   Predatory and harmful AI marketing. The marketing for Breeze Wellbeing is completely unhinged and dangerous. Their AI-generated ads spam your feed constantly, weaponizing serious mental health terms just to scare you. Within two minutes, they will run one ad diagnosing YOU as a "malignant narcissist with deep trauma," and then run a second ad telling you that YOUR PARTNER is the narcissist.They throw contradictory, fake psychological labels at everyone just to trigger user anxiety for profit. It is predatory, inaccurate, and deeply irresponsible for a self-proclaimed "wellness" app. Avoid this company at all costs.

   Rob you blind. I down;padded this after seeing many ads. They attempted to charge my card 5 times with multiple 14.99 and 29.99 charges. I did not authorize any of these charges, click on anything or the typical stuff you do. I only took their “free” quiz on trauma. This app should be taken down

   The worst. Discovered this doom scrolling and thought I tried their free quiz then from that point on they somehow charged me a few times without me knowing and they would not refund. Companies like this literally do not care for your mental health they just care about scamming you and taking your money. I never used this and saw this on my bank statements. Don’t waste your money.

   Non-functional. I took the test and entered my email as well as paid $1 to see my test results and the app does not allow me to use the magic link to sign in so I am stuck on the same sign-in page unable to see my results and out of my money. Waste of time! I was looking forward to the assessment results.

   BEWARE. Pay close attention to their terms. I thought I was getting a 7 day trial for $1 and ended up paying the $1 plus an additional $14.99. Definitely false advertising and some shadiness. Beware. So many people taking advantage of the mental health crisis. They will not refund you as their secret charge is in their terms of service.

   Scam don’t download. I would give this no stars if I could . I purchased the free trial for $1 dollar and I was charged the dollar and then a 14.99 payment that was not authorized; I’m able to cancel my subscription ; when I try it sends me a blank email ; I have multiple blank emails from them trying to cancel. I sent out an email to cancel and return my money the email says it’s going to take While to respond to me mind you I still can be charge. Call your bank if you havnt done so already ; if you reached out to them like I have and received no response your bank will do a stop payment and block the merchant keep any proof just incase they need to verify later ; I took a photo and screen recorded of the entire process because I didn’t trust the app at no point in time did it say I would be charged $14.99 just 1 dollar for the week trial which would end July 2nd 2026 and the it say 29.99 months after the free trail

    Misleading : Will take your money without warning. Update: they are persistent to get anything out of you. Reduced amounts and what not. Update : they tried to charge me three times now. No way of canceling. 2 month multiple attempts to charge. It’s written somewhere no matter you cancel, delete the app, they will try to take your money without warning. You will have nothing to go back on.

    Be careful!. I clicked on an ad on Facebook and took their quiz. At the end of it it asked me if I wanted to donate $1 $2 three dollars etc. I collected one dollar and processed the payment through my Apple. I look at my account today and they charged me one dollar plus a second charge of 1499 that I did not approve of.. This is a scam and I will be contesting that charge. Update: I took a quiz on fb and at the end was asked to donate. I clicked one dollar. I NEVER signed up for or agreed to a subscription from apple or anyone. I agreed to donate a dollar.

    Do Not Download. The ads are convincing and they definitely prey on people with the way their ads pull you in. You get to the end of the questionnaire and they ask if you’d like to donate an amount of your choosing. I was curious of my results so I selected to pay $1. Why in the last two weeks, after not using the app at all since the initial download have I been charged $45!! No notice, no emails, no pop up notification along with the daily “motivational” quotes. I went in and deleted my account immediately and I’ve reported them to my bank for unauthorized charges!! Ridiculous to prey on people like that!

    Too expensive. Started this app, paid for the subscription. Things were great. Trying to find a therapist. Not opposed to paying for usage, but a weekly cost that is overkill just to have the app plus any additional charges separately for the therapist is too much. There are better free apps out there that do the same thing.

    OVER CHARGED AND NO REFUND. I agreed to a $1 trial. I went on the app for maybe 30 minutes. The next morning I have a $14.99 charge on my account that was never agreed to. I immediately email them for a refund and they refused. I contacted the developer and they have nothing showing that I authorized it but still will not refund the money. Finally, after multiple emails they refunded half.

    Paid for nothing. Open an advertisement for this off of YouTube, answered a lot of questions, paid for the results and was directed to download the app after being charged. None of the information that I had answered was ever provided. Or linked to the download and after having been charged I was then prompted to pay again before being able to access anything in the premium content that I had already paid a seven day trial to access and the purchase list has not been restored. I paid with my Apple Pay and have a record of the transaction and a statement at the time that if I do not cancel, I will receive recurring charges, but no record of the charge or any method of cancellation as it says that I have no purchases, even though it's already on my bank statement.

This app will tell you that you’re paying a promotion to try it and once you do try it, they’re gonna charge you for charges that were not authorized. then when you email support they’re gonna tell you that you authorized it with no receipt or any invoices this is a scam. Don’t get the app. It’s a fraud a scam and will steal your money

    Fraudulent Sign Up Procedure. Did not authorize a subscription, attempted to talk to Customer Service. Despite never signing on for a subscription, they charged me and refused a refund. Have disputed charge, so I’m getting money back, but do not give them nor information!

    1-Star. Setting up a password was difficult, back and forth with emails and links sending me to download the app in the App Store when it was already downloaded. The assessment test results weren’t what’s advertised, gave a generous $10 thanks before the app was even downloaded. I’m utterly exhausted and my results said low in that area. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.
