   Hard to use. I have a problem storing some items where I want them. And, the items that I manage to get where I want it then it‘s hard to add to the total number of each item. I love the idea of this app, but it’s hard to use.

   Privacy Policy. Has anyone bothered to read all of the privacy policy and everything that they collect from your devices when using this app? Pretty long list of things that they absolutely do not need to collect for this app to be successful. You guys realize that every app you download is tracking private information from your devices and they don’t have to. No matter what you’ve been told, you can reject all of that and still use the app or website if the app gives you a choice which this app doesn’t. Only what you can control on your settings in iPhone and guys that’s not enough.

   PLEASE - NEED ACCESS ON ANDROID PHONES. I downloaded and spent MANY HOURS setting up for our home. Was pleased with it so far until…..Stupid me didn’t notice it is for IPhones only. My husband is a chef and main cook in our home. He will be the main one retrieving items from inventory. I desperately NEED A WAY FOR HIM TO ACVESS FROM ANDROID PHONE….. Otherwise I have to cancel, find another one and start over. There aren’t enough hours in the day for this!!

   Booo!!! Are you kidding me?!. Spent two hours scanning items in the pantry and updating expiration dates. Had over 100 items scanned and then the entire inventory just disappeared! The app is fairly user friendly and I thought I was going to like it. Even paid for the annual membership. So disappointing. If the creators read this review, I would appreciate a response.

   No support. I asked a simple question about syncing the app between two people (one account that shared by two machines) after two weeks no response. I would not use the app because customer service is abysmal. Syncing between two plus machines is the reason have this app and if the company can’t answer a simple question about a problem with the app then they are not worth using.

   WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS APP. I WAS enjoying using this app to organize my freezer and pantry. So much so that I upgraded to the paid subscription. After spending a couple of hours setting everything up and using it for less than a week, ALL of my locations disappeared. Gone. All of the items I entered are there, but they are not organized. That was kind of the point of LOCATIONS, so I could know where my items were located. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS APP!

   Application Doesn’t Work. As of 4.28.23, the application doesn’t work. It stopped working around the afternoon on 4.27.23. Please address this as soon as possible. Thank you!

   Really thought this was the one. This really was looking like exactly what we needed to organize and track our home pantry shelves. You can scan the barcode of items to add them to the list and track the stock, and there are shopping and expiring lists. But it’s just fluff. None of it works the way I expected it to (I hoped it would). There is no way to set a threshold amount to trigger an item to appear on the shopping lists. The only way I see for an item to even potentially show up there is to either click Restock manually on each item or to click Finish on the item - which removes it completely from inventory. And you’d expect that perhaps the Auto Generated shopping list would pick up these Finished items (you can’t use this for Restock because you have to enter the list to restock), but there doesn’t seem to be any discernible pattern I could see to what it puts on that list - usually it’s just empty. I was ready to pay for this app and give it 5 stars; on the surface I thought I had finally found the app we needed for home pantry tracking. As it stands, it just seems like a tool that gets in your way instead of solving the problem.

    Tiered pricing is terrible. It certainly is a four-star app wish I could just buy it out right and use iCloud for my back up.

    “Storage plan”. The storage plans are ludicrously overpriced and, worse, entirely artificial. Sunroom Labs could easily set this up to sync using iCloud and offload the costs entirely, but they’d rather charge farcical amounts for “storage.”

    Just Doesn’t Work. When I try to add a new item that doesn’t have a barcode it freezes and won’t add it. Also very slow to add products and then edit them to put their expiration date. Not worth the effort.

    Rarely Works. Near the end of January 2022 and only data available is for 12/31/2021 and before. ID card info does not reflect current info, no claims for 2022 show: what’s the point?

    Not pleased. I was hoping this app would take the place of my spreadsheet. But this would not be possible. After spending hours and hours entering in almost 2000 items i started comparing the info in the app to my spreadsheet and discovered that about half of all my items were not in the app. I would not trust this app if you truly want a accurate inventory. PJ

    Lost all my inventory. I had hundreds of items and after an update on my phone e I lost all of my inventory and the company do absolutely not I g to help me. I invested so much time and felt great having a record. I feel sick about this.

    Login Reset and Subscription. I paid for a year membership, had to log out, then tried to log back in and it wouldn't let me. I tried to reset the password and it won't do that either Emailed the customer service, no reply. So, I paid and now can't get in my account.

    Privacy nightmare!. Why would you send your personal information to these unknowns for their profit to rape and pillage your private data to the highest bidders in any corner of the planet? Read their nebulously worded privacy policies? Sad, really. Pathetic. Feel very sorry for the naive. No integrity or personal respect any more.

    Would be 5 stars if not for one thing. Completely useless in a mixed iphone and android house. If everyone doesn’t have an iPhone to participate it all goes to crap. I also find it ridiculous that every package of a single item counts towards the total inventory you pay to keep track of. If I have 2000 cans of chicken that are all the same size and brand etc, it should only count as 1 item with a count of 2000. Every can should not count towards my total usage. My spice cabinet alone would use up most of the paid package with this type of counting. Might as well count every cookie in a package as a separate item. Because of this it gets one star and I will not be buying it.

    The cost after initial 200 is crazy. You get 200 items but after that they want to charge you a monthly charge to use their cloud. What happened to just paying for an app? I don’t need your cloud I have iCloud.

    Help!. Love this app! Went to add more inventory and it won’t allow me to. I’ve restarted my phone done everything I can think of. Updated the app. But it won’t allow me to add more inventory. It says I’m not connected! But i am on 5g or WiFi. Why won’t it work? I just took time to add a ton of inventory the other day and now it’s not working!!! What gives!!

    So buggy I couldn’t get passed the registration. Spent 15 minutes on phone and iPad trying to register but keeps failing. Try to enter as a guest and got the same message. Waste of time.

    Trouble at the store. The wheel wouldn’t stop spinning at the store when the app got hung up with “locating store”. I didn’t even want it to do so but iit didn’t give me a choice. Instead it kept spinning and I couldn’t get past it (all other buttons were greyed out) so I couldn’t see my shopping list that I needed! Tried to reboot the app which brought it back to where it was stuck. Finally had to reboot my phone but now the app icon is missing from my App Library and I can only see the app and get it to open at apple’s application store! So no way to access the darn icon! So much for all that time scanning and inputting so many unfound/new products. I really wanted to like this app and I’m on the trial period so I can’t see feeling confident in paying for this app!

    Privacy policy awful in newest update.. In order to use the new update, you have to agree to the new terms of service. Even though you already paid for the app. These guys have way too much freedom to share out your personal information. Will be uninstalling.

    Not what I thought it would be. Just got this app today and now I have to delete it. I was so excited to download it. I started scanning everything in my pantry and was like finally an app that my family can use to see what we have on hand and what we need. Then I hit 250 items and it stopped my progress unless I spend $12 a year for storage. No where is this mentioned. Before downloading. I spent two hours organizing and scanning only to realize I can go no further. We have a large family and 200 items is not enough space. I don’t even know if 2,000 items is enough space. That costs $12 a year. I know people need to make money but this detail should be in the description somewhere.

    Did Not Work At All. I don’t usually take time to write reviews, but this app was completely worthless and did not work at all. There were no directions that I could find within the app explaining how to navigate or use it or tell about the features. It just said “tap “+” to add an item to your inventory” but there was no plus sign option, only the bar code scanner. I scanned 10 different items by bar code and got the same message on all of them saying it couldn’t find them, so I was unable to add anything, thus rendering the app useless for my purposes. There was a plus sign option for the shopping list but that’s not what I needed it for or what it’s primary purpose seems to be. I deleted it. Disappointing for sure.
