   I HATE PINGER!!!. The calls ALWAYS go from EXCELLENT service to POOR immediately. Then it drops the call

   Cannot log in. Can’t login verification don’t work. They send you a code you enter it. You go to login and get stuck in a verification loop. I just deleted the app. .

   Missed messages. I’ve missed so many messages and the other person resends them and they still don’t come through. Might just uninstall and use something else. Don’t bother using this app if they don’t fix this issue and many more that others have mentioned.

   Horrible. I had to reset my Device. Went back to log in pinger, with email address etc etc and pinger would allow it had to set a whole new acct. lost my phone number & all!

   Beware VPN use. I’ve always used a VPN. However, when I changed my VPN settings to “rotating VPN” my account was restricted . I explained this to customer service and they said the account restriction was not reversible.

   Dont use this trash. These dirty arabs scammed me out of $10 for downloading the app and attempting to try and have a text sent to the app that never got delivered. DONT DOWNLOAD

    Doesn’t ring. This app doesn’t ring when someone is calling, it will just pop up as a missed call and then you will have to call back 😒

    Poor tech support. My account got hacked. Tech support refused to do anything to help. The number I had is useless because the hacker is messaging people in Canada and trying to scam them. I can see it all happen because I’m still logged in.

    Scam!! Wish I could rate 0 stars.. I tried to subscribe to the pro plan for $9.99 a month (price listed on the app) because I lost access to an account and it wouldn’t let me sign up for a new one because my phone number was already in use. I agreed to pay the $9.99 price to access a verification code sent to this number, and it charged me $19.71. I will absolutely be disputing the charge. This app is garbage and doesn’t deserve your money!

    …. Texting works great but calls either get dropped when an ad is started whilst trying to talk or the call drops because of the ad, so making phone calls is impossible
