   No internal subscription. App uses an external subscription, so I don’t trust this. I can’t sign up through an App Store subscription, not even got a higher fee. Obviously meant to make it more difficult to cancel so that I’m more likely to pay after the trial period, so I’m not willing to risk trying it out.

   Sure it’s great but nothings free. The app seemed to be free or have some free features from the App Store but you can’t do anything without subscribing wich is fine but I was disappointed and there is nothing to tell you untill you download it. The free trial also claims you don’t have to give payment info to use a 7 day free trial and then it asks for it on the very next screen.

   i'm broke.. I feel that this game has a lot of potential, but you cannot learn your desired language without starting a trial. I really do not recommend this app if you don't want to pay, I recommend you find another app that's not gonna take all your money away from you. I get that in this economy you have to earn your way of living, but this is not right. You should at least be able to learn without purchasing something.

   It's not free. Sure it has a free trial but Its not free like what....... You have to type in a credit or debit card in order to use it, Listening/speaking to a native speaker is free though.

    Charged AFTER cancellation!. I explicitly cancelled my subscription on June 6, well before the renewal date. However, the system still automatically charged me US$99.99 on June 8. This is completely unacceptable and seems to be a known bug in your billing system. I have already contacted support for a refund. Please fix this issue immediately and return my money. Be careful if you just want to try this app!

    Buggy; Impressive When Working. This program had a number of issues remaining stable, maintaining progress status, loading. It usually took three tries just to start. Once running, the program was extremely impressive and its ability to listen and correct fairly nuanced mistakes.

    dont waste your money on this! (zero star). not useful compare to other tools. you cant really learn much with their lessons. mostly just repeating after what ai said. might as well use the open source ai that talks to you. i regret paying months of subscription. It does not worth what you are paying for. They refuse to refund my subscription when i contact them in less than 1 day after renewal. And i didnt use the app for months. Their customer support is not helpful. Either repeats themselves or ask you to contact somewhere else and they have no control over anything. (including their link platform that they use to make purchase with)

    Have to pay in order to use it. I downloaded this app because I wanted to learn a new language but it turns out you have to pay and force you get a week trial in order to use it.

    didn’t refund my subscription. i wanted to learn cantonese but they didn’t have that option so i emailed support to try to cancel the renewal (this was within 2-3 days of renewal). i then disputed the transaction on my credit card and the dispute also failed. very disappointed with customer service hence the 1 star

    IT SUCKS!. this app is actually so bad well not at first glance when you press to to start your language you have to pay for everything to learn the the language to speak it it's it's not even fair you have to pay for every little thing I can't even like get like free things that are included in the app because you have to pay for which sucks because who's paying 119 dollars just for learning a language if you're using this good for you because you're paying for it but I'd rather use Duolingo

    Not practical. This app makes it very difficult to actually learn any conversation. You can spend infinite time trying to have it understand two words back to back. It would constantly correct a native speaker and even when I recorded the app saying what it wanted said and then played it back it would still try to correct itself. I never did learn any actual conversations because every conversation eventually stalls with some technicality. This app could not even identify how many syllables a short phrase was. Often suggesting three syllables was two or vice versa. These were not problems that other language apps have, at least the three or four other ones I use. A native speaking friend of mine could not get through one single beginner lesson without it getting hung up trying to correct him. If you need an app, that will help you develop and recall conversation, this one is not it. If you want an app where you can argue about how much pause there should be at a comma etc., then this one is for you. This is the first time I have ever left a review on an app. That’s how bad it was, bad enough to make me feel compelled to warn others about saving their money

    Frustrating. Genuinely frustrating if you’re not a complete beginner. It moves at a very slow pace and makes you start with beginner level things even if you list it as otherwise

    Costs money. It always puts a bad taste in my mouth when apps make you sign up before telling you that you can’t do anything without spending money. Thank goodness I used my spam email, but that’s still probably an email they used to sell. Rip.

    No free version. I’m sure this app is great, but the fact that I couldn’t even do a first lesson without being pushed to buy a subscription is disappointing. Immediately deleted it. Just make sure you know you have to pay for it.

    App is declining with updates. why did this app suddenly get terrible with the newest updates? i paid for an entire year and if it does not change back i will not be renewing. this is terrible and i feel tricked. not interactive at all

    Not enough difficulty. Seems ok for a beginner but as soon as you know the basics the AI keeps trying to explain how to say Grazie and doesn’t adapt to your level.

    Impossible to cancel the trial - don’t even download. This app made it impossible to cancel. The subscription does not show up on your Apple Subscriptions, leaving you to believe that you won’t get charged. And once you do, it will be impossible to get refunded.
