This app used to be amazing, now it just crashes or doesn’t finish. What a disappointment.. Save your money! On an iPhone Pro 15, this app used to work wonders. At some point it got updated, and the last three sentences where I’ve tried to.send out. To around 200 people crashed. Then I had to send it by hand, and figure out who did get sent, and who didn’t. Junk.

Group text function. The whole reason for the app no longer works. It only sends out a portion of the group. In my case, only to the last contact you added to the group. It is embarrassing to say the least. There is zero customer service.

Poor. Trouble ever since the recent upgrade. I might can’t use it anymore for group texting. It only sent to 3 of my group members when I chose group text to 5 members. Glitches since new update 🤷🏾 Now I can’t use to send group text period. It keeps saying automation not installed, then when attempting to install, it says already installed 🤷🏾. Not worth it anymore…unless they fix this update It used to work perfectly

Matt J. This started out a good app. As of recent I was forced into a subscription when I paid a one time fee originally. Since the last update it’s not working properly. I have sent four emails to text work with no response.

No longer works. I have had it a while and it has worked, but something has changed and it opens a text box internally now instead of going the normal texting application. It also does not work. I attempted to reach out to support but the option doesn’t work within the app and the support option at the App Store only takes you to a privacy statement about a check box which does not exist. Canceling.

Could be great. Indicates there’s an option to attach images or files when sending messages but this option does not work.

Doesn’t work now.. When I first downloaded this app and changed it to automation, it created a shortcut in my Shortcuts app in order to send out individual text to everybody in my group. But today it won’t do that. It keeps telling me that I need to create an automation shortcut in my Shortcuts app. And it asked me if I want to create it and I say yes. So it does create it, but it doesn’t work. It just constantly keeps giving me the same error message. I have deleted the app deleted Shortcuts powered off my phone clear my cachets canceled the subscription reapplied to everything re-downloaded everything recreated my groups and it still doesn’t work. I’ve literally been here for two hours trying to get this fixed. It just keeps giving me the same error message. Either this app needs to work or I want my money back because I am not gonna continue to pay for something even though I’ve already paid for a full year on something that doesn’t work. I’ve read that their update. A lot of people are having the same problem. It needs to be fixed, but of course you can’t get a hold of the developer to report The issue. So don’t download this app until you start seeing that it’s working again.

Charged but didn’t receive subscription.. Unfortunately no way to connect with them to ask for help. I had good success with this product for a few years but this year it charged me and then shows I have no subscription. And I can’t seem to find a way to contact them for help.

Stupid payment, mediocre design. Once I got to three groups of 8 people it maxed out the free version. It bugged out and I had to close app while scrolling through contacts to add to a group. And then I had to restart the whole group once I reopened. It is only $3.30 per month to pay for the year. We will see how much I use it.
