   Don’t get this app. It is ok but all the noises you see most of them you have to pay 20$ a year to keep those other nosies unlocked. And if you don’t do it there are hardly any good noises to listen to before you go to bed. I use this one called Noisli and it is so much better than this one I would recommend it.

   Disappointed. My subscription ends in May of 2020, after updating all my apps I now no longer have a subscription and 1/2 the sounds are locked. Glad I wasted my money

   FAIL. As of at least today, 05Dec19, this app will not even open on iPhone Xr. I don’t remember the last time I used this specific Unique app, because I have about 4 of these white noise apps. But, I have dealt with this particular developer’s “support team” and I can say that I’m not 100% surprised this app broke. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it still will not even open. It hasn’t even had an update in over a year. Trust me, don’t purchase apps from this developer if you value your time. They will be gone after they get a few bucks out of you, then when something breaks, blame you for it before they completely revamp their brand and/or disappear.

   Deep Relax no longer working. I loved this app but now it crashes when I attempt to open it. I deleted it from my phone and uploaded it no luck. I don’t know how to contact them.

    App won’t stay open. The app would download but will not open. It just links off.

    Crashes constantly with iOS 13. Used this app literally every night (all night) for years, however, they have not updated the app to work with iOS 13 and now it won’t even open. It crashes EVERY TIME. Don’t buy this app until the dev team updates it so it actually works. I have a paid subscription to this app too, so basically throwing money away u til hey update and it works. Not cool!!

    Love the app but.... I love this app and have used it for years, and I even have a paid version. But the timer no longer works and I have to use a separate timer when meditating. I’ve reached out to the developer before, but it still doesn’t work.

    I can’t rate this app, there are no negative stars.. DO NOT purchase this app! It isn’t what I was expecting. When I tried to cancel there was no clear way to do that. I want to cancel my subscription to this and all associated apps. The instructions give to do this are unclear about where to find said “user’s account settings”. There doesn’t appear to be a user’s account settings. How can I accomplish cancelling subscription? I used the contact us option and got nowhere with that.

    I don't want a subscription. I just want to purchase the one-time, lifetime unlock. The reviews are too sketch regarding this app lately and I FOR SURE don't want to pay $20 every year to be disappointed. If I want to do that, I will go see a movie with Kirsten Dunst in it. Why can I no longer purchase a one-time, lifetime full access in-app anymore? I did it on a different device a week ago and the family share option is supposed to give us all access to the app. However, it seems developers are getting greedy and bypassing the family share feature by requiring in-app purchases instead of lifetime paid app separately which would allow a family to share a paid app. If you aren't going to maintain your apps even though we are paying for them, I will stop purchasing apps from small developers altogether. I am all for supporting small business, but when you pay for products that consistently fail to deliver, it begins to feel like I shouldn't trust ANY small developers. This is the second customizable sound app that I have purchased and both of the developers fail to properly maintain both their apps and update social media. It appears they just want their app money, but aren't willing to back up their paid customers' purchases.

    Didn’t receive sounds that I paid for. I paid $4.99, a special they were running, to unlock all the sounds in the app… The sounds are still locked… I have contacted them three times and they have not answered me… Do not recommend!

    Plays clips in the middle of the night. I've used this app for years, and it's always had its flaws (like the alarm not going off if your phone is asleep or the app is in the background) but generally worked well and didn't have obvious loops in its noise. But last night at 3am it started playing "stand by you" and I couldn't stop it until I excited the app. Then an hour or two later it played what sounded like a small child yelling at things. Again, exiting the app was necessary to stop it. So much for an app that helps you sleep.

    Alarm doesn't work. I downloaded the app for the sounds and alarm. I decided to unlock all sounds and the app crashes when I try to set an alarm. Better luck elsewhere. Skip this one.

    22 out of 35 sounds are locked!. 13 sounds available and 22 that are locked and require a significant fee to unlock! There are a lot of other sound/relaxation apps out there for free! Don't waste your time with this one!

If your looking forward to not paying there is like fifty sounds you can use but only 11 if your not paying twenty dollars a year most of the sounds aren’t even that good if you want a good app for trying to go to sleep search sleep at and it shows a animated moon hugging a cloud

    Good product but too expensive. I am upset because I bought deep relax twice on two different iCloud accounts. There is no way I can redeem my purchase from the last two accounts and now it’s a monthly subscription. My goodness that’s too expensive!

    No Longer Working. When I first started using this app a few years ago, I was on a free, basic sound package. Then, because I used it so much, I finally purchased the full sound package. In the last few months (August to October 2019) each time I’ve tried to use this app, it force closes after only a few seconds on the opening screen of the app. I cannot even open it. I also cannot find viable app support. I paid for something that obviously doesn’t even work anymore and hasn’t had any updates for a year or longer. It started off really great and now doesn’t even open.
