   DO NOT USE if you don’t want to be ripped off and waste your time. I jumped on during a promotion and things were okay, but honestly I wasn’t able to use the app as I wanted due to a family member’s illness and being the caretaker. My account was deactivated due to inactivity. I have been going for over 1 month trying to get everything cancelled. They charge me twice a month $39.99. No number to call and everything in the email has been an automated response. Because of the deactivation, I can’t log in to get cancelled fully. But, no person has helped me to get cancelled by email, so they continue to charge me for a service I am not using and physically can’t use due to the account being deactivated. I don’t know how you can continue to charge an account that has deactivated, that is just poor service from any company. I sent all information needed to look me up and yet they can’t find my account, despite still charging. Going through my bank to cancel this out for good. At this point their company is just stealing. I want to give this a 0 of 10 because of the hassle it takes to cancel, but I have to have a star to leave the review. If you plan on using this use a reloadable gift card. DO NOT ATTACHE YOUR BANK CARD to this company unless you plan on cancelling out the whole card.

   Don’t get trapped!. I’ve attempted to cancel subscription for over a year, and keep getting a message: “Performing security verification This website uses a security service to protect against malicious bots. This page is displayed while the website verifies you are not a bot.” They’ve canceled a portion via email, but keep billing me for ongoing subscription! It’s infuriating.

   Buyer be ware. This platform is very tricky as it comes to your renewed subscription. It’s not enough for you to cancel your renewal on the app. You must also go online to cancel.

   Cobros no autorizados y mala experiencia. Me suscribí a Unimeal por solo un mes, esperando que me ayudara con una rutina de alimentación personalizada. Lamentablemente, la app no fue útil para mí y no ofreció los resultados que prometía. Lo peor es que, después me cobraron otro mes sin mi consentimiento. Solicité el reembolso inmediatamente sin haber iniciado ese nuevo mes y se negaron a devolver mi dinero, lo cual considero totalmente poco profesional. Siento que esta práctica es un abuso y un robo, ya que no respetaron mi intención clara de cancelar y reembolso del servicio que no utilizaré. No recomiendo esta aplicación.

   Not happy. Hard to put my very steady but different meal plan in. I use a 1/2 cup of applesauce each morning with enough powder vegan protein (23 Gm). Then have to change to oz for recording. Fast until evening with taking about 4.5 GMA amino acid for energy with 14 oz of warm water sipped on thru the afternoon. Trying to steadily increase water consumption. Finding recording difficult and frustrating for an 81 year old mind

    They unjustly charged me extra and denied refund. Unimeal robbed me by charging me twice without cause. After days of chasing them with endless emails, they had the audacity to refuse my refund. Their replies are nothing but smoke and mirrors, deceptive, manipulative, and disgraceful. This isn’t a mistake, it’s theft. What they advertise and what they deliver are worlds apart. Let’s call it what it is: Unimeal is running a scam.

    Not worth it. I'm not interested. I used the app for ONE day. If anyone has done the slightest research on fasting, this app does not add any new information nor help. When I cancelled my subscription (after one day) they did not refund my money.

I asked for a refund and they declined my request. The app isn’t easy to navigate and/or be able to cancel very easily. Customer support takes for ever to respond to your requests….i didn’t have the best experience. If I could give no stars I would….not what I was expecting

    Fraudulent charges. I paid $4.99 for a trial but was also charged $49.99 for some coaching that I did not ask for nor did I know I was being charged for. Tried to get a refund and after a month was told no I can’t. Horrible customer service!

    Charged for Services I Never Agreed To – Refused Refund. I had a terrible experience with Unimeal. I signed up for a 3-month subscription, but they also charged me for an additional 1-to-1 coaching service that I never signed up for or agreed to. When I contacted their support team to request a refund for both the subscription and the unauthorized charge, they completely ignored or refused my request. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue directly, I was left with no help and no refund. This feels like a deliberate upsell tactic with no accountability, and based on other reviews I’ve seen since, I’m not the only one this has happened to. I’ve had to escalate this to my bank for a chargeback and will be reporting Unimeal to Trading Standards for their unfair billing practices. Avoid this service — especially if you're not looking to get locked into unwanted subscriptions or charges you never agreed to.

    Subscription Trap. I accidentally subscribed to this app, and it felt like a trap. The app is confusing, and I couldn't even tell when I subscribed for a year. They made it too easy to take my money. They charge customers without consent, ignore refund requests, and keep money even when the product is not used. This is unacceptable and speaks directly to unethical business conduct.
