   No option for homeschool families. Another app that doesn’t acknowledge homeschool families as teachers or students for any discounts. It’s just sad that we pay for and get the same (and most times far better) education, but because we don’t have state numbers, none of our hard work is acknowledged.

   Can’t Even Login. I have been trying to login into the app sense anew location has opened 2 minutes from me. I’m not waiting on hold for someone to explain to me what I’ve already tried doing or just tell me it’s my phones fault.

   Never works. Systems always have issues.. I can never use the points because the cashiers don’t listen. The downtown San Diego locations specially. The 3 dollar combo of chips and drink with one taquito is wack.

   Accompany, full of thieves. You guys stole money from me you took money and did not provide the service I complained and nothing is being done about it so I’m just out of money and the order that means you stole your thieves

   Buggy scammy. I’ve had it happen like 6 times where I lock a really good price on fuel up to 60 cents a gallon off and it expires the next day and I try to pump the night before and it reset so my saved prices disappeared

    App not syncing with offers. I keep getting texts for offers. When I click them to claim, it takes me to the app but then there’s no offer available to claim and/or there is one but it’s not for the amount reflected in the text. I’m running iOS operating system. OS and ap are up to date. I cannot be the only person affected. Programmers need to fix the bugs.

    Can’t log in. To log in, they want my phone number and they’ll send me a verification code. Then they want my email so they can send another verification code. Then it tells me the email is already in use and asks do I want to change my number. No, I want your app to work and let me log in without a runaround.

    can’t get age verified. i love the products offered my only complaint is i can’t get age verified because they don’t ask for id they ask for your address and if you’ve moved a few times in the last few year, for me it won’t verify me. also there’s nothing customer support can do

    Unable to stop the tracking via others apps. This is not okay to not give the customer the option to choose which cookies can be used. There is NO REASON that my payment info, personal info, address, phone numbers, and other info is to be known or shared with others plus NOT NECESSARY to share info and check in on other apps that I may use. That's an invasion of one's privacy and it's dishearteningtening!!

    Hacked immediately. DO NOT USE. I put my card info to pay and within 5 minutes fraud charges started racking up. BE AWARE!!!

    Doesn't work and wrecks your sleep. When you try to leave feedback, it doesn't let you leave feedback. When you try to submit a ticket, it doesn't let you submit a ticket. Worse, and much much worse, this damn app punches right through the sleep focus to buzz your Apple watch and wake you up with an urgent message that you need to save $.10. What a miserable, stupid app this is. Consequently, what a miserable, stupid company.

    Can’t use 7-11 app now. Since your required update, my older ios phone can no longer get in the aop. Wish there had been a way to use the old version as well as an update if your phone could support it. Oh well, had racked up lots of points so what was the point only to be locked out

    Promotion for Amazon driver falls flat.. They’re doing a promotion free items for Amazon drivers during June. I click on the barcode for a free protein bar, I even chose the one in the picture so there would be no confusion on whether it would be free. The barcode just gave me a dollar discount. Went from four dollars to three dollars, still a rip off for a small protein bar.

    App not optimized for smaller phones. I have an iPhone SE which is the smaller screen phone. The final payment screen for gas is not scrollable and the payment button is at the bottom. Even with my text size as small as it goes, I can’t click the pay button. The app either needs to fit to screen for any size phone or it needs to be scrollable. Right now it’s unusable.

    Invalid phone # what?. App says I have an invalid phone number. Funny, I have been using that phone number going on 3 decades now and guess what it still works. Invalid my assets… App deleted.

    Can’t stand this app.. Always crashed when I tried to use it, barcode never scanned and when I tried to purchase gold it gave me “something went wrong” everytime. Waste of time.

    Problems. Every day I have to get a code text to me to log back into the app so tired of this happening I’m deleting it and checking a different convenient store app because it’s been going on for a year now

    Got Duped. Got App to get .50/gal on 7 & 11 of month. Went to station and all pumps not working on 6-11. App also not connecting, kept circling. I got duped! Deleted App!!!!

    Convenience fee?. So I been noticing I am being charged “convenience fees” so I am disputing these fees with my bank. Not only does this app not work right half of the time but to charge convenience fees? Pretty shady move @ 7-11!

    Scammer. Did my first pickup order, I was not even close to the store when my order got picked up. I tried to request a refund and it says you cannot refund a pickup order. Scamming app. they will just take your money.

    Mad about the way they do discounts. They don’t have it like every other gas station when you buy two packs of cigarettes to get a discount. I bought 2 packs of Newport for the $2.50 off and didn’t put my number in because nobody else does that but 711 apparently you have to put your phone number in to get EVERY discount. I will NEVER buy cigarettes at 711 EVER again

    No subscription reminder until charged. I’ll admit it’s smart, but this is one of few apps I’ve encountered where you will never receive a reminder on your subscription renewal until after it’s charged. For many, it’s a drop in the bucket, but for those on a fixed income that are trying to cut down on expenses, every dollar is crucial.
