   They won’t stop charging my account. I tried the free trial in November of 2025, I did not use it very long. It went to an automatic subscription / auto-renewal, so I reached out to cancel and also deleted my account. They said it was cancelled but I’m still getting charged. When going online to see how to cancel their subscription it is very weird. You either have to go to their website (if you singed up there) or your app (if you signed up there). I went on the app to find my account and I can’t manage my subscription anywhere yet I continue to be charged. This is horrible. I’ve reported this to my bank as completely fraudulent. DON’T RECOMMEND.

   Fraudulent Charges. Do NOT get this app. They continued to charge me for 3 months after I cancelled my subscription. I sent emails to no avail. Thankfully my credit card company Amex helped. BodyFast is NOT a good company. Google it about these issues.

   No good plan unless you pay for a subscription.. You have to have a subscription for the one plan I’ve used WITHOUT the app. Why do I need to pay for a Coach subscription just so I can do a OMAD diet like I’ve done before??

   Subscription. This app is difficult to cancel subscription. I’ve been unable to cancel it. They respond and state you can do it in the app but I have been unable to find where to cancel.

   All about trying to sell you more. I bought one of their books on fasting along with the app. Yet, every single time I login they’re trying to sell me something else not worth a single penny ChatGPT could’ve given me the same support.

    Impossible to cancel subscription. Terrible, ad-laden app that makes it impossible to cancel your subscription. The kind of app that seems like a good idea until you forget about it and realize you’ve been paying needlessly for months and when you try and unsubscribe from their service, they purposefully make it nearly impossible. I still can’t find out how to get them to stop charging me. Pain in the neck. Save your money and get your intermittent fasting info from the plethora of available free info on YouTube.

    DO NOT USE THIS APP!! Is a SCAM. I downloaded the app. I hated it because it doesn’t work good and for the price is not worth it. I requested a refund because I was not happy with it and they deny it to me. They stay with my money. I requested a refund two times in two different months and they just answer me and they will not give me my money back so save yourself a headache and do not use this app because it’s not worth a penny.

    Money Grab. The app has you fill out a very detailed questionnaire about what your goals are then there are two paywalls to utilize any of the information. I am not going to pay twice so I am paying for the app without any tailored information. Definitely a scam.

    Unsubscribed but still charged. I paid $16 for one month to see if the app was what I needed. It wasn’t, so I deleted the app and unsubscribed. Today I was charged $33 for the app. Super awesome.

    Terrible. Scammers, doesn’t deserve a star at all, they continue to try and take money out of my account. When I message them to cancel it’s an automated message telling you to do “said” things to cancel. Like go to app and settings and manage subscription….THERE IS NO SUBSCRIPTION ON MY BODY FAST APP TO CANCEL! And when you explain that…crickets they never respond back. DO NOT USE! (I used my apple account, and guess what’s it’s not even on my apple subscriptions)

    Impossible to cancel. They make it to impossible to even cancel the trial before they charge you. You email them they tell you to go to their app and manager your settings. But there’s no cancel trial

    Cannot cancel. They don’t allow you to cancel this. I canceled and it said that it would be canceled on the 16th month of this year. Which means they are charging me indefinitely and I cannot figure out how to stop them. Don’t sign up unless you want to have this app for the rest of your life.
