   Doesn’t work. Does not work or help absolutely at all and yes I’ve tried it many times. You’re better off with just finding a meditation on Youtube. Really wish I didn’t get charged for the membership.

   Deeply Disappointed. I was very hopeful when I found this app. I have found it very disappointing to use. It moves way too fast and it is very difficult to follow the directions given the speed of the directions. I really want my want my money back for my subscription but have not had any response when I have tried to contact them.

   What am I missing?. I need someone to help me understand how this app got good ratings. There doesn’t seem to be a lot of content, and I’m confused by the sessions only being five minutes. Look up, close your eyes, raise your hand….you’re hypnotized. HUH? NO I’M NOT. Or do I just not know what it’s like to be hypnotized?

   What a rip-off. Every single session is basically the same. This is a giant rip-off, I wish I could cancel and get my money back but I can’t now. The sessions give zero value.

   Scam. This app does not work at all by any means. It has the same exact recording, and has you do silly things I like lifting your arm into the air… repeating yourself over and over again, Listening to the same exact recording over and over and over ITS NO HELP AT ALL AND A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY.. . This is a total scam a total rip off. It’s not worth your money. Do not buy. It does not work at all whatsoever.

   Sessions too short. I really thought the hypnosis sessions would be longer. I wish there were option for people who want to be in trance longer. I will still give the app time to see if it creates change but so far I was sadly disappointed

   Promising. I tried to use this app a few times a week but found the mostly AI powered guide (with Dr. Spiegel’s voice) to be so frustratingly repetitive and redundant that I gave up on it. Plus the sessions weren’t long enough to allow me to feel any kind of lasting effect. Wish I could get a refund!

   What a scam. This app is an utter waste of time and money - it’s a scam. Don’t spend a dime on it - they are just preying on desperate people wanting to break out of addictions. I purchased access to the app to help with my addictions. I was excited after the first session even though I didn’t think I had actually experienced being hypnotized; I assumed that the sessions would progressively unfold the process and the more I learned and experienced, the more I would train my mind to be hypnotized and break free of my addictions. However, when I came back to the app the next day it was the exact same recording - no change, no additional content, not even a minor change in the narrator’s script. I thought I might have restarted the particular “Quit the Habit” thread in the program, but no matter how many times I came back to the program, it was the exact same recording. Don’t waste your money. This app is a scam. UPDATE: the developer did reply to this post and informed me that the fact that there was only one core static recording was actually a feature and not a bug. This is actually even more insulting since I literally paid a subscription fee for a 5 minute recording when the site advertises that the sessions are responsive and tailored to your experience. This app and Dr. Spiegel are pariah that take advantage of other people’s struggles and addictions.

    App is difficult to manage and use!. This is not a user friendly app. It is the most confusing of all my apps on meditation and coaching. I regret I paid for it. I feel I wasted my money.

    Doesn’t work for me. This feels like meditation, which I already do. Perhaps my expectations are misaligned with what this is supposed to do. But as someone who regularly reflects on their thoughts, decisions, and experiences… This app felt no more than a “take a deep breath and focus on what you wanna achieve” Which isn’t very insightful or helpful to me personally.

    Doesn’t work for me. Apparently not hypnotizable, besides the sessions are so short and there’s hardly any content. Given that this app has existed for a while and there’s only so much in it, can’t justify paying $8.xx per month (the cheapest plan) There is some comfort after sessions but I can feel the same looking at a plant instead

    Could not cancel in time. I didn’t benefit at all so I tried to cancel in time but the app wouldn’t open. I am being charged $100 because I couldn’t access it and still can’t. I even updated but still no-go. I can’t help but be suspicious about it.

    Sleep. Do not think self hypnosis is working. Cannot get app to work on my iPad. It does work on iPhone but want to use it on iPad.

    THUMBS DOWN!!. Very disappointed in service! Signed up for free trial next day went to cancel & could find where to cancel on app! Emailed support they said to cancel through app or website could of nt do it! Emailed back & forth said they couldn’t find my account! Guess what, they found my card info & charged it now they don’t want to refund me my $$$ !if u start free trial good luck cancelling !!!

    Dont bother with this app. Save your time and money, they need to improve the interactiveness with this app dramatically, plus the hypnosis doesn’t work that easily, in my personal Opinion I think this app is so not worth it

    Bad app. I canceled this application same day I mistakenly put it on my phone , they have now tried charging me twice and I canceled the same day , n tired again earlier! I’ve emailed and nothing ! Stop trying to charge my card!

    Vague instructions.. Impossible to know if you’re following the initial test properly! The instructions of what to “do” are either too vague or they don’t provide enough time to follow properly.

    confusing and complicated interface. I was interested in trying the free hypnotizability test. Turns out it's just a marketing funnel that wanted all of my information in exchange for... my money. I'm not even sure how to take the test. It seems like you have to download the app and sign up for the "free trial" to take it. For an app that's trying to promote digital hypnotism, you'll need to throw me a bone here before I'll be interested in it because I don't even believe in hypnotism. I've never tried it and know nothing about it. And still, after browsing the website with the promise of a hypnotizability test... I've still never tried it and know nothing about it. 👎👎👎👎

    It’s paid only options. Response to their comment: No, Huberman just few days ago had interview for Inside Tracker in which he said it’s complete free so everyone can benefit with it. On top of it you just admitted that you did switch and bait tactic. Original review: Huberman mentioned this app in an interview with inside tracker and said that “it’s absolutely free so everyone can benefit from it”. I wasted 15 minutes to answer all of the questions only to see that everything is paid and very pricy. On top of it unlike other apps there are no free functions in this app so literally everything is paid. They do have a free trial but then you may forget to cancel and will be billed $99. If they believed in their product they could have couple free hypnosis available without subscription. If the app is that good people would subscribe to get the full potential. Very misleading, disappointing and shady. I cannot recommend because they lost my trust before I even started. The only thing this app gave me is more stress, wasted time and they got my personal info I shared before I knew what this app is about. Deceiving.

    Do not click on try for 7 days. If you forget to cancel you are stuck paying. This did nothing beneficial for me and my dogs were very upset hearing Dr. Spiegel’s voice.

    Can do better for free. I love trance and am experienced with hypnosis and self hypnosis. Very disappointed in the content. You can do better for free on YouTube. Vague and lacking substance IMHO.

    Stress.. You have me picture my stress on one side of a screen and a possible solution on the other side. There is no solution. My Mom's in a memory care unit, she has to be there, but she doesn't want to be there. So has demands I can't meet. What's the solution? I just want to decrease my stress over it.
