   Zero support. This app likes one basic very important feature. You cannot search your pantry items. I reached out to support for help regarding this issue and got back nothing.

   New updates killed this app for me. This app used to work well but recent updates killed the sync functionality. Now I can sit next to my wife trying to sync the lists together and it doesn’t work. I don’t know what they did but I’m deleting and finding another app

   Bad first impression. I downloaded the app as I was looking for a good app to not only help me create a shopping list but organizing it by store departments to make my grocery shopping easier. Yesterday I had a list of 20-25 items and halfway through my shopping the app deleted my entire list with no way to recover it. Will look to try a different app like AnyList.

   Scanner Has Never Worked!. I have tried to scan dozens of products using the scan barcode feature, it has never worked. I have an iPhone 12 Pro so I am certain it is not my phone but this stupid app!

   Puts products on your list without your knowledge. Discovered Zicam on my shared grocery list with my wife. I asked her if she had put it on there. She said no, and I’d have been surprised if she did. Pushing ads is one thing but altering the list without our knowledge or consent is just dirty. Instant delete.

   Not a professional app. This looks like as a demo app created by a student. So many bugs and features missing. Duplicate categories can be creates with no warning for example. Grouping is not allowed.

   Disappointed. I downloaded the app and started using it right away, customizing categories and creating separate lists for store-specific items. I go to re-open the app maybe 30-45 min later and it’s gone. All of my lists are still there but empty. I toggled through each one multiple times. Force quit and restarted the app. Logged out and back in. Deleted and re-installed the app. And even restarted my phone. To no avail. Unbelievably frustrating first impression.

    Begs for reviews. Even though “in-app ratings” is disabled, this app ignored that setting and immediately after signing in — before I even had a chance to try it out — begged me to leave a review. So, here it is.

    Share feature doesn’t work. I was so excited to see an app that my husband and I could share and keep a running list of staples we use. But the share feature doesn’t work. The app also erased the first list we made. Do not recommend

    Stopped working. Used for several months but hasn’t worked in weeks, on my nor my wife’s phones (different models). We downloaded a different grocery app that updates in real time without having to refresh (and also has a master list) and couldn’t be happier. bye

    Absolutely Useless. Avoid this app. It randomly removes items from your list WHILE you are shopping. It will ADD items while you are shopping, that has never appeared on your shopping list. Yesterday while grocery shopping, it deleted all items on my list, without any prompts. I deleted the app.

    Technical problems. This app used to be great. Then they updated it and now it keeps adding hundreds of food items to my shopping list. It’s unusable.

    Increasing problems. 1) Syncing now has major issues. Details, categories missing, no automatic refresh- must manually refresh. This issue has progressively gotten worse to the point where we are deleting and starting over with another app. 2) Barcode scanning has always been hit and miss.

    WASTE OF TIME. I literally spent 25 minutes make my list, organizing all the categories with the colors and the emojis etc, then I locked my IPad and opened again and ALL the items deleted. Waste of my time!!!!

    Used to Love it. The shopping totals are all wrong, for example, 2 toiletries items totaling $6 but it shows as $872. I can no longer auto arrange alphabetically or copy and move items to other lists. The formatting is all crowded. I now HATE it.

    Doesn’t sync well. We’ve used this app for years because it was too annoying to switch. But the failure to sync reliably is not acceptable anymore. It’s literally the only thing this list needs to be able to do well. And it doesn’t do it. Can’t tell you how many times someone has added items to the list but the person at the store didn’t see them because the syncing failed.

    Can’t move pantry items to a list. Since this latest update, when I try to move items from my party, the move button is blocked by the setting button. This is on an iPhone. Please fix this. I love this app!

    Disappointed. Almost everything i put down went to uncategorized . And it took a lot of time to edit them. I had this once a few years ago and never had this problem . You should of left it alone.

    Cannot share. Non-starter: Despite numerous attempts, can’t share the lists on this app. Both my husband and son set up accounts but I still receive a notification that “this user isn’t registered” when I attempt to share with them. It sounded like a good alternative to the AnyList app, which kept randomly erasing items off of our lists, but if all 3 of us can’t use it, that’s a deal breaker.

    Entire list just disappeared. I had high hopes for this app because the built-in iPhone grocery list feature was getting very glitchy. Everything was going fine with my first list until I decided to change the name of the list. Once I did so the entire list that I had spent quite a bit of time building disappeared. I just don’t have the energy to rebuild it. So I’m probably going to just delete this app. Sad because I had high hopes, but I’m not willing to have this happen again.

    Lost on desktop-Only in cloud. This app, which I really did like has disappeared from my desktop and I can only retrieve it from the cloud.
