   Getting banned for no reason. They banned all my accounts for my age being listed under 18 for trolling even though I’m actually 18!!!they don’t care how much u wanna prove and give documents they just tell u they can’t help .the support is so bad

"للأسف، تجربة سيئة جداً. التطبيق يتبع سياسة حظر عشوائية وظالمة ضد المستخدمين لأسباب تافهة لا تستوجب الحظر أبداً. والأدهى من ذلك هو 'تجاهل' فريق الدعم الفني لرسائلنا؛ نتواصل معكم بكل صراحة واعتراف بالخطأ أو للاستفسار ولا نجد إلا الإهمال وعدم الرد. يبدو أن القائمين على البرنامج لا يهتمون بمستخدميهم ولا بسلامة مجتمعهم بقدر ما يهتمون بفرض سلطة الحظر دون نقاش. إذا استمر هذا التجاهل وهذه السياسة القمعية في الحظر، فالحل الوحيد هو حذف التطبيق نهائياً والبحث عن بدائل تحترم المستخدم وتجيب على تساؤلاته. لا أنصح أحداً بتحميله إذا كان يبحث عن تقدير أو عدالة

   Customer Service. i could not believe my account is banned because i changed my age to 17 year old , i understand u dont want people 18- on this app but at least dont ban all accounts , horrible behaviour

   Their customer service is HORRIBLE!!!. I had been using wakie for months and had a 5 star rating, always reported when I saw things that violated behavior. I would sometimes change my birthday in the app in an attempt to not be matched with people 20-30 years older than me, and that had been fine for months until last week it wasn’t and it permanently banned me. I talked to the wakie support, told them this was a mistake, and was willing to provide legal documentation verifying my age. They wouldn’t do anything!! I talked to some girl named “Anna” for Wakie support, and she didn’t help at all and basically just told me to move on cause she wouldn’t do anything. So sad that they’ll let perverts on this app but not protect the good people who actually use it.

   Moderators are scum. First off it’s a disgusting app 99% of the time. Met one awesome person on here, but that was insane luck. 90% of what you see on here is sexual, 50% of that is involving minors or even worse, adults asking specifically for minors. The mods however are completey okay with this and will disable your ability to file reports if you call them out on this. I get banned for swearing whereas hundreds of pedo’s get by without even a warning. The mods even shadowbanned my account after I kept calling them out.

   App for Scammers. This app is the worst example of scam social network apps. What a scam. It’s just fake profiles with stolen instagram model pics and incredibly low effort scammers. No one is real on this app. Also there are a lot of 12 to 17 year olds on the app which is very concerning. I really hope they are not real either. It’s a PDF dream. This is the worst of the worst and a shining example of why some of this social media should be regulated.

   HORRIBLE. BEWARE there are catfishes on this app. There are men pretending to act like there’s someone that they’re not. I will never be using this app again. This app is absolutely horrible and it’s disgusting full of weird mentally unstable people this app made me feel unsafe and I hope that you guys take serious comfort for this and protect your community because this is not ok.

    age requirements, spam. it’s a good app, but i don’t like that children (13-17) are allowed to be on here, and there are no restrictions. adults can access, call, and chat with them freely. also i got my posts taken down for “spam” and i did nothing. but adults are allowed to text, call, and send explicit pics to minors? focused on the the wrong thing.

Wakie will hack you and sell your information and black mail you for money.❌❌❌ 3. Wakie shows favoritism by protecting the most reckless and criminal users on the app. Taking no action DESPITE VIDEO EVIDENCES AND SCREENSHOTS proving the constant bullying and bad behavior of this users, and wakie continues to expose users to the worse online experience ever. 4. The support/moderation team engages in unprofessional behavior looking the other way on reports of "minor girls being sexually harassed" and "verbally abused" on the app. ( This can be any of our children) 5. The support team manipulates the reporting system by dismissing valid complaints without review, or closing reports without taking any action towards their fav users while banning the actual victims asking for help. ⚠️ Retaliation Against Users Who Report or Expose Misconduct ‼️ The support team retaliates users by suspending or permanently banning their accounts and preventing them to contact support if you expose wakie wrongdoings. Muslims are preferred in the app specially terrorists and pedophiles! This channel shows all the proof on youtube @jcjb3142 ❌STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP❌

    Full of perverts and racists!. I’ve reported numerous people for their consistent violent and harmful comments and targeting towards certain members and demographics and the mod team MAY hide their words but no real action is taken. This is not a safe app for genuine people. It is unregulated and no amount of contacting support or following their reporting process has resolved the encounters I’ve experienced and witnessed. Will not return or recommend

    It's a joke app they ban you for no reason. I got banned for no reason I got banned twice in the stand two weeks for not doing anything. Y’all are strict as heck.     Scammers, bugs, and underage people. It’s hard to enjoy this app because of the amount of scammers that message me everyday. Every time I show my card to let people know I’m available for a call, floods of bots and Nigerian scammers are contacting me. Yet Wakie doesn’t do anything about this. Also there should be a setting to where You should select the age group that you want. And hide your profile to the age group you don’t want contacting you. Too many minors contacting me and flirting as well. Also Whenever I try to call someone directly, it doesn’t work. this app needs a lot of work.

    you get permanently banned for everything. don’t get this app they ban you for everything all the mods are super biased only help their friends or people they like even if their doing something wrong and support is trash too i’ve tried contacting them several times they won’t help you my account has been banned for over a year now i have done nothing wrong never posted nudes or engaged in any type of inappropriate behavior only thing is people will block you for the stupidest reasons like copy ur topic and then block you and that’s a violation there’s no way to prevent that and it adds up and i got banned still trying to get back on the app but unfair bans really and violations for literally just existing on the app are a thing and it’s really bad so just don’t waste ur time unless you wanna get banned and lose people you’ve known for years through the app literally 2 years and they ban me they won’t even help to try and restore my account
