!!

    First things first, VERY Impressive GUI!. The amount of work that went into creating such a comprehensive, useful and practical GUI for an iPhone is very much appreciated! At first engagement/sight of the user interface I briefly anticipated this app to be a hot mess but a fraction of a second later and I was admiring the functionality while enjoying editing a very visual pleasing template with ease. I couldn’t wrap my head around which I was more impressed with the comprehensive creative options at my fingertips or how elegantly it was executing my task without the slightest lag. AND on top of that they DON’T Collect Data. Great job everyone.

    Spectacular. This is the best mind mapping software out there. Almost all of the features are free, and it doesn’t feel like I’m being pressured to buy it. The ui is fluid, and although it may look complicated on the surface, it only took me a few minutes to get it down, and that’s saying something. It’s great for expressing my creativity, and I hope more people find this software because of how simply amazing it is. 20/10
