   App won't open on Mac. Don't know how else to report an issue. I click on the app and a white window flashes onto the screen for a second and disappears. Doesn't open at all

   DO NOT SUBSCRIBE! Cannot cancel subscription!!. They are lying about being able to cancel auto-renew in account settings! Told them to cancel per their instructions, never got a response and they charged my card anyway. The contact information given is fake and there is no help on their support page. Don’t get ripped off like I did!

   Usage. I’ve been using this app for six months or more and I would like to summarise my experience and share my impressions. Unfortunately, there’s not much good to say about this app especially for USMLE ( STEPs) studying. I don’t recommend using subscription. Test this app first and you’ll understand. A lot of bugs, no useful updates (last month no updates at all),support doesn’t respond or do nothing, promising fix everything when you text they. Too poor and expensive study app!

   Is this a scam?. I couldn’t get past the “send code” prompt. I sent my email multiple times and never received the code. I deleted the app. #Suspicious #Beware

   0 transparency. changed the name after profiting from the real Anki for so long. 0 explanations on that. then you are signed out & are REQUIRED to give your email so they could send you a verification code to sign in. Eww I don't wanna give away my email. then an App you already paid for in the past now wants to get greedy and start making it subscription based so I can't even review my flash cards as many times as I want without paying. you get demoted & are required to pay up? Additionally, this app doesn't let you store your cards /info on any cloud server like iCloud, so they hoard all your info, and obviously charge for that. not to mention they probably use your data & will use it to train their AI. don't trust this company one bit. way too shady

    Stop tryna make me pay. All I wanted to do was review for my med term test and after reviewing for kid you not 5 minutes it said I used all my review time and wouldn’t let me review more without buying the unlimited. Excuse me? I’m not buying your unlimited. I’m just tryna pass my medical terminology course and you’re over here making me crash out because you won’t let me review after I MADE ALL THE 100 FLASHCARDS MYSELF IM JUST TRYNA PASS THIS UNIT AND YOUR OVER HERE MAKING ME CRASH OUT. I swear if I see the pay for 1 year unlimited message pop up again I’m done. I don’t recommend this app if you ain’t wanna crash out mid review.

    Used to be great, now miserably paywalled. If you want to block off cross-device syncing or cloud backup, fine. Don’t paywall something as simple as “the ability to look at more than a handful of cards a day”

    Tech Support FAQS don’t cover issues. The FAQs don’t cover, or I can’t find within them, how to set the card font and save it so that each new card uses the same font when I’m creating a new card. also, the instructions within and.FAQ don’t look anything like what is showing on my screen when I go to where the FAQ tells me to go. Please help.

    Frustrating that you can't set up a basic front back card. It seems silly that you are forced into a front/front back card. Trying to learn a language and I don't want the front on the back also. I want to be able to reverse the card for English to Spanish and Spanish to English learning. I'm confused as to why you would only have this one choice when classic flashcards are not set up this way.

    Algorithm isn’t good. I bought the year subscription, since i thought it was working pretty well. As i continued to use it, i realize that it was not cycling through my older cards frequently enough. I just repeated the newer cards over and over again, even after I had them completely memorized. There needs to be better customization for the algorithm to allow older cards to appear more frequently. Maybe the cards that appear are not based on day, but based on the number you flip. Either way, I’m going to move to the original Anki now. This was not worth 35 dollars

    new update blocks view. the “grade” for each flash card is no longer at the bottom and covers up the answers, seriously???

    Misleading Title: Not the Original Anki. Misleading title of app led me to believe I was supporting the creator of Anki through my purchase of the Unlimited subscription. I wish I did more research before buying, only to learn that this app copied the idea and interface of AnkiMobile. The one time purchase fee of the original app, AnkiMobile is cheaper than 5 months of this app, definitely support the actual developer.

    Rip off of AnkiWeb. Anki was recommended to me for flash cards and language learning and I wasted time with this app before I realized it was not what I was looking for, which is AnkiWeb and AnkiMobile

    Scummy nudges to buy premium. Was an ok app until they rolled out the daily limits which serve no purpose other than to annoy and make me want to find an alternative app. I’m sure they need to pay the bills for the AI feature, but was it really needed??

    Why would I pay a subscription for flash cards?. Exactly what it says on the tin. Absolutely absurd to limit daily reviews unless you buy a year long subscription. It’s flash cards? You could at least hide premium features behind it instead of making the app unusable for people who don’t want to pay.

    Not real Anki. Do not use. This app will inevitably paywall you by limiting the amount of reviews you can do and then trying to get you to spend $30. Anyway, I caved and started a subscription, and then I started looking for decks to download on PC. Upon trying to sync the two apps, my login wasn’t working on Anki web or the Anki desktop app. Then I found out they are not affiliated. These people made their own app to ride the coat tails of the Anki name
