   Limited store representation!. Only works to have comparison shopping if it carries the different stores that you shop at no BJ’s no ShopRite

   Greed trumps common sense. Ok, I’m writing this first issue off to user error. I added butter to my list and got notified about the deals on it. Stocked up on butter. Removed from list. Kept getting notified about butter. I changed settings to delete list history daily. But I am still deleting the app permanently. I also have the same complaint that is the main complaint about the app in reviews. I get notifications for stores that are not in my favorites and that I would have to drive for hours to even get to. It would be simple for the developers to add a setting to notify only for stores in my favorites so why do they steadfastly refuse? Because their partners (stores) pay them for each time their ad is viewed and users don’t know to do that if they aren’t notified. I don’t use apps that abuse me so goodbye Flopp. I will not miss you.

   Search. The search returns results for products I didn’t request. Often from stores that don’t sell the product I searched for. Example, a search for Oatly unsweetened milk brought up Ulta Cosmetics. I didn’t select that store in my preferred list, and they aren’t a grocery store.

   Change my mind. I had an issue where the app wasn’t showing my linked loyalty cards. I did the typical troubleshooting and one step was to log out and log back in. Well, it wouldn’t let me back in even though the credentials were correct. After several attempts to reset the password and no email being sent or received, I attempted to recreate a new sign in. Now, each time I open the app it prompts of the T&C. Yes, I submitted a support request. They asked me about 4 questions. I replied. Now, 2 weeks later and another support request sent, I’m getting ignored. ZERO RESPONSE!! Is the Flipp app dead? Has Flipp fired their support team?

   Nice app but not everything works. You try to buy any of those specials for Sam club Sam’s won’t honor it Don’t bother clicking on the app support button because there is no app support when you click on it. I have tried multiple times to get an answer on how to set the deals listed for Sam’s Club. Sam’s Club knows nothing about the deals and won’t honor them. I’m waiting for someone to tell me how to get those deals🫩

   Basically just looking at random ads. You can have "favorite stores", but doing that doesn't actually change anything. There is no filtering by store, no way at all to NOT SEE TONS OF USELESS RESULTS from stores you DON'T GO TO. The holistic experience of using this app is just being pelted with ads for Walmart even though there's no Walmart for 50 miles and even if there was you wouldn't shop there. But Flipp collects a paycheck from Walmart for getting a Walmart ad in front of your eyeballs so I don't doubt this is on purpose. Useless, I'll just check the mail ads.

   Missing my main Grocery store. I primarily use it to find sale prices on steak. ShopRite is one of the main stores in the area and they don’t have their weekly ad.

    Need to be more flexible. Couldn’t recognize Arugula which is a very common produce. Doesn’t recognize baby Swiss cheese, and I can go on and on all day. It seriously needs to be updated. The BA should go into several supermarkets high end and low end and ensure all those items are incorporated into the app. Actually, you should fire your Business Analyst and hire me. I promise an increase in the number of users if this app by about 50% or more.

    Accomplished nothing. Entered my zip code. Selected every grocery store listed. Searched for pineapple. Only showed me the price of pineapples at one grocery store that I know are more expensive than a store closer to me. Both stores are nationwide chains. I can find and compare the info more easily with a search engine, a pencil, and some paper.

    The stores are not near me. I was excited to try this app but it’s almost worthless for me. It lists stores in my area that have been closed a decade! And it doesn’t show any of the stores that took their place many years ago. The app has been very disappointing for me. I kept it in case they ever decide to update the stores near me list.

    Major Fail. Flipp used to be a really app. IDK what happened, but it’s almost useless now. Half of the items in ads can’t be searched or clipped. When items can be clipped, the clipping shows something completely different or doesn’t include the item’s price. Using AI isn’t working for you Flipp. Do better!!!

    Almost useless. Posted prices are often much lower than actual prices. Once you click on the item you're redirected to a higher price. This is an example of clickbait. App is Ionly good to view flyers. There's no organization, intuitive interface, and ease of use like previous versions. I used to easily save my sale items and have the retailers price match. Everything was more or less seemlessly viewed with virtually no effort.

    Bring Back ShopRite!. Why has ShopRite disappeared from the Flipp App? This app is useless if they will not include major local grocery chains! Stop giving me filler flyers from stores like “Belk” There isn’t a “Belk” within 700 miles of the zip code I entered in the app. Why does it even show up? To make the Flipp app look full? Here’s an idea, how about actually keeping the flyers like ShopRite that are actually local to the area.

    Just a resource for weekly grocery ads. Forget this for creating a grocery list. If you type in “eggs” you’ll get a bunch of ads for unrelated things like an egg poacher at JC Penney. I just want to see who has the lowest price on eggs. This is worse than spending an hour reading the ads myself and making a manual list. Useless app.
