   So many bugs. I don’t know why this app has such a high rating. I’ve been using it for a few years now and it’s constantly buggy. Profile pictures never save, sent and received photos disappear. Texts and emojis appear blank. And I’ve never been able to have a successful call or receive a voicemail! This app needs some serious work. Spend your money elsewhere. This is bug city.

   Do Not Get For Small Business. I thought this was going to be worth buying for my small business so that I could keep my work number and personal number separate, but it doesn’t always deliver my messages to customers (even though it says delivered). I reached out to the company for help but they just said there is nothing they can do about it because the messages go through a 3rd party system and my messages were getting blocked as a scam even though they aren’t. I understand if they can’t change that, but it’s a lot of money to spend/lose for an app that can’t deliver my messages that I need to send. So definitely if you’re needing a number for professional use- DO NOT BUY THIS APP!

    Can’t use for authentication. If you’re someone like me who’s too poor to pay a phone bill, but still wish to be able to sign up for services online, you may notice that everything these days REQUIRES a cell number they can send some text code to. No number, no sign up. Well, I got this app just to have a number to use for that. Wouldn’t you know it, you can’t use the numbers this app gives for that. Figures. Poverty in America is like a death sentence.

    Bad. I decided to give Unlisted a trial and I paid for one year service the number worked fine for one month and after that I can’t even call anyone or text anyone it will write delivered but my message or call won’t go through. Can you please fix this for me

    Don't even try!. 2 years with the same phone number. Just 20 messages per month to friends. My phone number is now blocked for no reason. I contacted the support.... Bad as the trust we can have on the developer of this app: Hello, Your account has been restricted due to violations of our acceptable use policy. It will not be reactivated. I insist to know why.... Their answer : The only information that I have is that your account was deactivated for a policy violation. Just crazy and I'm not the only one!! You can find way better!!

    Their trial is a scam. They say a 7 day trial before purchasing. That means you are only allowed to make 1 single call before paying the $19.99 fee. Stay away from this app and scam trial.

    Terrible customer service. Re: Unlisted Support Request They restricted my account without notifying me and when I asked why they did not have a reason. They took my money, will not reinstate and will not refund. See message chain below. Me: I have not been able to make any outbound calls for a week now. What’s the fix for this problem Unlisted: Hello, Your account has been restricted due to violations of our acceptable use policy. It will not be reactivated. Best regards, Mel @ Unlisted Me: What did I do that was a violation? And when did it occur? Unlisted: I do not have the details of what specifically caused the block. Best regards, Mel @ Unlisted Me: Not knowing what violation is not an acceptable reason to block a paid customer. I guarantee you I did nothing wrong and should not be blocked. This has to be an error on Unlisted side and needs to be reversed. I need you to elevate this to your leadership to resolve this issue and reinstate my service.     Texts not being received. If you really into small business and you want your shot to grow I’ll never suggest you go for this app I have been using this app for months now and have never had any issue with it just yesterday when I found out all my texts and not being received by my clients, I tried to reach out to their customer service but up till now haven’t receive any feedback or even get a response back from them it really frustrating having a number tide up with your business and refuse to work I’ll appreciate if anyone sees this review and can recommend another app that works better to me
