   Mehrkhah. Its support service is terrible, I have problem with this app and they don’t give me any suitable answers, and could not solve this app bugs

   Scam!!. Be aware that this app is a scam! No free trial actually available! I have been scammed 40 dollars for just wanting to see what functions it has. I was sure I checked 7 days free trial, but when I went to cancel the subscription 20 min later, I found out that I have signed up for the 3 months plan. Also within the app there was not a function to choose monthly plan, but in Apple subscription page, there are 10 ish plans with different prices to cover the same duration. A scam!

   Operating office in russia. Would love to buy and recommend to others, but found that company neglects international sanctions against russia, due to russian invasion of Ukraine.

   You just want the money. As for the students who haven’t worked yet, we wait 10 hours intervals for every class sections. It’s not efficient at all! And you just lock the function of notes and question history so they can’t review the previous class materials. Is it necessary? Shame on you!

   EF Hello App Charges You Under the Table. I’ve received an email indicating that EF Hello would charge me $79.99 for the EF Language Learning Solutions AG. I’ve already canceled my EF Hello subscription to the Apple Store and deleted the account, but EF Hello would still charge me through the payment method of Apple Pay, which means EF Hello abuses Apple Pay data. Hope Apple Store investigates the illegal charge by EF Hello. Seriously, I was so scared that this app abused users’ data through the Apple Store!

   frustrating. 我每次都是及时更新新版本，但是前2次更新之后开始无法自由浏览学过的课程。更糟的是视频内容几乎无法播放，请赶快修复这些bug。

    Ripoff. EF Hello is good as far as it gets: immersive, lots of listening and speaking, without much typing. All good. I went through all of the foundation and beginner lessons and was looking forward to continuing into the intermediate lessons. There are extremely few.. This is ridiculous. I complained and they said that they were sorry, that I should try another language, like Spanish. Obviously, quite discouraging and i feel ripped off.

    Definitely not worth what they charge. I tried learning Spanish, and it sounds like they are using Google translator (robotic) type voices rather then real voices I like Duo Lingo app, better

    Endlessly Hounds. Constantly asks you to pay for a subscription, locking you out of lessons. Due to this, I haven't even been able to see its AI features. I dislike apps like that constantly hound you in this way. I will be deleting it. Btw: It's very suspicious, especially, with such a basic UI and UX for a nearly 5 star rating. Doesn't seem accurate to me.

    退出后再也无法登陆. 换了手机,通过邮箱登陆,怎么也登不上，通过发送验证码登陆一直提示该邮箱绑定其它账号，怎么解决请问？

    Almost promising. The app seemed to have good promise, but falls short when trying to speak. I consistently have to repeat each sentence over and over and over. I thought maybe it was me, but other language apps hear just fine….even better. I would not have purchased this app, but I didn’t cancel before the trial period. I’ll use it for listening and general knowledge, but am usually frustrated after a session. There is a lot of content, though. I would give this 2.5 stars because of the feeling of only getting half of its value. Maybe it’ll get better in time…

    Unable to scroll answers. During the chat session, when there are multiple options for answer, there is no way to scroll the different answers. This bug renders the whole exercise unusable.

    What went wrong?. I used to love this app. But with new updates it gets worse. It used to be very simple concept and I loved it. You start your first lesson and follow the path. Now it’s very confusing. You have your ‘Continue Learning’ next to ‘Your Daily Plan’. Right after you have Course library with bunch of the lessons. Then you have ‘Your study path’ ‘Course collection’ and bunch of the lessons again. I forgot to mention ‘My course’ all the way at the top. Since you are using AI can it be just a ‘Day Plan’. You open an app once a day and you get your assignments for the day. After you done come back tomorrow. Now it’s very confusing. Do I go to my Day plan or Study path? Maybe have another menu with course library when you can pick a lesson if you want to. Maybe let AI make a plan for the day. Speaking section is horrible. I fail every time. Literally every time. How hard it is to say ‘My name is Anna’? I use BoldVoice to improve my accent. Oh boy that app is picky. But I practice and I able to complete assignment for the day. While I still can’t pass ‘My name is Anna’ at EF Hello. Another thing is a Roleplay. Concept is great but it’s not connected to your English level. You take a first lesson when they teach you how to say ‘Hi’ and at the end of the lesson they want you to say ‘Hi. My name is Alex. I live in LA. On my free time I love to travel and I love to read.’ And all you learn is ‘Hi. How are you?’ Talking about AI. It’s great to get a feedback on your Roleplay. But to get a letter from AI just when you selected a right answer? I spent more time reading AI responses after each question than learning. It used to be one of the best app on the market. Make it user friendly and simple to understand.

    Clunky interactions and meaningless quizzes. I often have to click “okay” 2-3 times consecutively confirming the same information when completing a lesson. The quizzes are very easy to guess the right answer. Unfortunately, the information in the quizzes itself is not often explained in a helpful way. The lessons honestly don’t really teach much at all about the etymology of a word or why something is the way it is. If they do it is at a surface level and always entirely in English. The quizzes are more memorization and recognition than understanding. I think this app could be a lot better. I’ve been using it pretty consistently, but may start looking for alternatives. Would not say it is worth paying for.

    Overall good. One thing I didn’t like about the app was that the ai feedback is not very helpful. Also, i hate that the app ask for 5 star reviews after every course.
