   Paid for premium and can’t get access. I was loving Eggbun and used it for a long time but then life was too busy and next thing I know when I tried to use my account it had locked me out. I should have the premium account for a lifetime and yet I can no longer access it. Worse yet no one will answer the help emails I have sent out - and there have been several. Would be nice if someone would actually answer and get me back into my account!!! Never should have been locked out. I don’t want to pay twice for the same thing.

   Still No MatchUp. I believe something's wrong with the app, or the system is not working for my region...or the app is not working in general? 😖 My fear is to invest money into the app and this problems persist. I have used 3 of my matchup chances. Still no match, wait time for me is halph hour, sad story. Things don't work the same, what is going on?

   DO NOT PURCHASE - You’ll get stuck unable to use your purchased content. I have sent an email to support. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, updated both app and my iPad and STILL cannot get the app to load. What would I pay for when I can’t even use it? I have been trying for weeks now to buy the membership. Super disappointing. I guess I’ll take my money somewhere else to learn. I sent an email to support. Still no response. The app has been “updated” numerous times now and STILL does not work. What good is my purchase if I can’t even use it?

   The app is no longer loading up as of 10/2/24. What's happening? I paid $99 for a subscription and the app is no longer opening even after I restarted it and updated it! Help!

    App won’t load. When I first downloaded this app I absolutely loved it, so much so that I purchased the premium account. Unfortunately, I have not been able to use the app for awhile now because when I open the app it is unable to get past the initial loading screen. I have reached out to customer support several times about this issue but have never gotten a response. It was a fantastic app while it was working and was super helpful for learning Korean. I wish I could still use it, and I wish I hadn’t paid for the premium account.

    It was good until it wasn’t.. It started out great, but for months now I receive an “Oops. Something went wrong…” message. That would be fine if I hadn’t paid for the full unlocked version! This is ridiculous! It won’t even let me sign in. I’ve paid good money and I feel taken advantage of. I get technology has bugs, but for months?! Solve this already!

    Will change is devs fix iPhone app glitch. Like many other reviews, I haven’t been able to get into the app for a couple weeks due to a loading screen glitch where the app never moves past the initial loading screen. I paid for the lifetime tier last year, and I have reached out by email and Facebook messenger with no responses to this issue. Whatever bug fixes and updates the last version from a week ago did, they didn’t fix the issue we are all reporting.

    Won’t open. Like others have said, it’s stuck on the title screen. I have deleted the app and redownloaded it and nothing works.

    Doesn’t Work?. This is definitely a developer or App Store problem but I downloaded the app multiple times and every time it was stuck on one page with the egg guy laying on a beach chair. Wouldn’t even let me progress after clicking, swiping, and re-downloading the app.

    App doesn’t function. Over the space of two days, I have installed this app three times and just get an error message after I open it. Then it asks me how I want to log in, and I log in, but nothing happens and I keep logging in until finally I get another error message that tells me to try again later.

The app won’t load and the webpage log in is error, it’s been almost a week and nothing is fixed, I paid for 3 months subscription and I can’t access it in the meantime? Literally wasting my name as we speak, unless it’s fixed soon or I’m expecting some sort of compensation
