   Cannot find rooms I just scanned. I like the ease of scanning rooms but I cannot find them in the app. No purpose of scanning if I cannot find the rooms. 😠

   Obsolete functions!. I worked on a single office plan for hours and never found a way to square the room corners or connect 10 rooms into a complete floor plan. I found no way to modify or add corners to rooms or merge rooms. I used Magicplan for years on many large buildings. This app is like going back to the dungeon of times past!!! I would love to see a better plan with real training videos.

   Screw job. This is an ok product but it has frequent problems with complex non-rectangular rooms. Also they just jacked up the price from $8.49, which is ok to almost $40. A rip off. Do not buy!

   Frustrating. Thought this could at least give me a rough outline of my very square, small and symmetrical home…apparently it’s a bunch of overlapping wiggly lines, and some extra corners are always added in that you can’t edit out because they’re so small, but they affect the angle of the room and thus entire home. Didn’t even use the whole free trial. Don’t know how this could help anyone unless they were looking for a headache.

   Paid for an app that uses LIDAR. I paid for pro because it was $8 a year and it would use lidar when I upgraded my device. Now that I have a new device with LIDAR they took away the lidar from the app and made a new app thats $48 a year. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE, THE MARKET WILL LEAD TO A NEW AND BETTER APP FROM TRUSTWORTHY COMPANIES SOON.

    Doesnt work and support is nonexistent. I tried using the app, it kept having issues. So I reached out to their support that was “online” no one responded after hours. Days later, still no response.

    Pro version fails. The app was pretty good until I paid for the pro plan. It now simply refuses to work. A full year subscription wasted. I am using an iPhone 12 Pro on an Google Fiber 1G network and it refuses to let me export my data. One dialogue even confirmed that I have a valid subscription. No help from support either.

    Seems good but would t work.. Placed against wall and it never beeped. My house is furnished and when I tried the AR option it would never work even though I got room over half cover in white dots.

    Deceptive. Says it works with Bosch’s Bluetooth laser but it does not.. there no instructions as to how to troubleshoot just when getting the hang of trying to “draw” a new room it would not let me unless I started a 7 day trial for the yearly subscription that is like $9 no way around that so it has been deleted..

    Stuck in “Unlock RoomScan Pro” screen. Just downloaded and tried only one hour. Stuck in orange red screen “Unlock RoomScan Pro”, can’t do anything else unless you pay.

    Don’t do it!!. This app is horrible. I am even having trouble canceling membership. Just buy easy tool that contractors use. Measurements are all over the place!! Waste of time

    It Did Nothing it Claims to do. I attempted using the RoomScan app to obtain the existing layout of my Master Bath. The results... well I’ll just say that I am going to have at least as much detail that the app promised, and I don’t need to listen to a nagging AI voice telling me to speed up, or slow down. The App gave me nothing even remotely useful. But, I know my graph paper, a measuring tape, and a level will give me everything I need and want. Avoid this wannabe app....

    Is your room a square?. If it is a perfect square then this app is for you, but if your room has any unusual bends, angles, openings, et al. Then don’t get this app it can’t handle anything but a square room, useless. Delete!

    Loved this app but. Now it doesn’t show in AR? I can’t see any of my scans in AR any longer. When I try to view it, it just shows my camera and never loads the room.

    Another app destroyed by subscriptions. Ditch it. Can’t do wall heights and 3D without “annual subscription of $8.49.” Well, the original app was once cool and useful. Now you get 2D and pop-ups for more functionality. Oh how I long for and seek out the old model apps...here’s the features, buy the app, enjoy and be happy. Today, here’s everything, oh, but if you want to do that, $x.xx per year or month, and, oh, I’m sorry, you wanted to do this, that’s in our “pro” plan which is in our “pro” version for $y.yy per year.” Enough already!

    I purchased this app. Not I’m supposed to buy it again. I bought the pro version of this app. This did not used to be a subscription. Now I am presented with a 24 hour lock out screen to subscribe to Pro. This seems to be theft by deception. I paid for an app previously- not a subscription. Purchase date Jun 6 2016. Does not work in the way it did when I bought it as an app. Your response did not help.

    Where do I begin?. I downloaded this app to help with dimensions of rooms in a home we just purchased. I wasted 45minutes systematically going through the home taking pictures of each room using the app. When I went to locate the pictures to plot the layout of the home, there were no pictures anywhere on my device. I also used it to get room dimensions. That did not work either. Don’t bother purchasing this app, it is a waste of time and money.

    Fair. The"Buy Pro" nag is REALLY IRRITATING! Lowering review because of this. Changed to feet in iPhone settings. Worked for a little bit then changed itself back. I can't fix a room so now I'm trying to delete it. How do I do that?!!! Learning curve is steep. Edits are not natural. Rooms attach at wrong place and couldn't figure out how to fix it. Very frustrating.

    Great Potential but Not There Yet. I really like the idea of this app. Measure a room and then create a 3d model using pictures of the actual room. Reason I can’t give it more than 2 stars right now are: * Learning curve. Tough to figure out how things work without spending a lot of time figuring it out * 3D picture map stops working half way through. Starts off really fast and then just stops collecting pictures and I end up with an unusable 3D model. Maybe not enough memory being allocated for the rendering of the pictures? I would rather have a full room at less resolution than 6 square feet of useless high quality floor pictures. * Wish it was a little more accurate in measuring. I don’t expect it to ever replace my trusty laser measurer but it is sometime off by more than a foot. Also never gets room height correct.
