   No app support. I am sharing my subscription with a family member. App was working fine for both of us until my family member got a new phone. Family member could not sign in and did not receive an email to change password. No way to contact customer support. App is now useless for my family member

   Pretends to be free with in-app purchases but can’t even see the home screen without paying $30. I wish developers would quit trying to trick users into downloading their app. A 7-day trial is a pain because we’re on a family account using my husband’s credit card so purchases require authentication and conversation. I want to see if an app is worth it before we do all that. Maybe I would have found this useful enough to purchase but we’ll never know because you were too greedy to let me make just one list for free before charging me.

   Unable to log in or reach CS. I tried to open this app today, just like I’ve done many times over the last 7 months. My subscription is good until November. This time it wouldn’t open until I logged in. I had no idea what my login creds are, and when I tried to use the Forgot password option, no reset email came. I’ve tried to reach out to customer support, but that just opens the 404 Error page. I want my subscription $$ back for my next 4.5 months.

   If I could give this app 0 stars I would. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP AT ALL!! As soon as I bought this, it charged me $10 dollars and on top of that as soon I got into the app I needed a subscription! So I got the free trail, and you can’t decorate the list or anything! Stick with regular notes please.

   WAS a good app. I don’t know why this happens to every app. They’ve got a good thing going, they get a solid fanbase, and then BOOM! We get screwed over! I’ve had this app for years and they’ve always been a tad bit money hungry, but it was never a huge thing. Yknow, you have to pay for extra colors and those funky emoji banners, but the rest is free. I could live with that. But now I CANT EVEN GET IN WITHOUT PAYING A YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION!! THEY DONE LOCKED ME OUT!! 🤣🤣 And to my knowledge, they haven’t added anything new, except for this paywall!! How fun!😀 Don’t waste your money. Make a list on the notes app if you have to. It’s basically the same thing.

   Bait and switch. It appeared to be free but after downloading, a screen pops up to start a "free" 14 day trial. It can not be used, or even explored unless you do the trial. I NEVER, EVER do "trials". They get your credit card number and then it's impossible to cancel. I've had to cancel CREDIT CARDS to get companies to stop charging me! Not just ZERO stars, but MINUS stars.

   Overpriced, Underwhelming, extremely disappointing, and Unresponsive Support. I’m extremely disappointed with this app. It’s one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any application. The features are severely lacking, especially when compared to what many other apps offer completely free of charge. After quickly realizing how poor the functionality was, I immediately requested a refund , yet received no response at all. It seems the developers are banking on users forgetting to cancel the free trial so they can charge a surprisingly high fee for a service that simply doesn’t deliver. I’ve genuinely tried to use the app despite my frustration, but it’s been nothing but a waste of time. This experience has reminded me to be much more selective going forward , things really aren’t always what they appear to be. If it were possible to leave zero stars, I would. One star feels far too generous for this level of service.

   “Free” app demands money. Upon opening this “free” app, users are immediately hit with a screen offering their (expensive) subscription service and demanding to know why you don’t want to subscribe. I immediately deleted the app.

    Time to renew however,. I’ve been using it for a year and love it. It is time to renew. However there is nothing explaining the different yearly plans and why they are priced differently. When I click on app support it’s says page cannot be found :( I also noticed that they have new features that I cannot access. Please help.

    NEED HELP!!!!. I upgraded my iPhone , from an iPhone 12 Pro Max toan iPhone 15 Pro Max........ my passwords did not all transfer over and List Maker was one of them. I am trying to reset my password, but it’s not sending me the link to my email to do it. i’ve been waiting for three hours to have the link sent to me so I can reset my password and nothing‘s happening. I’ve checked my. Email I’ve checked my spam and I’ve also checked my trash and there’s no email… All I need is the link so I can reset my password please. I do not want to cancel my subscription because I do like this app very much but if I can’t reset my password it’s useless.

    Purchase Plan to Use 👎🏽. This app was great until I had to purchase a plan to use. Just using it in its simplest form was really good. Not enough there “for me” to purchase a plan to use. Looking for another app to use.

    A list app shouldn’t be a subscription. As the title says, an app about making lists shouldn’t be a $30 a year subscription. I’d rather pay an upfront $5 for an app than be told I can’t use an app because I didn’t pay them twice.

    Greedy company 🤬. To even get STARTED, you need a plan or subscription. And there is NO “FREE” plan. The only plans they have are a family plan and a single plan. Again, NO FREE PLAN OPTION. Companies these days piss me off. All they want is money, money, money, and more money.

    Pop up for Subscription is annoying. I really loved the style of the notes but opening the app you can get out of the subscription pop up unless you click on restore purchases, tells you no subscription found and lets you in again only for it to pop up every min. Not worth it if the pop up keeps coming up.

    Disappointed. I’ve been using this app for quite a while and really like it. Now, all of the sudden, I can’t get to my existing lists unless I pay. No advanced notice that it was becoming a subscription only app. This is a very poor way to do business.

    Zero stars. If I had the option to rate this zero stars I would because this app stole all my birthday money out of my account, then refused a refund. I don’t even know where it came from! I’m highly upset and I’ll write bad reviews everyday until I get my money back. This makes no sense I don’t even know where this app came from!

    No use unless you pay. The app I was using for years is no longer available. I found this app on my search and decided to give it a try. I had seen on other reviews that you had to pay in order to use, with the company stating they had a free option. I started to try it out, without the free trial, but it will not let you move past the payment screen. Although, at first, I was able to start a list, it quickly put the pop-up to choose a plan, including a free trial. so basically, if I want to try it, I HAVE to use the free trial and then immediately cancel it to make sure I am not being charged. That makes no sense. I wonder if I started the trial and then canceled it if it would just bring me back to opening the payment screen every time I try to use it. Just not worth my time to find out.

    Mail Chimp. I can’t find any indication thay List Maker has changed their policies, but I can no longer access any of the items on their menu. Makes it less useful to me. 👉🏻when I click on any item (like “list ideas”) a popup for Mail Chimp comes up and there’s no way to move beyond it.

    Misleading. App is advertised as free with “in app purchases available.” After opening the app you are prompted for a free trial followed by a monthly subscription fee….shouldn’t even be advertised as free at this point.

    Over priced Shopping list. So the app is a subscription app. But I’m not going to pay for a subscription for a shopping list when Apple already has one on the phone. Your pretty much just paying for the look, and to have someone else sort your list for you. The program apple already has can also be shared with who ever you want to share it will too.

    Way, WAY too 'cutesy-poo'irritating (and it only gets worse. I've used computers (Macs) since the 80s. I'm no tech dummy. I tend to despise reading instruments - esp at first. I've allays preferred to use software, & them - if/when I run into a problem, read JUST about THAT SPECIFIC issue. No such luck with this. I need A VERY simple list-making app, and I need it immediately. I downloaded this (along with 3 others I'll try), and drum the very get-go, this is like begging trapped in a fruit machine (for people who live in the States, that's a slot machine). I mean that, because, as I've said, I need a lot-making application NOW. To try to use it out-of-the-box (without rainy) is impossible. You first hit, 'add list' (duh!), and then you're given your first 'options'; how do you wish to...jeez... DECORATE this list, & Tata where you run into tonnes of pictures to choose from v(I'm really not keen on the cheesy art. To the makers of this; get someone who's abroad studied DESIGN, iconography, and understands SIMPLICITY!) I tried to make a list - NO, it didn't involve any food, and there's SUCH A RIDICULOUS NUMBER OF FOOD options... I'll put it to you this way; one off the most obvious signs the so-called 'designer' hadn't actually designed much is the vast number of choices. All there should be is 1, or perhaps 2. The more choices a person's given, the less likely they are to choose (see any paper written by someone new to computers, and you'll see they've managed to put a gazillion different fonts into it. That's BAAAAAAD. I then tried to go the 'no picture' route - just as bad. It's almost impossible (again; WITHOUT having to peruse their instructions, which VERY few will do. This IS 'Apple Land', where SIMPLICITY's what it's all about!). It WOULDN'T let me just name the list whatever I wanted - it gave me such a frakkin'headache, I chucked it as fast as possible. To the makers; please don't waste time writing back to say how you're sorry my (UGH!) 'experience' had been', just STRIP ALL THE EXCESS OUT! Make it SIMPLE. Elegant! Right now, this is a disaster.
