   Not worth it. Stays on 3oz cannot clear the screen. Went through two sets of batteries, seems like you have to turn it off every time you use it. Going back to my bass pro shop scale.

   Trash app. The app is trash go to purchase pro for my BUBBA SFS light in paid the subscription, but it don’t give me the pro mode will never buy another one of these scales. Waste of 75$ I did everything under the sun restarted everything but nothing updated it to 1.1.1 in still nothing trash.

   Won’t connect to smart scale. There are three scales. Bubba pro series, Bubba smart fish scale and the new Bubba fish scale lite. I just bought the middle one (Bubba smart scale $99) and it won’t connect to the app. Apparently only the pro and the lite models will work with the app. I kinda feel like I just wasted my money on a scale that won’t work with the app.

   Double fish entries are too easy. Can’t delete a double fish entry while on a trip. Even after the trip when you can delete the double fish, it doesn’t reduce the total fish caught by one

   App crashing. I just bought a scale installed the app got my subscription. App keeps crashing deleted and reinstalled app several times restarted the device several times still keep crashing.

    Lacks 5 fish competition. You can do a competition with co angler for total number of fish but not 5 best fish. Terrible design. 99% of tournaments are best 5 fish.

    Lots and lots of bugs. The scale is great and the app has a ton of potential. But it really needs some help fixing all the bugs, crashes and wrong info. It crashes constantly, tells you the wrong info, doesn’t count the total fish you caught properly. Needs a lot of fixing, especially when you have to pay for a subscription. If I’m paying for an app, then it should work like it should.

    Poor Connectivity. My Bubba Pro Scake would not connect via BT all day until I turned my hotspot off on my phone and disconnected the tablet that was connected. Once I did that, the scale finally connected. Also, the map of where I caught fish is way off! I was fishing a public lake in Nebraska and the catch location shows in the Gulf of Guinea 🥴

    Good app some issues. The app seems nice with the ability to store fishing trips and catches. The auto log feature does not seem to work I have it on the in the settings but once the scale settles it doesn’t auto log the fish in my records book.

    $200 scale and a subscription?. For all this money we spend you would like this app would work better. Just two of the many issues: 1.When you start a trip the app locks up until you force quit the app and reopen. 2.The catches you have during your trip does not show during the trip. Catch’s on the trip remain 0.

    Scale is great, app is bad. First the scale is great, probably the best you can get. The app needs some serious work. It crashes repeatably on certain functions, checked on multiple devices. I cannot even check if the scale has a software update due to crashing during the check. No idea why anyone would want to pay for the app/membership after the trial. l

    Has potential but misses the mark. The app could be great once bugs are worked out. Nearly every feature fails in some fashion. The private tournament mode failed to show other anglers in my app but mine name shows up on friends scales. Total fish catches always reads zero. Map layers don’t change, regardless of settings. It also freezes up and won’t allow me to review catches used the map feature. My posts disappear minutes after posting them. It would also be nice if they included another option when sharing catches. Right now it allows public or private. There should be an option to share with friends only. Hopefully they continue to improve the app over time. I also can’t log into the website with the app credentials. Trying the reset password feature accomplishes nothing.

    Very disapointed. I thought I had read that I could assign a catch to people with me on my boat. You cant. You can add fish to generic catch but you cant record that catch to your wife, son, friend for example so that you would know in September who caught what while fishing with you . I guess the marketing ploy is that she needs her own scale at $300 and her own account at $70 a year to register her own catch while fishing with me on my boat. I may decide to return it and use my old rapalla. How hard would it be to have a few users on the same scale?

    Buggy app. Trying to add a catch from two days ago, it lets me select the correct day and time but when it saves it, changes it to current date and time. Doesn’t save the location either. I select the spot on the map but when I save it uses my current location. Lastly, I could not find a way to get help in the app but they present you a million ways to upgrade to pro. I like the scale but the app needs work.

    Still needs work. I love the scale the app still needs work when you pay the money to be a member not all features work that is frustrating. It is not real user friendly it takes a lot to figure out some of the functions. They could make it better for sure in the app.

    Not sure. Don’t love the subscription portion of it but I get it. Need to be able to change the color of the preset cull tags to match any other system other tags that are not Bubba Tags. If you able to do it, I haven’t found it yet. You’re getting enough from everyone minus having to buy your tags too. Overall other than those the unit seems nice and not too bad to get accustomed to. Have not used it in a tournament setting so time will tell.

    Getting there…. Absolutely love the scale! Top notch all the way around. The app and its user abilities leave much to desire. Especially at the price they are charging per year, we expect and deserve more! Read your reviews and let your IT guys at it to make improvements and better the user experience.

    Awesome Scale but app could be better. Great scale that could be made better if only the app would get some needed fixes and added features that should have been there from start. Weight setting on scale are opposite of app no matter what you select.
