   нет сохранения. вела 2 года, перешла на новый телефон, вошла в учетную запись и ничего, все пусто, я вела его из-за своих проблем с памятью и я буквально забываю свою жизнь, а это приложение очень помогало, а два года жизни, которые я фиксировала каждый день просто исчезли…

   Horrible!. I spent hours and hours making cool new emojis just to find my app updated (perhaps), now all of my work is GONE . . . WHERE IS IT??? It just says theres an error (502). I've tried searching the internet but nothing has come up, please FIX THIS!

   Entries got deleted. Had to delete this to get more storage for back up since I was switching phones, and when I had downloaded it again and logged in all my entries were gone. I had entries all the way back to April 2021, I just want my entries back.

   Cute app but update difficulties. With the newest update, most entries refuse to save and to do so you have to go through a process so much more convoluted and tedious than just pressing the check like before. It’s completely stunting my ability to enjoy this app. I could write paragraphs and “save” but when I come back it’ll all be gone. This wasn’t a problem before hand. Please fix this!!!!!!

    emoji's are just copying. emoji's that a saved just keeping copying after every time I'm adding my mood. I can't delete them - they're just keep copying. I think now I have like 400 the same emoji's for every emotion that I have

    Can’t cancel membership. The app was great, but be warned if you pay for the “one time” membership. Not only is it NOT a one time payment (like it leads you to believe), it also charges you randomly and you can’t cancel it. Seriously, the subscription doesn’t show up in your App Store or settings. They never emailed me back about cancellation either, so now I’m here.

    all my entries have been deleted. i am crying a lot at the moment. i had to delete the app because i didn’t want my parents to read my entries since they were checking my phone. i thought my entries would save, but they have all be deleted. i am crying because i poured my heart into these entries. emmo please do something. these entries meant the world to me since it was one of the only places to vent. i’m just devastated and downright heart broken. i apologize for my poor english, but i just want to know what i can do or what you can do to recover my entries. those entries meant so much to me. thank you and have a great day. happy holidays.

    Still not working… great.. Came back to check in on the apps 6 months later after I kept having issues with being unable to see any of the world drawings or download them. Still the same, will be deleting.. again.

    Widget not working on iOS16. I love this app so much and log an emotion every day! It’s simple to use and has a pretty interface. Unfortunately the medium size widget is not working after updating my phone to iOS16.

    Um... Okay I love this app, I seen it on tiktok and instantly came to download it! Then came the part after I downloaded…Everything was going well until I looked in the community section to download emojis (since I’m not the most artistic but I don’t want the basic emojis). Firstly, nothing at all was loading, and then when I tried to download it kept saying “Download Emmo Fail” I seen a lot of people on tiktok have this problem as well. Please fix it 😕

    i’m confused... i used to love it but to download one thing i need have membership or watch add, it’s so annoying. also this app is so laggy, i can’t download more than 5 things because then all my next downloads are failed. please fix it

    used to be a lot better :(. Emmo used to be rlly helpful for me especially when i could download other peoples drawings to express how i also felt. now you have to pay for almost everything and its soooo annoying i stopped using it :/

    Deleted all my entry logs. I am extremely unhappy with this app. This morning, I woke up to journal my day, only to find out that all my previous entries were duplicated by the app, which is annoying. So, I went ahead and deleted the duplicates and closed the app afterwards. BUT, when I went back on to write, I was very sad to find out that every single one of the entry logs had been deleted. Is there any way I can get them back? I poured my heart and soul into writing those and now their GONE.

    BROKEN APP. THE APP ISNT WORKING. nothing is loading except for my diary page. i tried everything, logging out, deleting the app, resetting my phone, disconnecting and reconnecting to the internet. nothing is working. instead when i deleted the app, so did the emojis i made.

    I hate EMMO is some ways,. It’s ok, I mean the writing down your feelings but it’s very addictive and if it’s for tracking your moods then why do it make you feel worse? It’s ok. But some like things are on there. They say it’s a “clean tree hole” but EMMO doesn’t even know what those images look like. And no one does anything about it! 4 year olds go on there and can get exposed to some very bad things. Too addictive.
