   Does NOT Work. Charged $6.99 but service not provided. Test sms to myself not received. Test sms from myself - not received. Looks like this app is COMPLETELY SCAM!!!

   Problem!. I paid for this app, yet i can only make call with it, the texting app is not working, when i text my point is deducted, but the receiver never get text messages

   Mike. I sent $60 to this app and I never got to make one phone call. It’s the worst calling app I ever used. I reached out to Customer support a couple of times. Never did nothing.

   You have to pay and then pay more. There are tons of free textinf apps this one makes you pay weekly and only gives you a set amount of credits so then you have to pay more!!!!!!!! Ripoff

    Doesn’t Send Texts. I have sent out multiple texts, making sure the data was on or I was under a Wi-Fi signal to be able to send and not one of my texts went through to the person. I was sending it to including my own phone number. This app clearly does not work. Do not spend money on it.

    Can’t receive texts. The entire purpose of getting this VOIP phone was to receive texts from my bank with codes. I cannot receive texts though I paid for that service. At this point this phone is only good to call to US phones.

    SMS never works. SMS never works and I wonder why I get charged and customer service never responds to my messages, they don’t offer any help and they just take your money. What is all this ? You should do better

    Worst App ever seen. Poor customer service, they never respond, Poor deliverability, recipient never receive your text, this is a total waste of money, I regret getting here.

    SMS messages never work!. Customer service ignores complaints about incoming and outgoing messages not working. They once replied that "the number you selected does not support SMS, change the number to another one." They did not even try to provide me with another number that worked normally and did not respond anymore. I could not find another number from Florida in the list and I had to choose a number from another state! Changing the number costs $ 0.99, but SMS did not work either. After my question, customer service was silent. If you try to send SMS, they withdraw money from the account and do not deliver messages. After complaints, they do not return money. I canceled the subscription and am very upset with this service.

    Total Garbage and a Scam. This app is an absolute joke. It doesn’t work AT ALL. Texts fail, calls don’t go through, and it steals your money with shady subscription tactics. There’s no real support—just auto-replies and excuses. Then Apple says they won’t refund even though it doesn’t even work.. I want my money back and this trash removed from the App Store. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. It’s a complete scam and waste of time.
