   Can’t block apps unless you pay. It’s a focus app but it doesn’t let you block apps unless you pay to get pro. so it’s basically a pay to be focused type of app. Other than that, it’s a cute place to study app.

   Okay?. Everything was good. Until I joined a school on accident. After I joined the school I tried to leave but I was stuck. That led me to delete the app.

   Feedback on FocusTown’s Customization and Accessibility. I had issues when trying to enter my phone number. I’m from Suriname, and whenever I typed my number in, it wouldn’t work, so I ended up selecting a different country like the USA and entering random numbers just so I could actually use FocusTown. I’m not sure if it was a glitch, but that was my first problem with the app. Another issue was the lack of hair options. I have curly hair, but there were barely any curly hairstyles available at all. I didn’t mind settling for the afro option, but it was so small that it made my character look really off-putting. For context, I’m mixed — half Asian and half Black — so I was hoping for more diverse customization options that could actually resemble me. I was also disappointed that there were barely any free outfits available when starting the app. One of the main reasons I downloaded FocusTown was to customize my character and make it feel personal, but the limited hair textures and having no in-game money immediately took a lot of the fun away. Then, after studying for 25 minutes, I was immediately hit with an ad before I could even press the “take a break” option, and honestly, that was my last straw. This app seemed like something that should’ve worked for me, but I ended up really disappointed by the country exclusivity issues, the lack of diverse customization options, and how pay-to-customize everything feels. Because of that, I’m planning to delete the app.

    older version is better, updates ruined the app. FIX YOUR APP 💔💔💔💔💔 listen, i havent been on focustown for that long, around a month, but lately the developers have been focusing on increasing the environments quality and graphics and it like. genuinely takes more battery than an unreal engine game. like when i first downloaded it i could actually bring my ipad into a cafe for hours with FocusTown open but like now in one hour it takes up freaking 20 percent battery. like mind u i have an ipad a16...like just running the app without the room screen open is draining like 10 percent battery. Not only that, but because of the high graphics and all of the attempts to make the app more "visually appealing," the bugs that are in the app ARE causing the app to crash so frequently. in the past week, ive lost five (!!!) two hour sessions because im locked in studying instead of checking if my focustown timer is still working. mind you this didnt happen until the devs wanted to increase the graphics. devs ik ur a small team but not everybody has an ipad pro max 67. if you want a high graphics study app, just make it a pc app at this point, i can't even imagine what the experience for this app is for lower end model users...

    Premium focused. I’ve been using this app for not long and the continuous updates have shown. This app was amazing with a super cute design and concept, but overtime as updates occurred i’ve seen rises in prices of items of clothing which doesn’t effect studying, but once they made app blockers a premium item, that kind of ruins the app’s purpose. Studying with other people is amazing and i feel especially motivated to study when i have friends internationally inviting me to study with them, but with the removal of the app restriction, i could just use my device without anything preventing me to just play games with the lofi beats in the background. It’s been clear that the app is updating more and more in order to make money. You are able to see other people’s stats of how much they study in a month and which subjects, but you yourself aren’t able to see what you studied yesterday and for how long; only your total time, and how will you be able to see your own stats? through premium of course! A lot of this app is premium centered which is desvestating as this is an amazing platform that has so much potential.

    Want to love - but too many bugs. I really loved this app. I have inattentive ADHD and it is really hard for me to get work done. I used this app for about two weeks and it helped me get so much done, especially with the timer and music combination. However, the music does not work almost every other day and cuts out. I submitted multiple bug fixes reports and they updated the app, but now my sound and music are not working at all. It’s so disappointing because the app’s concept is great but it just does not consistently work and its features consistently crash.

    Concern with Updates. I really loved this app and I enjoy the changes but it’s becoming disheartening to see the free features offered in earlier access be put behind a paywall it wasn’t behind before. It feels like losing access to the app over time with every update because cosmetics are updated but functions are becoming limited.

    Good overall with a few bugs. Fun app for studying, but for some reason some of the features like the radio for in-game music does not seem to work. Also the ‘close’ button that appears to exit out of collectable rewards does not work, so I have to close the game to leave the frozen screen.

    please add open rooms. This app has so much potential!! I really wish there were better hair colors and outfits for one. I also would really like to be able to create an open room with a code that people can use to join. and that there wasn’t a limit on how many people you could have in the room. I hope this app gets better because it’s really cute.

    ads. i get it that this game needs ads for monetization. but holy god, at least make the ads not 2mins long and longer. some ads lately dont have any timer indication and stay on for so long. please just alter the ads to make it manageable to claim rewards and go back to studying.

    not what I expected. Based on the videos I’ve seen on the Internet you study on the app like the app gives you questions and stuff that’s what I’ve seen on the Internet, but I was completely wrong. You have to study it yourself and all it does is give you a timer.

    Email. For some reason, it wouldn’t let me put in my email for the phone number because I don’t have a phone number. I’m on an iPad and I’m basically using a school iPad.

    Can’t to watch videos Ad or invite friends. It is a nice app, but I cannot watch the video ads for the Golden Bean and the Sakura season, and I also cannot invite my friends to unlock the study train. I don’t know if it’s a problem with the app or if it doesn’t support watching and inviting in my country. ☹️

I don't know if this is just me but, I had this app for some time and I really love it, it helps me lock in and foucus, but from the new update I just updated it and I am supposed to have the Korean Cafe but even though I updated it, it is not working I don't know why, I keep checking if something is wrong with the app but I think not... Like my sis has this same app and she updated it and she has the Korean cafe but I did the same thing but it's not working😭.. Idk why this has happened, but generally I love this app it's really good, but idk what happens this time, I think its because of the phone, cause I have an I phone and she has a Android... Sooo I don't know!!! But pls sort this out!!!!😭😬

    Update is nonsense. Adding a chat feature to the sessions is a massive step backward. We are here to focus, have a drive and reason to put phone down, not to socialize. This isn't a feature it’s a distraction that defeats the entire objective of the session.

    Bring back free app blocker!!. This app is awesome. I love it. So much so that I brought a bunch of my friends to use it. I was able to study with my apps blocked for free, but they update it and now we have to pay $10 to be able to block our apps. For that reason, I’ve decided to stop using it
