   Warning: Asks for money on the 15th day of the “Introductory” course. I understand that they’re not obliged to give anything for free, but content that looks free should indeed be free. Otherwise that’s just deception. The practice of basically deciding the user is “sufficiently hooked” before they’re told they’re required to subscribe to access the rest of their program is disrespectful to the users to say the least. I advise potential users to avoid this app and take the time to look for alternatives, which are many.

   All pay. Free version is literally nothing. You can do a trial of paid version, but the free version doesn’t make you want to. You can get better on Apple Music or about 150 other apps for free.

   So buggy. Updated today and now the background sounds are not working for me. None of them work. I have the background sound volume turned all the way up and nothing. This is the 2nd major bug I’ve experienced. Really not worth the price paid.

    Понижение качества контента.. Очень расстроило увидеть на обложке для новой музыки картинку сгенерированную ИИ. Очевидно это не то, за что хотелось бы пользоваться платной версией приложения. Любая картинка сделанная ИИ - словно кошмарный сон с перекошенными деталями. Это смотрится даже не дёшево, а словно из мусора. И я всё ещё не могу привыкнуть к обновлённому дизайну, хотя пользуюсь приложением каждый день. Весь контент словно перемешан в одну кучу с очень непонятной сортировкой.

    why…. i used to use this app so much and i really liked it until you guys started making us have to pay. all the sleep sounds used to be free now out of all of them, only one is free…you can barely do anything with the free version of the app, im not paying 8 dollars a month like that’s so unreasonable and unnecessary. This really sucks….

    New updates=useless locked features. This app has been so helpful for me and my sleep. I was a regular user of the relaxing sounds in the music section. I slowly saw some start to become locked and then suddenly literally every single sound option but 3 are now locked. And all are ones that I don't use, of course. Money hungry people are at it once again. Don’t waste your time on the free download. Basically everything requires a subscription now.

    Многого захочешь - последнее потеряешь.. Расслабляющие звуки, единственное из-за чего я пользовалась данным приложением , сделали по подписке. В итоге осталось всего два звука (Кристаллы и Гроза), разнообразие просто зашкаливает 👏 Вообще для пользователей без подписки оставили минимум, поэтому использовать данное приложение я больше не буду!

    Absolutely HORRIBLE I AM SO MAD. First of all I’ve been using the app for about 2 months now and I loved it, it helped me keep track of my mental state, and help me sleep with the music. And it has been very nice, UNTIL the people that run the app got greedy and decided to lock pretty much everything so you can’t use it without a membership! I am very disappointed.

    Unfair business practices, subscriber beware. A customer is not able to view their account and unknowingly can subscribe for a service they don’t want and will NOT be refunded. I thought I unsubscribed (I have no active subscription in my Apple account) and still was charged $120 annual fee. Is this NOT a company you should do business with.

    This is the worst app EVER. I was actually starting to enjoy the app thinking it will be alright for once. Thinking this app would actually help me but no… I put all my hard work and time answering all those questions for this app. But of course when it came to the “put in your email” part I have to pay for the app? You really think your helping people and I love how you say “this app will help with your sleep and meditation ” but it makes us pay. In my opinion that’s pathetic because some people actually might be struggling with there mental health and they actually need help. But they have to pay just what app does this? I hope you make your app an app you DONT have to pay for. And if you make people pay most likely no one would want to download this fy and I.

    Charged. So they give a FREE 7day trial if you don’t want to purchase the app you just have to cancel the subscription 24hrs before the end of the 7day trail. Well my trial was to end on 06/28/22 idk why but I believe it to end by midnight on this date, So I canceled my subscription early morning on 06/27/22 so tell me WHY IMMEDIATELY RIGHT AFTER I CLICKED CANCEL FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION THEY TRIED TO BILL MY ACCT FOR $63.99!!!! Like uh NO… THATS NOT HOW THIS WORKS!!

    Scammy. Yet another scammy app that makes it hard to cancel and charges obscene prices without notification. Better guided meditations for free on YouTube. Hate to see apps with wellness services exploiting customers. Also terrible customer service.

    Actually agitated me more.. I’ve used other meditation apps. This one actually made me feel worse. Tried it cause it was suggested but I’ve never wanted to end the speaking more than I did with this app. Went through the whole beginning series and I tried a few others for my specific issues and no. Just no.

    I want to like this app, but it only caters to people who sleep early. Due to my job, I am only able to go to sleep at 5am. I have insomnia and trouble sleeping, but using meditative apps has helped. I wanted to try this and like it, but when I open it, it doesn’t let me click anything and just tells me to have a good day. I’m not given an option to use the app or do anything whatsoever.
