   Dishonest STAY AWAY. Don’t use this app! Once you decide to stop subscribing, you will have to go through hell to get them to stop charging your credit card! These guys are crooks! STAY AWAY!

   Pay to use. Lots of free fasting apps out there, this is not one of them. Have to put in all of your info before they tell you that.

   Very upset. I was making my account but when I got to the fill in my weight part it wouldn’t let me put the keyboard away but the continue button was behind it. So I have been trying all different ways to get my keyboard down but nope, nothing works so Im gonna uninstall which is upsetting cause it seemed like a good app.

   Can’t start. Just downloaded this app and was looking forward to start fasting, but I can’t get past the weight section when logging my info because there is no “continue” button. I’ve tried restarting the app a few times, but it has always been the same.

    Scam. Can’t cancel. I cancelled over a year ago and I am still being billed. It doesn’t matter how many times you cancel your subscription. It will just say, “ your subscription is cancelled. Your account is effective til your next billing cycle.” You never hear from customer service. You can’t call them and now they removed their email address. All you have is a stupid form to fill out.

    Unsatisfied. I have tried to contact this company for months and no one gets back to me and I’ve tried to redo my password to login and it doesn’t work. No emails come to me no one helps no one issue. I keep getting charged and there’s no way to stop. This is an automated service and there is absolutely no actual customer service to help me, I have tried to cancel my subscription and it keeps sending me back to the beginning and I get automated responses only it would be great to actually talk to a real human being, I am very unsatisfied with not being able to login and discuss issues with an automated service

    Terrible and deceitful. This app really is terrible. First, they advertise a monthly price then charge for the year with no ability to get a refund, second, the dash board and personal details are always wrong, you can’t add workouts just connect it to your pedometer to upload steps, and the training and content is just regurgitation of anything you can find online. I’m going to get my money back

    Nope. FastEasy won’t allow me to cancel the trial by withholding the numerical code I need to verify my account for cancellation. Somehow FastEasy was able to bypass my AppleID and my credit card was charged directly.

    Unhappy. This app crashed on me which meant I had to reload it back on my phone. Couldn’t remember my password and asked 5 times to email me a new one. No response. I wasn’t offered a trial period so I’m stuck paying for a full year. I can’t get back into the app to obtain customer service. Not a happy customer 🫤

    Keep your eyes out!!. Its a very cool and nice app, BUT I received TWO random, UNAUTHORIZED charges in my bank account. I paid for one monthly subscription for 19.99 plus tax. That's all. That's listed on my account under Apple. Then I get a charge straight from them not under Apple for $6.99 and then another one right after for $38.99!!! I emailed them and they were absolutely NO help. Told me I had to dispute it under my Apple account because they don't “have access” to that stuff. What? You don't have access to your own companies customers info? Uhm ok fishy. Then I read reviews on google. Apparently they are known for making unauthorized charges on peoples debit/credit cards!! I just disputed with my bank and canceled my subscription. Find another app that you don't have to worry about shady people stealing from you!!

    opening screen is annoying. the opening screen when it asks you if you want to buy a fasting plan literally doesn’t go away. There’s no ‘x’ I can press and there’s no option other than to buy. I thought this app was free???

    Don’t even download - Can’t use the app without subscription.. Most apps have at least some usability without a subscription, but not here. I downloaded the app and got stuck on a screen asking me to sign up for a subscription. There are a LOT of reviews that say how hard it has been to cancel their subscription or how even after they cancel they continue to get charged. Plus I want to check things out before I throw money at it. See if I like the app before I want to access all the features with an added fee. Regardless, I can’t use the app at all because they want me to buy a subscription first. No thanks! Don’t even bother downloading it.

    You can’t do the same fast daily. I had an app similar to this and it just doesn’t make sense. If you do the same fast every day, your body gets used to it and you will no longer lose weight. I’m not sure if it tells you to change up your fast or not,but if you do the same fast every day you’re going to plateau it’s a waste of time.
