   Unusable, constant crashing. Not sure what happened, but the app crashes constantly now to a point where it is unusable. Not sure if it’s a new update or what. Running it on an M3 iPad so I figure it should be fine, but nope. Worked fine literally 3 days ago.

   Bait and switch. Apple really needs to come down on these apps that list themselves as free then have the only useable content behind a $20 a month pay wall. If you want to offer a subscription only modeling program, list it separately from your “free” viewer.

   There is no free version. I would like to prevent you from wasting your time creating an account and giving away your info for them to sell only to find the the free version is just the viewer and you must pay to actually do anything with the app. I don’t expect them to give away the product for free, I just expect them to be honest in their marketing that there is no ”free version.”

   Such a scam. For one it takes sooo long to get in and two u have too pay and three u cant build anything so all the five stars people are such liars so this is zero star if I can so one star

   terrible delivery. Well I would’ve loved to have known exactly what to say about this app but I mean if it’s gonna ask for my payment information regardless if it’s a seven day free trial not you’re still gonna get my payment information on day one which is essentially the same thing me trusting them with my card to not charge it that’s a big amount of trust in my book and I don’t think that that should be given without at least being able to try the service prior ,…can’t go it a try it you can’t try literally anything! All you can Make an account which is very tedious and also it’s with Thimble,.. I’ve never heard of this company but they have a pretty obtrusive privacy policy,.. I went into detail in read it, & for no apparent reason! I’m obviously only deleting this app immediately. & I’m deleting it because I can’t even try a demo version! Now after all that if it weren’t for the fact that I had to go through all this BS to read the privacy report w/ Thimble before I can even get acquainted is just terrible etiquette! They screwed the pooch from the gitgo,…soooo (♥‿ ¬)☞ just save yourself the hassle try something else that will let you try it before you buy it. I don’t mind buying apps but I definitely don’t like buying them before I even know if I need them I would think that would be obvious 🚬😤

    Crashes constantly. Used to be great 15 years ago, software and user friendliness are antiquated at this point . Plus when trying to log in through Trimble is like trying to access the pentagon, relax Trimble no one’s trying to hack your lawn chair model.

    Subscription only. I haven’t used Sketchup in years so I expected this to be free to use, the way it once was. The “free” version is just a useless viewer. This app is $20 a month subscription only. Complete waste of time.

    Nonstarter. Setup for free version on iPad was very confusing. Once I finally got logged in, got stuck in some kind of loop that keeps wanting me to upgrade. Finally got around that, and created a project! Problem is, there are no drawing tools or controls - nothing. Seems like they ONLY want you to subscribe and apparently no functions are available for free. Will look elsewhere.

    It’s a Scam. It says I have the free program even though they charged me for a year. There is no one to call and they don’t answer their emails. This is not a the real SketUp, it’s a fake program from a fake Trimble.

    Scam app listed as free and then bait and switch requiring money. Says its self as free but then as soon as you try to create anything you literally can’t and it requires paying monthly to do so? You can’t even model a single 6-sided cube without paying.

    iPad version is trash. I’ve been a long time sketchup user (I first remember being delighted it in 2005). This iPad version is trash. It’s nearly unusable if you want to actually get anything done. Moving around is slow, tedious, cumbersome, and unintuitive. Tools are buried in weird places, modalities and behaviors are sometimes bizarre and often totally opaque until you dig through Help files. Bottom line I’m really glad they offer a trial version because there’s no way in hell I’m paying for this until it is dramatically better.

    Don’t let it fool you, there’s only paid version. You can’t even draw the most basic of floor plans, cannot even create a project period.

    Couldn’t register. I tried 6 times to register a new account. It got stuck in a new password loop and kept asking to verify my account. It was both ridiculous and infuriating.

    Account management madness. While the product as a whole is not bad, if you attempt to update or change your account setting you will end up in a terrible SAS account management nightmare. The company as a whole seems badly run. For the money just work with another team.

    Terrible. The app has trouble dragging a rotating and it constantly shuts down on me and loses all my work. So far I dont like it. It just seems to lag and have a lot of funky features to it that aren’t streamlined well. Definitely needs better app support so it doesn’t constantly shut down and needs to focus on simple features better. I think it’s trying to do too much at first and makes it more difficult. I’d recommend levels to work with because it’s just all over the place.

    Terrible. Expensive, and doesn’t let you test anything out prior to committing to the monthly subscription price. I wish programs would stop with his monthly subscription. Model unless they were delivering a product that is worth a monthly subscription.

    Very misleading. It makes you sign up and make an account before you figure out it will cost you 20 a month to do anything besides look at 3d models. Wouldn’t support.
