   seizure. this app made me experience one of the scariest moments of my whole life, i was stressed about life and was in the car with my mom, i put a hoodie over my head and then used the app, after that i had woken up in ana ambulance with people telling me i had a seizure and almost died, this app is a pos don’t use it if u don’t want shakey shakey bad times

   Lengthly intro just to hit a paywall. So many questions and terms to accept, just to run into a pay wall. Ad says free session available, but to do all this and run into a paywall without being able to try anything tells me all I need to know.

    A silly waste of time.. Flashing lights and droning music accomplish nothing. They aren’t relaxing. Nothing special happens. It’s just procrastination with less money if you pay the subscription fee. Buy a strobe light and listen to Apple Music if you want this experience.

    App is buggy. I signed up for the premium plan and most of the content does not play for me. I tried following the support instructions but still not able to access. It’s frustrating because I’ve had it for a couple of months and I’m only able to access a couple of the sessions

    SCAM. dont buy from this company if u value customer service and a good quality app 1. the app sucks and doesnt work dont waste money on it 2. i started a free trial and 1 day later accidentally forgot to cancel it barely used the app for not even 30 mins and they denied it!!!!

    Was excited but then found it very underwhelming... Have never written a review for an app..Did the free trial and ehhh. This was the opposite of relaxing for me.. literally a flashing bright strobe light in your face. Fun! I could see how some people would enjoy it and that it could be “trippy” , for me it seemed to dysregulate my nervous system and left me feeling let down and certainly not relaxed in the least. I also don’t like bright lights so there’s that. I’m sure some would love this though!

    Week trial?. Was supposed to be a week trial before I was charged. I was charged immediately not OK. I wanted to experience it to see if I liked it first now I’m uninstalling it. I want a refund.

    Just uncomfortable. I did see colors and patterns, but nothing about this was relaxing. I had to keep the phone significantly farther away from my face than they suggest just to make the experience bearable, and once I settled into it, it was just awkward and boring. It kind of feels like you’re watching the visualizer from windows media player in the 2000s, but you don’t have good music to go with it. That’s it. It did not make me meditative, in fact it seemed to prevent it. There aren’t shortcuts.

    Pay to play. I spent a ton of money on the Luminate mask only to download the app and find out almost everything is locked behind a premium subscription. Stop nickel and dime-ing your customers.

    Makes you pay. I had a free trial for a month and it said on the app no reoccurring charges, but then it tried charging my card and I still should’ve had at least a week more of my trial left. so I tried to cancel my subscription and it had no option anywhere to cancel it, then my mobile bank account got locked so I couldn’t transfer money any longer and during that time it charged my card again but this time there was actually money to take out, so basically was just forced to pay for another month even though I 100% did not want to.

    Not For Me. I feel bad giving this a one star because I couldn't even make it through the first 10 minutes without turning it off. I chose to lay on my side, in bed, lights off, fan on like normal, earbuds in. After 5 minutes into my first session, my jaw and stomach were so tense that I went to bed with a bad headache. When I woke up after a poor night sleep, my jaw was still sore and my eyes were really, really heavy (like the way the guy listening to the "isn't that concerning?" guy looks). I hate this feeling.
