   Don’t try the Trial. Don’t attempt to try this app out. Apple will charge you before the trial is up then you’re stuck paying $80 for a service you might not like. That’s what happened with me and support is a joke. So if their so called “30 day money back guarantee “

   Disappointed. You can’t find anything… they throw everything at you, very disorganized and it’s a pain to try to find what you’re looking for. Canceling out of this mess.

   No scene sound during Daily Calm. This is my favorite meditation app. I have been using it for about 7 years. But this is the first time that an update made things worse. For whatever reason, the scene sounds stop as soon as q Daly Calm session is started. Who approved this change? Or either, who allowed this bug to be released? Thank God, I have turned off automatic updates on one of my other devices, so I can still use an older version there and have the scene sounds play during meditation. Unacceptable!

   Scene music. Background music scene will no longer play during meditation. Fix it please. If I pay for a year subscription, I expect a functional app without issues.

   Subscription Sometimes Does Not Work. Sometimes subscription does not work, they keep saying to log in with the associated apple id even though I am already logged id. Background sound also does not always work.

    Can’t access subscription. I’ve had the Calm app for several years. The content is very good. The app wasn’t playing the soundscapes so I took the app off my phone and reloaded it. The soundscapes work now but I can no longer access my premium subscription which is paid for through December. I reached out for help and know what the problem is but they have gone silent and have not fixed what they said they would. Subscription canceled and I will try to get a partial refund. I have moved on to Headspace which has excellent content and seems more practical!

    Scene audio no longer plays during meditation. Way to ruin a great app. With this week’s update the scene audio no longer plays in the background during a meditation session. I’ll be waiting for a month before uninstalling the app and cancelling my premium subscription I’ve had since 2020

    Scene sounds are missing. I enjoy hearing the background scene sounds while listening to a meditation. Why was that feature removed? I’ve looked at the settings and only see an option for scene sounds to play outside the app. If this does not return, I am going to find another meditation app that supports my needs.

    this sucks. honestly, when I started this, I thought I was gonna be so relaxed. I thought I was gonna be so ready and stuff but you have to pay for everything and you you don’t have access to anything you only have access to two things honestly, I hate this. It really sucks honestly I hope this gets some bad review soon and I think those reviews are fake cause I experience it’s not something for meditation. It was something to make me angry now. I’m really mad about this. I really hope that when people start actually doing this they find out you have to pay for everything and you have to sign in. I am a little bit younger and I don’t have an email and I can’t. I just can’t sign in like it’s not thing that I can do yet

    Frustration. Frustration is not what you’re in for when you go to an app that is supposed to calm you down and when you go to use it it only stresses you out. I’m used to the app for several years and have had ongoing issues with the sound scapes and have no way to communicate to a person to correct the issue. I don’t know if I’ll pay for call anymore.

    Broken after update. After the latest update, scenes no longer play under a meditation. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled but that did not solve it.

    Scene noise/music turns off. Since this week, the noise/music that plays in a Scene is turned off when you begin a meditation. All you hear is the meditation and when the guide is quiet it is silent. I emailed Help but they just want me to confirm my email.

    Too much self-promotion!. In the middle of the night when I can’t sleep, it is incredibly frustrating to open Calm, desperate for a story to help me sleep, to be bombarded with upselling ads and other click-throughs. That does not serve the target audience! I’m deleting the app. There are better ones out there.

    Expensive, glitchy, gimmicky. My free trial ended and I didn’t realize so I’m making the most of it. Had to reload everything to get full functionality. Soundscapes are repetitive. Infinite options for 8 hrs of sleep are few and staticky. Celeb stories are cloying. Disney princess sleepscapes are a gimmick. No quality meditation guides. All AI generated under the guise of using musicians. Not meditative, very insincere.

    Free app not free. The app indicates dot has a free option but all the items are locked unless you subscribe. There are a couple things that are unlocked but even those hit you up to subscribe. This may be a great app but the pressure to subscribe and the data collection really are off putting. You should at least be able to try everything for more than 7 days before being strong armed to subscribe.

    Overpriced. I used to really love this app, my kids and I used it all the time. But now you have to pay for EVERYTHING nothing in here is unlocked, and I can’t justify paying $17/month for something I can also find on YouTube for free. Stop trying to monetize everything.

    App. I’m having trouble bypassing the promotion for the premium service. I haven’t been able to listen but once because I can’t figure out how to get around it. I’ve already been charged for the service and I can’t use it. 😡

    Subscription. They make subscription tricky and instead of a week trial they automatically charged my card for one year subscription. I don’t use this App because I can find the same content at many other Apps including Spotify

    Stop forcing me to leave a Review. I acquired this app to reduce stress. Do you think I want to deal with pop ups every time I log into the app- lest I leave you a review? I already pay for the service. Your repeated annoying review pop ups forced me to leave a one star review because it ruins the app experience. It's frustrating, and the app is literally named "calm". I am no longer "calm". Please get your devs in check and report whosever idea this was to the authorities. In the time I spent writing this review, I could have crafted a fine peanut butter and jelly sandwich. My life is now short one finely crafted PB&J because of calm. I will be sending you an invoice.     This app is anything but calm. I don’t know what you did to this app, but it’s actually very overwhelming to find anything to calm you down. When one goes into the app, usually because one needs to get calm. Instead, one’s anxiety level goes up higher than it already is by all the excess content instead of making it very easy to go straight to Calm options.
