   It was great before update. All old videos were disappeared, so as my notes and bookmarks. Everything is changed. And don’t expect that it’s bbc 6 minutes English, it’s not 😄

   Force closing problem. I have the problem of being closed of the app after almost 30 or 40 seconds of any section’s opening. I like this app ver much. Please solve this problem. I want to continue to enjoy by using the application. 😘

    Error. I bought the premium but in the exams in particular the recording area is not heard, it marks an error. The same thing also happens in the area where you have to translate what the video says. It doesn't correct the answers or fix them or anything. And it does not only happen in this application but also in the P2P colocation one. This has me upset! I need you to help me, if not then return the money.

    Don't play most stories after downloading. Some of the stories when I downloaded them and I played them to listen ,after 3 or more minutes it stopped.so it’s disappointed me😕 I don't khow what do i do? Please help me

    Repeat option has been removed. Befor a recent update, there was an options that the conversation was repeated automatically whenever it was done, but now this option doesn’t exist. I use to listen to 6 minutes in car while driving but now I couldn’t because it itself doesn’t repeat automatically and its is not safe to play a conversation by myself when driving

    It keeps crashing. It gets stopping after some minute of playing the podcast , So i have to reopen the app and find the podcast was playing from the first! In addition i’ve just updated the app today , but it got worse🙁

    4teachers part. This part could be more useful for teachers if it contained much information and explanations about how to teach some parts more vividly and clearly for example in part classroom instructions give the exact instructions which are used in the classroom by teachers
