   سيئ جدا للاسف. حملته واشتركت وانصدمت انه سيئ جدا مافيه مواضيع ومنهج محدد او قواعد نقدر نتعلمها ،،،من اول يوم دخلت وهل تسألني وش سويتي وين رحتي فقط ،،،ونقعد ساعه نشرح لبعض وبالقوة نتفاهم وراح الاشتراك كله سواليف وخرابيط ،،،مستحيل اكرر التجربه واعتبرها ضياع فلوس بكل امانه ومصداقيه للجميع يوجد تطبيقات منافسه افضل بكثير بخطه دراسيه واضحه وقرمر مدروس و تشتغل على المهارات قراءه وكتابه و استماع و كتابه امازهذا للاسف سئ للغايه

Contact us.» От помощи не жди помощи. Они не отвечают. Что делать дальше? Получается, дальше терять оплаченные часы.

   Pointless for Tutors Now. This app used to serve both students and tutors. Now, it only serves students. If you tutor and you’re on the go, you can no longer check your schedule, nor do anything. So there’s no point in keeping the app. Plus, you’re making tutors LESS efficient instead of more efficient. The ability to synch our Cambly schedule to our calendar is no longer functional. And now we can’t even check our schedule on the go? It’s like you’re saying you DON’T want us to do our jobs well. Make it make sense. This is why I invest as little time as possible working for this platform. I can’t handle the inefficiency- especially when it gets worse.

   Tutor canceled the lesson. I think this platform is unfair to students, you want to cancel the lesson before 12 hours, but tutor can cancel the lesson at any time. That’s very annoying! Because you have to spend more time to schedule!

   robber！Give my money back. I purchased Cambly’s annual subscription, but my account was unfairly suspended with the excuse of “cross-region purchase.” For a platform claiming to be global, this reason makes no sense! Many users study or work abroad, yet Cambly blocks accounts for such baseless reasons, refuses to provide service, and even denies refunds. What’s worse, the official support team told me I could use my subscription in any country, but now they contradict themselves by suspending my account. Customer support has been unresponsive and keeps delaying without offering any real solution. This is highly unprofessional and disrespectful to paying customers. Think twice before subscribing, or you might end up wasting your money like I did.

   Robber!They didn’t give me any refund!. I purchased annual subscription one month ago. However my account is banned Cambly.com Cause they said you shouldn’t purchase a plan and use it in another country! That is ridiculous! I have to travel among different countries. Plus according to their rules users can use it in different countries. So I want my money back. And there is no one actually replied! Each email was sent by robot. Just keeping me waiting and waiting! No service or refund! I didn’t have any lesson at all! Is there anyone who can help me?

    Tired of repeated class canceling. Right now if a student cancel a class within 12 hours before the class, the student can only get half minutes back. But when the teacher cancel within 12 hours, we students don’t get additional compensation. And some teachers are extremely annoying, they cancel the class within 1 hour before the class. We should get money refund in this extreme situation because sometimes it’s hard to find other time that works for me and I end up waste a lot class minutes.

    Lost ~$2k by the unscrupulous subscription practice. I used Cambly’s services and attempted to cancel my subscription in early 2022. I have never use any services from them. But I continued to be charged in total of about 2k dollars without authorization. The app is confusing especially for non-native English speaker. No notification of my subscription status. But tons of advertisement emails every day. No direct customer service if u got into trouble. Please be cautious when using the app.

    个人觉得比较垃圾鸡肋. 1、软件bug非常多； 2、专业老师非常少； 3、价格也不是很便宜； 4、好评几乎都是刷出来的吧，并且找了大量up主来推广，市场营销做的还可以。 适合有一定基础，做为找人聊天的软件还可以，学习就不怎么样了 2023年8月15日更新： 这个软件绑定银行卡后无法删除取消，恶意扣费，找他们没人管。

    Charge you money without consent!. After the first purchase I turned off the subscription. And it still keeps charge me without my consent!! Be awarded!! It’s a scam and charge you even you stop subscription

    أبغى استرجع فلوسي. اشتركت بباقة لمدة شهر مدة الحصة ساعة ثلاث مرات في الأسبوع .. الحصة الأولى ضاع الوقت وهو يدور لي على مدرس و الحصة الثانية كنت عاملة لي جدول عشان ابتدي فالمدرسة لغت الحصة و اضطريت اشبك مع أي مدرس فطلع لي مدرس و قال ما أقدر وغادر المنصة .. يعني للحين راحت حصتين على الفاضي .. ولو فيه امكانية استرجع فلوسي لعملتها .. تطبيق فاشل

    Fraud. I have subscripted a one month plan which cost me more than 300 dollars. After took the first class, I feel like this learning style does not suit me. Then, I requested refund. However, I never got any reply from them in three days, and it seems like they don’t want give back your money. Please be careful when you decide to subscript a plan, maybe you can try the cheapest one first.

    لايوجد اي تواصل عند حدوث اي مشكلة لك. للاسف لايوجد لك اي حق او ضمانات او استرجاع دقايق او فلوس او حتى احيانا مشكلة بالنظام ما تقدر تدخل مافي اي احد تتواصل معاه يحل لك المشكله ولا اي تعويض طبعا على الدروس اللي تفوتك بسببهم اكثر من موقف حصل لي و لا في اي رد من جهتهم و حصصك تطير وانت ماتقدر تتصرف 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    It is a defraud. I have only one hour class but it still changed me $90. It is a defraud and no one answer your questions!!!! The return policy states that the money of the unused classes will be returned, BUT I have been contact with them for one month NO ONE NO Money returned! IT IS A DEFRAUD!!!!!!!😡😡😡😡
