   The app itself struggles; it keeps crashing.. I would watch a clip, the whole screen would freeze and then would have to rewatch or if finished with the clip I would have to close out the app and restart it.

   Incredibly hard to get the account started. Redundant process and extremely frustrating! I am trying to study for a test and this app was marketed as helpful, but it’s not.

   iPad app glitches and bugs. When using the improve tabs the window that opens that shows the option for either testing or deep dive. The window is partially cut off and it won’t let u scroll within it making it literally impossible to use

   The advertise of this app is on first pages of every damn book just click the content to skip that. I only works for iPad or iPhone so it’s incredibly unsatisfying to see in on iMac, because you could never really see the full screen. And it made it appear on the first page of every book it sells, make you think it’s a necessity, and it’s not. And I am also not able to delete it.

   Don’t waste your time.. I’ve tried multiple times to use this tool and have never been able to log in. (Sharpen.missingcontenterror) is all I ever get. I’ve removed the app and reinstalled. So much time wasted in trying to troubleshoot. Such a waste of time.

   Could be better. I don’t think the app is worth the extra money (Sharpen) , unfortunately I can’t get a refund since this subscription it’s connected to the Connect + and my school requires it for A&P. The app has many glitches, stops working mid quizzes, keeps logging me out, and over all navigating it seems complicated to me.

   Doesn’t work. I’m a bit upset, I cannot log into this app after seeing multiple times and am not recording an email to sign in. You shouldn’t need a code to sign in.

   Cut it out with trying to get me to buy stuff. I can’t even open my text book because of the pop up. >:(

    Do not purchase with a Connect Bundle. I purchased a 180 day access along with my Connect Access for Medical Language. I received an error message on my iPhone app, IPad app, and computer when I tried to use it. The suggestion from tech didn’t correct the situation. I called for a refund but since it’s connected with my Connect purchase which is required for my class, I couldn’t cancel it to receive a refund. If you want to take a chance, try one month. Don’t purchase in a bundle. Hope this saves someone some money.

    terrible. 0out of 5 experience. I don’t have the access to the book i bought from McGrawHill and they keep navigating me to this stupid app. This thing doesn’t show the book even after I logged in multiple times. I’m done struggling with this thing. I might be to dumb to use this thing but it’s just a fact that this thing is so freaking time consuming and annoying.

    Everything’s behind the subscription. How are all your spokespeople going to go on and on about how this is an amazing, “free”, study app, but then there’s essentially nothing for you to use unless you’re willing to pay, at minimum, $18/month. That’s absolutely absurd! Not to mention the things you can access aren’t that good. When you want to retake a quiz, the questions shouldn’t be the exact same! It should generate different questions, yknow, so you can actually learn the material instead of memorizing the answers! For shame

    error after error. prompted to download the app from mcgraw hills online e textbook. it’s already crazy that i pay 90 dollars to use an e textbook and complete homework just for one quarter . i figured the app would be useful to review for my final. nothing works. the UI is terrible and i’m met with blank pages and error after error. why advertise a product, that clearly isn’t ready for consumers (students). especially when you’re asking for more money

    Times out. Was pretty excited to start using this but when I go to sign up and select my subject, the network request times out after about 30 seconds. So I can’t even use it.

    Constant Scoring Issues. I’ll only miss a question or two on the practice tests and it won’t register my answers and say I missed a large amount and failed. It only works correctly about a quarter of the time.

    Misleading. My McGraw Hill Spanish book came with a flyer advertising the app Sharpen. I downloaded it to help with studying just to find out that Sharpen doesn't even have Spanish as a subject. I know that on the flyer it says "for select McGraw Hill courses," and I can understand if the app didn't have specific Spanish books, but it is incredibly misleading to send that flyer out with every Spanish book and not even have Spanish as a subject in the app. Please quit advertising for an app that will not help students in their course. Either fix the situation by at least adding Spanish to the app, or discontinue the flyer in all of the Spanish books if you aren't willing to add specific books... YET ALONE an entire subject!!

    Says to update app over and over. I downloaded the app on my iPad and was immediately directed to update the app, which I can’t, because I just downloaded what should be the most updated version. I’m in a never ending loop!

    Doesn’t have any kinesiology books. I’m using a book by McGrawHill for my college kinesiology class and it isn’t even in the app….deleting the app as soon as I finish this review. I was hoping this would help me study but completely worthless.

    Useless. This app appears useful until downloaded. In reality it has failed to deliver anything. I have tried to give it a chance on five separate occasions and it just does not deliver… anything except wasted time. …. Fail.

    Crashes Every Time. I’ve tried several times to open up the book for my class, but it never opens. it looks like it’s going to open but then it just crashes. It never works.

    Can’t Access App. I take an accounting class in the US using a McGraw Hill book. I cannot log in or even get an access code sent to my email when I downloaded this app.

    Have to pay for most content. I already paid a huge amount for your book and now you want $10 a month? Flashcards are the only useful thing offered for free but free flashcard apps are available everywhere.
