   Pornographic ads. I liked the app but twice over the past month I’ve seen pornographic ads when opening the app. This is wildly unacceptable especially for an app that is rated 4+. I’ll be looking for another focus app.

   Terrible add. Helped me focus a lot and was really enjoying it until I started getting p*rn ads. I will not be using this app anymore due to getting those ads.

   Was good now full of trash to monetize and game. I used to love this app, recently came back to use it and I can’t believe how much pop up monetizing trash I was hit with. Everytime I had to deny or exit out of something I just got angrier. Such a good concept, completely ruined to generate more money obviously. I don’t want 445 options and 10 pop ups every time I open the app. I want to see plants grow when I focus that I planted that’s it.

   Screen/tapping not working. I downloaded the app and was enjoying it until trying to do my first focus mode. The buttons wouldn’t allow me to tap them and nothing would happen. This happened on nearly every screen except the settings page and the land page. Cancelled free trial and uninstalled.

   Porn Ads. I have no problem with the very rare ads you only get when you first open the app and when you want extra raindrops/sunshine. However, just a second ago, I was very very shocked to see the ad being literal porn. Like actually very explicit…. apart from that explicitness, I’ve tolerated the implicitness of the other suggestive cam sites ads, but it seems that it’s escalated too much. this is a good app— please choose your sponsors carefully. It was disgusting.

   Doesn’t allow Spotify. When I first used the app it worked but now whenever I use the strict mode it won’t allow me to use Spotify no matter how many times I’ve used the whitelist to allow it to work.

    Hypocritical. A focus centered app should not have ads especially ones that you cannot close out of without closing the whole app. Having to close the whole app is very annoying. This app is now deleted.

    Overwhelmingly loud and annoying. Immediately plays loud music and dumps you into an overload of visual information instead of allowing you to calmly and quickly utilize its intended features.

    Questionable.. This app is somewhat effective, I suppose. However, exiting out of the app cancels the timer, and it wants to you to not turn your phone off at all, claiming that flipping your phone over saves more battery than turning it off. It still gives you rewards if you quit halfway through, which seems counterproductive to me. On strict mode, it doesn’t allow you to go into apps; which is fine, accept that it completely restricts your ability to go into apps at all. You also have to use suns in order to put apps on a whitelist. When I told it not to send me notifications, it responded with “Are you sure you don’t need a little reminder to stay off?” Which just makes me personally very uncomfortable. It’s a fine app in regards to focusing, I suppose. However, certain things (like the ones I mentioned) make me feel as if there’s more going on in the background, and most definitely does not make me feel like my phone is safe. It seems like they’re trying to mine your data. It could be just me, but it could also very much be more. The whole thing is suspicious, in my opinion.

    Doesn’t have landscape view. Can’t use it because I use my iPad in landscape in the Magic Keyboard. I’m not going to keep taking it out just to use this productivity app. Please update for people actually using their iPad for productivity.

    Annoying. There's too much going on. How is it supposed to help me focus when it has so many features? plants, animals, daily login events, there's TOO MUCH. It should be simpler, otherwise it's just another distraction. and the animations aren't cute :(((

    New update. Good app overall, new bug fix makes it so I can’t listen to Spotify or music while focusing.

    Too many ads. Some of the features are nice but there is way too much of a push for me to watch dumb ads and waste my time. I wanted an app to help me be more productive and move toward goals but all it seems to want me to do is watch ads.

    there’s way too much going on.. keep it simple, there’s a dozen different things to do. collect coins, random clouds, multiple daily prizes, daily and weekly quests and everything in different places. gardeners, badges, plants. pick a few features and leave it alone.

    Fun concept , way too complex. For a game trying to keep you focused, there’s wayyyyyy too much going on on the “game” side of the app. You got different lands, characters, plants, etc and all I wanted to do is set a timer and grow a tree. Instead I spend 15 minutes trying to just figure the game out and another 5 minutes every time you open the app going through some stupid tutorial. Way too much going on when the whole goal of the game is to get you off your phone

    Not too useful. I didn’t find this app motivating. Too much game play that seems kinda irrelevant to helping me focus. “Points” (raindrops) come mainly from meeting random and even irrelevant challenges rather than from actual time spent focusing, which is rather discouraging if their challenges don’t align with your goals or intents. I find there are too many things to keep track of too. I like simplicity. Anything more than that seems a waste of time. I love the website StudyTogether, but can only track one thing on there, so I went looking for something similar that would help me to track something else, but haven’t found anything, so I tried this, but this is just too cluttered with a bunch of things to keep track of which felt like a waste of time. There also doesn’t seem to be a way to turn off the haptics. Each time you water a plant it shakes your phone about three times. This is a waste of battery life and feels annoying too. I also don’t need a whitelist since I rarely use my phone for anything other than calls and if a call comes in, I must take it and don’t want to lose track of how much time I spent on my task, not to mention that feels punitive. I also would just end the session since I can’t talk and work on my task also. So, I just end up doing 5 minutes at a time so I don’t get penalized, but that is disruptive of flow. I don’t need a babysitter. I needed an app that encourages me to spend more time on my task and tracks it accurately. Growing plants seemed fun, but looking at the plants didn’t give me a feel for how much I’d focused, which would have been encouraging. The two felt out of sync. If you are looking for something similar to what I was, then this may not be the app for you.

    Never opens at the first try. I loved this app when I first downloaded it. Enjoyed the creative variety of plants. Unfortunately a few weeks in, it stopped opening in the first few attempts. It keeps loading and gets stuck. It’s disappointing to keep waiting for it to open when you are feeling all productive and wanting to use this app.

    Changed. I used to really love this app especially the pause feature which allowed me to quickly address time sensitive things or take small breaks without disrupting my progress. I liked that there were only a couple of pauses because it made me ration the breaks. Unfortunately, I recently logged on and saw that the pause feature is no longer available. Please bring back this feature or else I’m going to have to find a new focus app to use
