   Terrible app. I purchased this app four days ago and each time I go on the app to do a renovation option they asked me to sign up for an unlimited year membership, which I have already purchased . I tried their bot chat but they could not resolve the issue so They said they were going to connect me with a Human to fix it. They never did and I’m unable to use the app because I’m locked out after I make 5 Changes to a project in a 24 hour timeframe. So even though I currently have the unlimited plan which I purchased for $99 for the year I am still being treated like a trial subscription . So frustrating. Be careful with this app . I think I’m going to ask for a refund through Apple and have them research it.

   Subscription. Why does it say I have a subscription ending April of 2027? I only clicked on the trial to try it and cancelled it in my account subscriptions the same day. Please remove this application from my subscriptions, I did not authorize any yearly payments and I will be checking my bank to verify you didn’t take $99.00. I have no need for this app, it is not what I was looking for. Please remove from account immediately and refund any money you have taken. I will be disputing this with my bank immediately. I did not consent to any subscription and or allow payment to be withdrawn.

   Didn’t work at all. It’s a shame the app looks so good, but none of the features worked on my iPhone 11 despite being on a full version trial.

   Why ask to get paid when app is listed as free?. Cannot do anything until some sort of payment arrangement is made. Simply put deleted and moving on. Take my advice, do the same.

   Buyer beware. It does not do what the pics suggest, and will do nothing without at least a $20 payment. I wish I could get a refund.

   Does not take direction. I bought this app to help remodel a room. The app just gives you suggestions based on its own algorithm. It doesn’t design remodel or redesign the way that you ask it to. You’re better off just using ChatGPT or the other AI. This is a waste of money.

   False advertising and deceptive billing!!!! Beware. Advertised as $8.99 per month with cancel anytime and when I agreed to subscribe it charged me a full year upfront!!!! I want a refund. I would NEVEr have paid $99 for a year. Beware!!

    Scam. Immediately tries to make you pay upfront to use. I downloaded and tried to upload a floor plan and was immediately bombarded with pay to play requirements. Not as “Free” as it portrays. Extremely limited. Poor concept, would not recommend.

    Constantly errors out. If this app consistently worked, it might be great, but it errors-out most of the time. I paid for a month. I’ve only successfully been able to add two pictures and I’ve tried to add 20. I reached out to customer service, and they have not replied and it’s been a week.

    Horrible App. Where do I begin. In trying to create different colors of house exterior it came back w wrong color, didn’t paint proper items after a while it stopped working. Can’t delete images, had to shut down app and restart to get to home page. App is clunky and not intuitive to use. Waste of money.

    Stopped Working. I loved the free trial and was willing to buy the app which I rarely ever do. Ever since my free trial ended and my paid membership started, the app opens, makes me pick my preferences, and then force exits out of the app. I've emailed the company and have heard nothing back. I'm very sad because I really liked this app and it was super helpful for updating our house!

    Waste of money. Wow! I did a trial renovation and it said you exceeded your trial for today, so I decided to pay the $20, thinking it would improve, as it had potential. What a rip off! The AI does not understand your commands and didn't go beyond the first recommendation, which wasn't even the entirety of what Itold it. Then I went one by one and it still gave me the exact same image over and over and over again, with no changes. So, I wasted $20. Please don't bother and do the same. This app needs a lot of work. I really want my money back!

    Needs a trial; wasn't helpful. App repeatedly crashed on me after I was forced to sign up for 1 month for $20 to attempt to use it. And then half the time it didn't give me what I wanted. Don't recommend.

    Crashing constantly. I signed up for the free trial and it instantly crashes after generating the first image. If I go back to that same project, it won’t open, it instantly crashes. I tried this on my phone and my iPad. It’s a highly rated app that I am willing to pay for if it worked.

    Useless. Using the free renovate option, it would often completely change the room dimensions and make unrealistic/impossible changes, or would change one insignificant thing. Much better apps out there.

    Doesn’t complete requests. This app is no better the basic chat gpt you can use for free. You can ask it 7 times to change something as specifically as possible and it will not I don’t understand why it even costs money it really was a waste of

    No originality, and it doesn't respond well to prompts. Unfortunately this app has no originality in its design suggestions. I have tried so many times with a bathroom picture and it just keeps changing out awkward faucets. The designs just duplicate the same two ideas and it doesn't not identify what's in the photo very well. I also give very direct detailed prompts and it will change one thing I the whole room. Fortunately after investing hours into this app I can save you time and suggest you not use it.
