   Lifetime Member and Can’t Advance Past Day 8 of Advanced Plan. App quits and prevents skipping defective meditation.

   Horrible. I never used this app. I seen an ad for it on Snapchat and I just answered some questions and that was it and then it showed me like very little information about me, but that’s all it said I needed to do so from there on forward I will start realizing that I’m getting build like $70 and it’s saying balance app balance app balance app every month and I could never figure it out until just now, so I need to know who can I contact about this information because this is ridiculous I’am been robbed by you guys

   Release me from this app.. Look I’m not even subscribed anymore to this app. Yet it keeps trying to take money from my account and not letting me update my other apps until i pay for an app I am not even using. This is getting ridiculous. I’ve tried doing everything I can to fix this. But it’s on you all !! This wasn’t even a helpful app when I tried it free. Just fix it before I lose it

   Vile service and scammy. They gave me a free year, so I signed up. I don't recall it ever saying it was a free trial which now trying to tell me it was got no notification from Apple or this company that it was going to renew. Used it twice didn't like it. They refused to refund me "because I'm outside the refund window" but holding somebody hostage to a product. They didn't really want in the first place that you use some tactic to get them to sign up for a year ago, isn't exactly how you build Goodwill with customers or get people to recommend your app and on the contrary, I would warn anyone from doing business with the company like this. Their customer service claims it was a one year free trial. I do believe the App Store requires a company to notify someone of an upcoming renewal charge and they didn't do that. Apple would've refunded me if it wasn't more than two months when I realized I've been charged because they can't do a refund for something two months old and it suggested I ask the developer to refund me. Who doesn't care about Customer because if they did, they wouldn't try to hold customers hostage they don't want their product.

   AI voices. i hate AI, why would i use artificial intelligence to try and heal a human wellbeing, so stupid i wish they would just use real voices BYE

   Lifetime membership is a pointless. The app kept offering lifetime membership. It made it seem like I would have access to meditations as they were made available. I assumed some things may be limited compared to monthly membership but I was left with the same meditations as the free version. So what was the point of paying for the membership?

   Contacting the App. The free trial worked, but as soon as you pay the app stops working. Not to mention it is impossible to get any support regarding anything. Not even troubleshooting. Yes, some suggestions exist. But if the app doesn’t work. You just lost all your money on nothing.

   App stopped working. Hello Balance, a few days ago all the meditations I’ve tried on Balance have stopped working. As soon as the meditation is about to start it freezes. This is very upsetting. I have an iPhone 15. I recently updated the OS version and it still didn’t help. I uninstalled and reinstalled the App and still no luck. I also tried to open the Help in the settings menu and it also isn’t working, not even trying to send a feedback message through the App. Can you please help me restore my favorite app? Thank you

    Do Not Download!. I received a year free trial for this app and I signed up for it. I cancelled my subscription a week before the trial ended and they have still attempted to charge my card multiple times for $69.99! I would not recommend this trial to anyone!

    Great app but a shameless data harvester. I enjoyed this app so much I was genuinely considering a lifetime membership but the fact that it wants to track you even across OTHER platforms is, while unsurprising in this day and age, still morally bankrupt. While no less reprehensible to do so in a free app, to get a warning about tracking in a paid app takes the cake. Really makes me question just how much they care about ‘welIness’ and their true motivations behind development. Also makes me think twice about checking out their other offerings.

    I never used this app and was charged 69.99. I deleted this app, but somehow it stayed on my subscriptions and was charged 69.99. I have never used the app once I believe. I would like a refund.

    WARNING: Fraudulent charges $ ripoff. After signing on for a Free Trial they slammed me with a charge of $99.99. Read the reviews, they do this ALL the time. WTaH?! This Developer should be banned from the App Store. There are so many wonderful award winning meditation apps, don’t support this ripoff Developer.

    Deceptive Practices. Beware - got this app when it was new and offered as a trial. Never used it but found out they’re been billing me annually for it. Don’t get it unless you’re positive you like and want it.

    Not relaxing when they steal your money. I didn’t sign up for the year subscription. I downloaded the app when it was free for the week,or day, I’m not sure.. and it somehow signed itself up a year later for the year long supscription. $75 coming out of my credit card was really a blow. I tried to get a refund and app support said it wasn’t eligible, even though it took the money only a week ago. I’m distraught I only used the app one time and deleted it.

    Be Careful of Charges!. Is a free year trial tempting? Sure! However I wasn’t consistently using it and didn’t like the AI voices and MADE SURE TO CANCEL and an active subscription wasn’t even showing up in the App Store but SURE ENOUGH this app still tried to take $70 from me a year later and it took me nearly A WEEK of digging to figure out where the charge attempts were coming from. I literally RE DOWNLOADED the app and despite not even successfully charging me I was signed up for a whole other year of subscription with no way of cancelling via the app or website and literally had to reach out to customer service via email to demand they stop trying to charge me and that I never authorized this and cancelled months ago. An active subscription wasn’t even showing in my App Store either!

    Can’t use free version anymore. All won’t let me exit out of the subscription page and I can’t even use the few that were free. I used to use this app everyday but now I can’t at all.

    Artificial. I can't stand the AI voices, and the click every time someone speaks only adds to my anxieties. Instead of a personalized meditation journey, this feels too computerized, mass produced, and artificial.

    A lie. Downloaded off of an ad saying you could get a year for free. Only got seven days. I don’t care how good your app is, lying about that stuff is scummy.

    Ai. I don’t know why there are so many good reviews. Bots maybe? But the only two voices are AI which is just cheap and unauthentic. I can’t listen to a meditation where the voice glitches half way through and it clearly sounds like a bot. I also get trying to be relatable but I hate when AI voices say things like “I’ve been a meditation specialist for years” like shut up. In no way should this be $70 a year and the free trial is not even worth it. Genuinely terrible.
