   Not real??. Downloaded the app and completed the intro questions three times. App would then close.

   Paid for nothing. I purchased the yearly subscription to my loss In March of 2025. Was never able to access anything on the app other than the what comes for free. I reached through the app as well as through email, they were of no help, just kept asking for the same thing over and over even though it was sent, which was proof of purchase, and I sent a copy of my Apple Pay as well as my Apple Store showing my subscription. I really enjoyed this app and it has been a great resource for fasting. It saddens me that once again companies are taken advantage of stealing for the little people!! I shouldn’t be that shocked!! I do want to warn others that before you invest in this app be warned that they do not honor your payments and/or purchases!! This app will help you along your journey and is great for that just don’t be fooled and spend money on a product you can’t use!!!

   Not good with Assiting. I’d give zero stars if I could. App was great until I changed phones and my premium subscription was no longer working. Reached out for them to fix and they are ignoring me

   Fraud. I did not order this app, yet they charged my bank account for $29.99. When I contacted them by email, they asked for my email and a copy of my bank statement! If I was signed up on their app, they would already know my email address. Plus, they answered my contact by sending it to my email! Fraud!

   It charged me more money. It charged me $100 instead of the $5.00 of the promotion. I wanted to try it for a month and it charged me a whole year.

   Junk. This app and there customer service is garbage. I have tried to sign in after paying for the app and it keeps wanting me to answer all the question. I requested a refund 30 minutes after I signed up and keep getting the same dumb answer to click already a member. It will not allow me passed the answering of the questions. I have sent prime screenshots and a screen record and again keep telling me to click on already a member. COMPLETE GARBAGE APP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT A JOKE.

   Do not fall for this. They trap you into the subscription and you have no way out. The app is worthless. I’m pretty certain you can count the number of hours you need to fast. There are tons of better apps that incorporate fasting. You do not need an app just for this.

    Just the timer with price. This app has no valuable features to use! Only function is to remind you of drinking water and logging that you started your fasting daily. Don’t subscribe to it!!!!

    Prime fasting. This app wasn’t really helpful. I only signed up for one month and now I got charged more for another month I didn’t sign up for. I’m having trouble getting this app to cancel my subscription.

    Not for everyone. This was an impulse purchase and not realistic as I have had weight loss surgery and there are are better supportive, tracking programs. I paid for a years and would like to get my money refunded. My money was refunded. Apple was understanding, I appreciate that. I have not changed my opinion about the APP

    Paying for nothing. I paid for premium subscription a week ago and I still don’t have it… I contacted customer support and was told that it was fixed last week and to update the app. But there were no instructions on how to update the app so I deleted the app went back into the email that was originally sent to me and started over the little message pops up and says I have premium access but when you go into the app it’s giving me all these pop-ups saying if you want premium pay this amount, so now it’s been a week and I still don’t have premium access, so what am I paying for this is not good business

    App. No support availability for navigating the app. The calorie counter is weird and much easier to find calories on the web and input. Glad I only did a one month subscription.

    Help. I renewed my subscription, and downloaded the app. as I had deleted the previous one I had. I completed all the questions to complete my plan and we I am finished, it just spins.     Purchase a different app. The concept is there, but the quality of the app is horrible. The chat function is super spotty, takes forever to load, and doesn’t show all of the comments. This should be a free app considering the quality! I wish I had purchased a different IM fasting app I had tried before this one. It is also very difficult to figure out how to change your fasting times if you mark it wrong on accident. Also, when I got a new phone I lost ALL of my fasting data. Overall, there are other apps that have much better function and features!

    Not as user friendly as advertised.. The timer has to be manually managed. Its really useless. I attempted to investigate, but just didnt want to spend that much time on it.

    Not User Friendly. I’m 34 and a mom of a 10 year old, so I think I have a good grasp on technology, but I cannot figure this app out for the life of me. So far, all the app offers is IF tracking and information about IF. I would save your money, do some research online about IF, and use your phone to set reminders for when you’re fasting. I wish there was a 7 day free trial because I am now locked in for 3 months and have to pay $40.
