   Constant let down. Every year I take the time to add pictures or videos daily and every year this app lets me down when trying to combine and create the final product. Even after paying for the pro version and restoring the app.

   👎 Movie Feature. In terms of keeping track of a daily photo it’s great, but whenever I went to make a movie, the app would crash. This is sad because I used it to track my son’s first year of life and couldn’t make a video of it.

   Waste of a Year!!. I am extremely disappointed with this app. It requires a lot of effort to remember to upload photos and create something meaningful from those brief moments. I was really looking forward to sharing a video of my magical memories from 2024 with my family and friends, but now those memories are just sitting there. I reached out to the app creators via email but haven't received any response. I'm encountering an error message, Error 1004, that prevents me from playing my videos or creating slideshows. It's incredibly frustrating. What makes this situation even more disheartening is the apparent lack of concern from the creators, especially considering I paid for the pro version throughout the year. It feels like a complete waste of money. I've had a much better experience with another 1 Second app that isn't affiliated with this one, so I think I'll be switching back. It would be great to receive a refund for the year during which I've had no access to my content. Unfortunately, the app doesn't allow me to save photos or videos, which is such a shame.

   Worst app ever, don’t download this one!!. I pay for the yearly fee to be able to capture my baby’s first year and now when my subscription is expiring in 2 days, the app will not combine my videos. So disappointed. If you’re looking to do one second everyday and have a nice video at the end of the year, DO NOT get this app because you will not have it.

   DO NOT waste your time. I used this app, religiously inserting videos daily. I should have known when it started crashing and freezing to leave it. For my daughters first birthday, we had 70+ people for her birthday party, and the end was supposed to be so special with the 1 sec for a year video, but it will not even combine everything. It freezes after 30 seconds of being in the app. I contacted the owners to help me, but I have yet to receive a response.

   It’s a trap!!!. Literally after the 10th day it says that you’ve run out of free video space and demands you now pay a monthly/ yearly fee to continue. Such a ploy to set you up for failure.

    SO UPSET. I cannot reach anyone in customer service. I’ve been joyfully adding photos and videos all year (it’s now Dec 20th). ALL MY PHOTOS AND VIDEOS ARE GONE! The app nonstop glitched when I tried to create my video and now ALL my memories are GONE! I want my $ back and someone to reach out to rectify this! I’m so upset.

    Garbage!. Do not even attempt this, i spent the entire yr uploading photos and bought pro, just to lose everything when I updated the app, plus I could never get the pro features to even work, very disappointing

    Cluttered with ads. Not sure how this app has 4.5 stars. It is cluttered with ads. Picture options are very limited - no option to add music - no option to include shared albums.

    Disappointed. I thought it would be neat to trial this as I saw a friend post a couple one sec collages before but I find for a trial it is a pain to upload photos. It freezes when I try to upload photos, too many advertisements popping up, and slow. It wanted me to buy a subscription and if the “trial” is a pain then I’d rather not waste my time or money!

    Freezes Constantly. I screwed up & accidentally paid for this app instead of the legit, original 1 Second a Day. Huge regrets. What an awful, slow app without any functionality to adjust videos after you upload and immediately splice them. So disappointed & wish I could get my money back for investing in this vs. the actual app.

    TERRIBLE!!!!!. Bought the Pro and music doesn’t work, can’t make videos any longer than the 1 second basic app, can’t preview right in the app , have to go back to photos!!! I too wish I would have went with the more expensive version. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!!!!!!!

    Music Doesn’t Work. I love the app and the ability to use pictures or videos in my yearly video. However, I have bought the pro level and when making my video it won’t play the music to the video like it’s supposed to. I have gone to the developers website to try to contact them about the issue but when I click to contact them nothing pulls up on the website. Pictures and videos playing without the music ability I paid for is not worth it.

    Pls refund my money. I bought this because I felt like the other 1sec everyday app was too expensive but I wish I would have gone with the other one now. This one is seems like if it were properly working that’d it’d be easy to use, however, it hasn’t worked once!! I cant see any of my video or photo choice for any day except for here and there. And I cant find a way to contact the company to ask for help or a refund. Complete scam and a complete waste of money. This should be illegal. Highway robbery to charge $7 bucks per month and you don’t get to use the product at all!
