   iOS bug found. Long time user of the app. Found a bug while using iPad where text from a clubhouse chat in an active room will not populate until user leaves the room and then comes back. Just wanted to bring it to the attention of the developer.

   Stole my money. I’ve been a loyal Clubhouse user for over 6 years, and my experience with the platform has ended in a way that has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating. After the introduction of the Gold Rewards program, I found myself unable to access funds that I believe I had earned through my activity on the platform. My account was deactivated, and despite numerous attempts to contact customer service, I received little to no meaningful assistance. Emails went unanswered, and I was never given a clear explanation about what happened to my account or my funds. What makes the situation even more concerning is that when I attempted to participate in a town hall discussion to seek answers, my account was allegedly restricted, and I was no longer able to access the platform. I was also unable to create a new account, which left me feeling completely shut out with no path to resolve the issue. As a user who invested years into building a presence on Clubhouse, I expected transparency, communication, and fair treatment. Instead, I was left without answers and without access to approximately $3,600 that I believe is owed to me. I hope Clubhouse will address these concerns, provide clear communication to affected users, and create a fair process for resolving disputes. Until then, I cannot recommend the platform based on my experience.

    The app doesn’t stand on their own policies. Clubhouse allows harassment of all kinds , doxing, violence, illegal sales I have reported users for using the app to sell sex drug among other things be very careful about what rooms you go in

    No confirmation code. If you are in Africa they will never send you confirmation code and you will be unable to login.. the app was great but you fan not login if you logout accidentally.

    Stalkers Galore. Unsafe.. Stalker app that attracts degenerates. The company sells user data. I miss the Clubhouse of yesteryear. Also, I’ve noticed that this app seems to discourage safety. Be careful.

    MAJOR SAFETY FLAW: Web Listening feature facilitating stalking. The new "Listening on the Web" feature has created a dangerous loophole for stalkers. Users are being tracked by accounts that cannot be removed or blocked effectively. Even worse, people are using this feature to type and share personal private information (PII) in real-time. Clubhouse needs to prioritize user safety over web reach and fix these "unremovable" accounts immediately. I do not feel safe using this app in its current state.

    Account HELP. I don’t like this app . I am struggling to get back into my account after years of being away . I know my username but I don’t recall the phone number . This would be so much easier if they let us add an email to it so we can easily get back in .

    Can’t log in. I tried logging into my account this morning and I’ve not received any codes via text or email. The app is very buggy and the updates don’t seem to fix anything.

    Clubhouse allows paid stalking. Clubhouse has a feature that if you pay for their subscription then they’re able to join rooms of people that have them blocked. Essentially subscribers can stalk people if they block them. It’s very scary and creates hostile environments.

    BUG NOT FIXED FOR A YEAR. I have been trying to email customer service about this issue. I have a very popular account and can’t add anymore followers. I have hundreds of friend requests that I can’t accept because I “follow too many people” there are people on this app with many more than me so what’s the problem? They never respond to my requests either.
