The advertisements lie. When you watch the advertisement, the biggest thing is, I don’t have money to learn English and the AI tells you you don’t have to have money. It’s free yeah it’s only free for only seven days and then 1499 a month that’s false advertisement.

Costs money. Not free. It gives like 15 minutes or less to try it out you can also do the one week trial it keeps putting in your face like at every interaction before a lesson after signing up, trying to sign up just entering the app. I tried the free mode about talking freely outside of lessons and that was cool. I did a lot of typing and I think it’s decent but it’s like $15 a week or a month. I forgot I didn’t even read it. It was decent but it’s paid for you. Do not get to try it for free for long. I lasted like one lesson and now I can’t do anything unless I give money.

Charges WITHOUT authorization. I never asked to subscribe to this app and just now I found out that I’ve been charged weekly $14.99 since February 5, 2026. I’m requesting a refund or all the charges. This is the first time I have a problem like this with any of the applications in the App Store. I’m looking at the different reviews. I can see that this is a recurring problem charging people while they were not expecting to be charged.. Please refund all the charges that you have made!!!
