   App won’t connect to my order. Driver is over 30minutes late from scheduled delivery time. 5 minutes after the scheduled delivery time I got a text saying the driver was on their way with a 15 minutes after drive. Food still not deliver 30 minutes after that. Then the tracking feature won’t connect to the app so I have no status on my food. Absolute waste of my time trying to use this app.

   Beyond Menu Failed To Deliver. After being late on delivery I called restaurant and my order was still waiting to be picked up. Order was more than an hour late. Restaurant ended up making delivery instead. Weak!

    Technical issue. I’ve had this issue done twice one time when I entered the address manually and now the second time the address was saved in my saved addresses. I selected the address and when I place the order it went to a different address that I picked out and I had to go all the way to a different location to pick up my food due to this issues. the order I called, but they just brushed it off and made me feel like bad guy that should make sure that the address is correct which I did just be careful. I hope they fix this bug in their system.
