   Overbearing moderation and lack of support will be the downfall of this app. - Had a issue reaching out to one of my friends after awhile where I initially sent a emoji but quickly deleted it due to how telegram animates them, right after that I sent a simple “Hey, hows it going” and that froze my account for a TOS violation. - I was able to get the violation appealed within 30 minutes and I left it alone for the night. - The following morning tried to reach out to the same person with a simple “whats up” but that immediately smacked my account with a restriction where I can only message mutual contacts. [Side Note] I got my friend to send me a message first on telegram which oddly allowed me to respond? Because it goes to show if you don’t talk to someone for some time and try to reach out to them you’ll end up getting your account restricted. I’ve attempted to resolve this issue on my own however @Spambot is completely useless, and would only provide me with the ability to write a message to a supervisor which I did… however the restriction is still on my account, which is completely unacceptable, as it hinders communication and is making me fear for the ability to use my account properly for simply using the app.

   Uninstalled because I can’t stop bots from sending me messages. This privacy control is locked behind a premium tier, but the app is unusable. I will stick to WhatsApp and recommend my friends to contact me there instead.

   Help this is broken and I need support. I’ve used telegram for years I have thriving communities that I access and interact with daily. Until two weeks ago. I can’t open and messages or channels. I can’t get support I don’t know what’s wrong or how to fix it and your report a problem options are unrelated to actual problems with the app itself.

    Everything changes time to time just to annoy you. One day they will take your 4 letter username and give it to someone else and now you want to log into your account it requires your email to login to an account you already have. Terrible decision making team.

    “Отзывчивая поддержка тг”. 3 недели пытался добиться от поддержки ответа и помощи по вопросу «Взлом аккаунта мошенником» - так и не дождался. На аккаунте был куплен тг-премиум на 2 года. Обидно, что сказать. Заполнял и официальную форму на сайте, писал на почту на Английском языке, а в ответ тишина.

    Очень греется телефон и салится батарея. Две недели назад заметил, что айфон стал греться, сначала подумал, что батареи плохо, но нет. Потом заметил у меня тг 126% батареи за день ест, удалил его и греться перестал. Скачал заново и все нормально было, а потом опять началось.

    NOT RECOMMENDED. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app due to a glitch with my chats. Now that I am trying to log back in, the app is forcing me into a paywall just to get my account back. Standard support doesn't reply, and paying for basic recovery is unacceptable. Very disappointed with how this platform is evolving.
