   Unethical Billing Practices – Beware. I signed up for the free trial of Lúcida AI and made sure to cancel before the trial ended (well before September 13). Despite this, on September 14 I was still charged. I submitted proof to Apple that I canceled prior to the charge, yet they denied my refund request even after I appealed. I never used the full trial, never wanted the subscription, and was charged anyway. This feels deceptive and unethical. If a company cannot honor its own trial terms, how can customers trust them? This is a rip-off. Buyer beware – don’t expect fair treatment, and don’t expect Apple to protect you if the company mishandles your cancellation. Extremely disappointing experience.

    Doesn’t care what you say, automatically “great job”. I tried the trial version for greetings in Spanish. It kept telling great job. Then I intentionally pronounced wrong and answered the question in English. Still keep telling good job etc. Therefore, a money trap and useless app

    Swipe Left. This app has technical issues when attempting to speak with you. It regularly mis-hears what you say and speaks over you yet it’s $40/month. It also won’t shut down when you sign-out.
