   New version bad. Newest version has ads that block out almost entire list.

   unusable after updating. I’ve used this app for years and bought the ad-free version long ago unfortunately, after the recent updates its become unusable. it closes as soon as I open it, I can’t even report a problem in app bc it won’t stay open to do so

   Confused. I purchased using the promotional offer but it will not allow me to share with anyone. When I click on the application settings in their menu there is nothing there about sharing and when I click the button to go to settings it takes me to the iPhone feature settings for the app, again nothing about sharing. I would not have purchased if I knew this. I definitely will not renew

   Buggy. I open the app, it says there’s nothing in there. All of my grocery lists are gone. I don’t know why, I didn’t remove them. I opened it again, they’re in there. I add things, I close the app, I reopen them, they’re missing. Everything is gone. I closed the app and opened it again, there it is. I don’t understand why a simple grocery list malfunctions so much. I wonder if it has to do with all the suggestions they put in here and they try and sell us stuff? How about less sales, more grocery list?

   They broke it with ads. The app now puts items in your lists that are sponsored items, which defeats the point of having a list app

   Annoying privacy settings. It is annoying that you have to manually and frequently decline the privacy policy. I’ve already stated that I don’t want to be tracked. I’m deleting the app.

   Non-Responsive Customer Service. I’ve used Listonic for years and been very happy. Switched from Android to iOS and wrote to them 3x to get my purchase restored to get rid of ads. No response. No alternate way to contact. Uninstalling now.

    Cheap.. Unfortunate you can’t have a free version of this. Call me cheap, but I don’t like to pay for stuff I don’t know I’ll love and use - especially with knowing there’ll be ads.

    Sells data. Repeatedly opts me in to sell all my data, I have to opt out at least once a month every time they update their terms of use. Switching apps now because of this.

    Crashing. I’ve been a long time user of Listonic and loved it. Since last few weeks it doesn’t open on my IPhone latest IOS, it starts and crashes!! Please fix it!

    Used to be good, but….. The app keep crashes on me and I never can pull up my lists when I need them. I hope they’re working on fixing it.

    App used to be great but now no longer works on Apple devices!. This app used to be great but now no longer works on iOS. as it immediately crashes and is no longer useful. I emailed support several weeks ago and they stated that thay are aware of the issue; however, it still hasnt been fixed as of yet. So, I would probably just find another app and not rely on this one.

    Great when it works. I think this app is wonderful when it works, which is hit or miss. I’ve had to delete the app and redownload it about once every two weeks for the past few months. Disappointing because it is great, but I need something more reliable.

    Abusive monetization. I can’t access my saved lists without first passing through an avalanche of grotesque privacy grabs. It’s wholly irresponsible and sinks what had only been a modestly competent grocery list at best. Update in response to developer: I don’t know which privacy law “CPR” is meant to refer to, but you’ll notice no other app in the App Store or elsewhere has imposed such an egregious fire sale of customer data sharing and associated dozens of separate opt-out prompts. If there was any respect at all for the user then there would be a REJECT ALL button as numerous responsible sites and apps already provide. Nothing is uglier than a company exploiting its users then trying to hide behind a claim of it being statutory.

    Used to work great!. I loved this app when I first started using it, but lately I haven’t been able to use it. Every time I try to open a list the app closes.

    Listonic is useless. Lists do not stay open to use but crash immediately. I have notified and no change. Plus before I did use it to check off an item there was about a 2 to 3 second lag in adding or removing an item. App is too slow. Deleting it.

    Ads are out of hand now. The ads have gotten so bad, I just close the app and use something else. I understand I can pay for an ad free version, but at this point, just use something else unless you want another subscription. The small ads before were manageable and I didn’t mind seeing them but this whole page take-over is way too excessive.

    AI is ruining everything.. This app was perfect up until a few months ago. They added some bull AI element and suddenly it’s incapable of basic categorization. It still works but I’m nearly done with it dumping every entry into “other”
