   have to pay for everything. the app itself is free but you can’t do anything inside of it until you get a subscription.

   Has Scareware advertisement. Seems like it was going to be a decent app but then my first ad was scareware “Your account has been hacked…”. Norma ads I can deal with but this kind of content isn’t tolerable for me.

   App loses cards. I just subscribed to the app to make unlimited flash cards. I’m using my iPhone and my MacBook Pro m4 to make cards. The app started to lose cards. The number of cards in a deck starts to decrease on my MacBook without any interaction. When it hits zero the deck is erased from my phone and MacBook. Costing me all the time I spent sifting through information to make those cards. :(

    Can’t do anything!. You have to pay to do anything actually useful with this app. It’s not expensive, but it’s cheap, greedy, and lazy on the developers part

    Yeah, not free. I reinstalled this recently. It won’t let me use the product at all now without paying more for it… pretty sure I paid for this before. “Restore Purchases” does nothing. So, nope.

    Limited decks - battery usage. I thought this was going to be a good, simple flash card app. I have now wasted my time on converting my paper flash cards to this app because there are only 5 decks allowed unless, you guessed it, you pay for premium. Which is not posted in the description at all. Idk who can possibly get through their schooling with 5 flash card decks. It also eats up phone battery like crazy, which makes no sense since it’s VERY basic and doesn’t have a lot of features so that’s a 🚩🚩🚩. After converting some of my paper decks, I added additional cards with new info and now I have to go back and convert the new cards in the app to paper, using even more time…..

    I thought this was free?. I opened this app, was trying to figure out how to create my first flashcard, when up pops a screen asking me which plan I want to buy, with no way to X out of it. I have deleted the app, since I can’t create flashcards without first purchasing a plan. I thought this app was free…

    Free version scam. Is this a scam? I was happily using the free version until now. When I try to access my one deck I hit a pay wall. I guess now I can’t see my deck unless I pay a subscription?? Yes I did contact customer support with my problem, I even sent a screenshot to answer their question, they ghosted me.

    Ads every other click. I’ve had this app for 5 minutes and every other time I click something there’s an ad or it’s asking you to review them. The ads have all been scammy threatening messages and most aren’t in English so you don’t know which button to click.

    Flash card. I purchased the index card app sometime ago to prepare myself for the exam. Recently while I was using I know this no longer carrying my purchase content. When I try to refresh or access the material. I was prompt to pay again despite having paid for it. I hope the developers can resolve this issue improve the user experience.

    Photos stop working.. I paid for the full version of this app and liked it at first. However, I mainly used it with photographs - to learn ASL signs. Nearly all of my photographs on the flashcards now have a rectangle box with a question mark inside making all of my cards useless and a huge waste of my time and effort to make all of my different decks. Hopefully the developers will fix this issue and my photographs will repopulate without me having to manually redo the. If that happens I’ll edit my review.

    Extortion. I have used this app for a long time . I went to review my flash cards and they forced me to buy a subscription to access them. I don’t appreciate this especially if I was never notified they were going to make this kind of change. Made copies and I’m out not dealing with this type of app!!

    1 step takes 10 steps. I can’t emphasize enough how unintelligently this app was designed. 1998 technology was more user friendly. Someone make it make sense that anyone reviewed this positively. For example- shuffle doesn’t work. For example- you can just adjust the font size, they have header 1, 2 or 3 and if you tap them more than once they turn gigantic but not in any patterned way. It’s random what it does. Designed by really bad app designers.

    Horrible. Horrible! Don’t buy this!!! You spend money and you have so many pop up ads it will take you forever to make your cards. You are better to use index cards and do it the old fashioned way. What a waste!!!

    Ruined with ads and purchase requests. Every time you open the app and the card deck you have to see an ad. Then, if you want to just shuffle the cards which is the most basic feature of flash cards you have to upgrade to premium. Ridiculous

    This could be the best app ever but……. As if this review I haven’t even had a chance to use it. Had to purchase before I could try it even though there is a free version advertised. As soon as I completed the purchase it asked me for a review. At this point my experience has been horrific at best, hence the one star.
