  1. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Why. You started charging for gratitude!!! Why???? After years of logging this is what you do? How ungrateful you are

  2. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

    awful. useless

  3. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Slowest app and it never works. It took 15 min alone to sign up for an account because it wouldn’t connect. Then another couple minutes to load the goals page. Then I finally got my goals saved and went to fill in my first mood. It won’t save at all. I can’t pass anything off. The app doesn’t even function.

  4. ★★★★crashes, freezes and errors

Worked Great At First But Then….. This was working great for the first 13 days I used it but then it just stopped working with the message connection issue try again. After 2 days of trying and updating the app it still didn’t work. Two weeks of tracking info that I needed to share with doctor just gone. Bummer! I really loved it when it was working.

  5. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Not so great. Not much I like about this app. It doesn’t show the correct history. When I go to read my journals is puts everything in one day which obviously isn’t right. Sometimes it evens puts my entries into the wrong day. I wouldn’t recommend using.

  6. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Don’t Use With an Eating Disorder!!. The nutrition section is not in line with eating disorder research and will likely trigger increased eating disorder thoughts and behaviors!

  7. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Once again…. The app hasn’t allowed me to enter any data since December 26th. Even that day keeps deleting itself and now from 550+ days it’s now telling me I have zero days of saving moods in a row.

  8. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

    $$$. Just wants more money

  9. ★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Bugs made it hard to use. I wasnt able to add my medications and the app wouldn’t save any of my data so I ended up just deleting it

  10. ★★★★subscription and paid restrictions

Hmmm. App was very useful for the first day... now I’m receiving an “unable to connect” message. My internet and phone are fine and are having no problems with other apps/web. This has been for the last 2 hours. I’ve emailed support but haven’t heard back. Hope this isn’t what I have to look forward too with this app now that I’ve paid for months in advance. Urg.

  11. ★★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Awful connection. Everyday I go to fill it out, it only tells me I’m on day 4 or so. I’m updating it daily but it says it is having connection issues. I am trying to complete a challenge for work which I have completed 3 times now but still haven’t received the completion certificate. If I didn’t have to do it for work I would not use this app.

  12. ★★★★★crashes, freezes and errors

Too Buggy. I depend on this app quite a bit to track mood and focus on self-improvement. Lately, it’s been far too unstable and there have been several days where the app is completely inaccessible due to “connection issues”. This has also broken two streaks I had going which sounds silly, but is something I use for motivation. App is good when it works, but has become far too unreliable

  13. ★★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Confusing interface. Couldn’t figure out how to use this.

  14. ★★★★★crashes, freezes and errors

Fix bugs. Downloaded Saturday Sunday it was frozen Monday frozen

  15. ★★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Great concept, layout could be better. I love the concept of the app, but it's a little basic in terms of layout and font. It has glitches with the dates as well.

  16. ★★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Not Really Great. The apps is somewhat helpful with teaching me some techniques to how to relieve some stress, but it’s honestly short when it comes to helping feeling better. Also, that fact the app locks more ways to help stress behind is a pay wall is awful. I recommend finding something much better.

  17. ★★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Gratitude. Have used this for a few weeks. So far so good. Am liking the gratitude journal and tracking my mood. Interesting to see how it changes each week.

  18. ★★★★★mixed experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Anxiety. All the reminders sent after a couple of weeks made me more anxious

  19. ★★★★★subscription and paid restrictions

Great Concept but Very Glitchy. As a psychologist, I really love the content on the app as well as all of the tools that are provided. Unfortunately, the app has problems with documenting whether you have met your daily goals. Eventually, the history of your goals appears to be mostly accurate. But, it will say I have met my daily goals when I haven’t, and it will not acknowledge that I have completed my goals when I have. I hope they are able to fix these problems because I like the content. It if the problems are not fixed by the time I will need to renew my subscription, I will not renew.

  20. ★★★★★a needed feature is missing

Great premise, faulty software. I love the intentions and ideas behind this app. But it’s literally the SLOWEST app to respond. I enjoy the mindfulness practices, notifications, and information on this app… But I highly recommend the developers take a deep dive into how apps like Headspace/Calm/Spotify respond and engage. Also the color schemes, icons, palette… They seem very sterile and don’t scream “mindfulness”. The look, feel, and user experience of this app needs a ton of work. I do business consulting in the marketing/sales/communications role. I’d love to see this app succeed, and I’d be more than happy to consult with y’all if you’d like. Godspeed!

Needs cycle category. This app would be greatly improved if it included a tool about the menstrual cycle. It doesn’t have to be complicated, and could be designed to fit into the app similarly to the other tools. But considering how menstruation affects mood/productivity/nutrition needs, etc, one would think such an important category would be included in this app. And let us remind ourselves that menstruation effects MANY people, regardless of gender. Please include this category, your users will thank you for it.

  22. ★★★★★a needed feature is missing

Wish the monthly price was cheaper. I like the app but the free part doesn’t give any insights. I wish the monthly price were cheaper or there was a lifetime purchase you could make. I also wish it included recommended Spotify playlists. Other than that, I like it.

  23. ★★★★★mixed experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Repetitive. Same notifications for support. Did not change habits- just created a new habit to delete the notification

  24. ★★★★★mixed experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Promising idea- but not reliable. I was excited to use this app as i taper down from antidepressants. I was able to use it for two days and now all i get is “No connection- we were unable to connect and get your data” every time i try to open the app. I’m very disappointed, and every time I click app support it just brings me to the apps reviews.

  25. ★★★★★mixed experience without a specific reason· unspecific

Like, but don’t LOVE. The only problem I have: Navigation is not as user friendly as I would like The premise is wonderful, and I like the way it is set up. I am absolutely grateful for the gratitude section! Makes you think after the entry! I wish the entries had a way to add more personalized buttons to the ones already preset.... But overall, I do like the app.

  26. ★★★★overall positive experience· unspecific

I really like it but it has glitches. I like the app, breathing technique, good advices CBT, really good info But the only bad thing about it is glitches today is my 10th day The app said in the morning 10th day and then wrote it 9th day in a row

  27. ★★★★overall positive experience· unspecific

Great but buggy. This app truly is one of the most helpful mental health apps out there. The fact that it’s not just a cbt journal or mood tracker or medication reminder or journal or period tracker or food diary, but all of those things for me, is amazing! The fact that even the free version gives you the functionality and flexibility to do all those things is what makes Moodfit my favorite out of all the competition. However it is pretty buggy. I have a lot of issues where it freezes or does not refresh to the new day. I notice it tends to happen when I try to log my lunchtime meds at work where I have crappy service. The app freezes and even when I get home with my WiFi and hit the little refresh button in the app, the daily goals home page is not accurate and will not update. I usually have to sign out and sign back in to fix that. So, not the worst but definitely can be annoying. Especially since I have adhd, it’s hard for me to remember to remain consistent with things or I will forget to log things if I don’t log it right away. I wish there was an option to log things and save them as a draft or something in the app, and then it can upload to the full log once there is a good enough connection.

  28. ★★★★overall positive experience· unspecific

It works if you put in the effort. Moodfit is an essential part of my mental health regimen and is helping me navigate a difficult time in my life.

  29. ★★★★overall positive experience· unspecific

Generally Pretty Good. I like it so far. I use it as a basis for my therapy discussions about moods and thoughts that are hard to access when in a different state as well as self-debriefs for my sessions.

  30. ★★★★the app helps achieve the intended result

Amazing!. I truly love this app. I've been using it since around September 2020, and I am starting to schedule it back into my routine again. It helps me to develop a schedule around understanding my emotions and anchoring me during rough parts of the day. The only thing that I wish was better was how long the loading time is when I update an activity. Navigating the app is a difficult because the page-loading-time is slow, even when connected to stable WiFi. This is something that needs to be improved upon, especially when you have a subscription. However, it is a wonderful resource despite app navigation.
