   Review. I was unwittingly charged for this service to which I believe I had already cancelled the free trials. $150 came out of my account on the first of this month and I did not authorize it.

   Deceptive. Deceptive sales practices. “3 day trial” is actually $15 upfront. There is no trial apparently from what I can see.

   Fake reviews don’t waste your time. Open the app and you can’t do anything with the free trial so I get the subscription sure enough just while trying to literally get the subscription. They hit me with probably 10 ads after that I proceed to frustratingly go through everything I finally get the phone number and then it can’t even receive text messages. This is the worst app I’ve ever come across don’t even bother

    Useless!. I’ve gone through several phone numbers now. I request a number, and after using it for about a month, they decide to suddenly pull it. It’s exhausting changing my phone number every couple months. Do not get this app!

    App crashes. App worked initially, paid for the whole year. Once it was letting me set up the number app crashed. Never worked again. It’s been 5 months. I reached out to Apple.     Too many glitches. I purchased this 2nd line for business and the calls constantly drop, and works very poorly outside of WIFI. Sometimes it won’t even allow calls to go through! What’s worse is after the first year subscription, I renewed for an unlimited plan and it deactivated my phone number and prompted me to pick a new number! I can’t change phone numbers when clients already have my original number which has now been reassigned!

    Avoid at all cost! Scam. They debited me three times for the unlimited plan and I only got two numbers. They have refused to explain the 3rd charge or refund it. Customer support is nonexistent unless you're requesting account deletion. Oh, and their privacy policy is not designed to protect you, invasive as heck.

    Will take money for “free trial”. Do not get this app for a second number! Or at least know that opting in for the free trial is not actually a free trial, they immediately take your money for the service which I think is wrong and poor communication on their part. Attempts to reach out to resolve with them were ignored until they finally suggested I try to get a refund through Apple when 2ndLine were the ones who charged my card. Just annoying and inconvenient and just would not recommend. There are plenty of other apps who actually allow you a free trial of the service before actually buying so look into trying one of those.

    Highly Unreliable. I downloaded this app by mistake but the outgoing texts did not work. I received texts but banking apps and otps were not received. After 3 days my number was blocked without any reason. Zero outgoing msgs and few incoming texts. Few calls were made in 3 days but all personal ones. Now the number is blocked and I am unable to recover. Customer support is never available either. DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT….

    Only downloading the app is free. In the advertisement it shows that you can get a free number and can sign up from anywhere, that is completely false. The number isn’t free at all plus the subscription is very expensive with a short free trial time.

    Scam to collect PII data. I purchased one year and was not able to use service because it was demanding copies of IDs and passport with a facial recognition scan. This is not a normal course of business. There privacy policy was vague and if I knew that this was a requirement for their service I wouldn’t have signed up. I got zero responses from company. Absolutely useless just a scam for collecting data ad selling to criminals or government

    Bad app. Very bad and ridiculous app, do not use. Take a lot of your personal information, it needs you to provide your ID, which means you are giving out your name, your address and your date of birth. It also needed you to take selfie. It even asked me that I have to provide my Social Security number. I also wondered the app automatically takes your personal information from your phone.

    Fake app don’t download scamming app. Don’t even think of using it
