   At least give a 24 hour trial. Why would I spend $25-50 when I don’t even know if it will be useful. Let people demo the full access features. The basic app might as well be the map app on my phone.

   Keeps getting worse. App won’t even open anymore. And when it did, it needed a data connection. Couldn’t use it on the river with no cellular data. Kinda pointless.

Just another worthless money grab fishing app. seen so many ads and finally decided to download it just to find out the whole app is literally unusable unless u pay for a subscription. maybe further disclose that in ur ads before people decide to waste their time downloading this nonsense.

   Huh?. What a terrible app. Apparently you have to pay for a subscription to see anything? No idea what I’m looking at in here. Uninstalling after less than 5 minutes. Work on conversion.

   Stop trying to charge me. Charged me $43 for an app that I don’t use when I tried to cancel the free subscription. It charged me the $43.. if there’s a way to resolve this, that would be great. I’m not spending $43 on an app that I don’t use. For everyone safety don’t try the free subscription cause they’ll charge you.

    Can’t fish there. I ordered this app to help locate creek’s and streams. Works great for locating, but the areas that are marked as awesome to fish are not legally fish able!!

    New interface is terrible. The fact that when you click on my content in the new interface and nothing pops up is an astoundingly poor change. What’s the point of having a my content section if nothing opens when you click into the section. I have countless streams that were saved and none of that is usable anymore.

    Terrible app. Wish I wouldn’t have missed the date of the free trial. This app is not user friendly at all. You’re better off using google maps or Apple to look at the rivers.

    Never Opens…. Very disappointed with the app. 6 out of 10 times the app starts to open and never does. I have deleted and reinstalled the app 6 times and still doesn’t help. Also doesn’t matter what network I’m on, 5G or WiFi, it never opens. TroutRoutes blue screen of death…

    Removed the best feature. Previously, TroutRoutes used to load all basic maps and keep them loaded while fully offline. Now the app barely loads without excellent WiFi or phone service. Having the offline maps was the main reason I used the app, very useful to navigate to your next access point while in the middle of nowhere without service. Please bring this back TroutRoutes!

    App is going downhill. I’ve been using Trout Routes for years. However, recent updates continue to make the app less user friendly and harder to use in wild areas without network access. The last trip I used it a few weeks ago, it locked up and would not let me see any information, even after multiple restarts and troubleshooting. As someone who works in software and technology, I venture to guess that developers are pushing out changes to the app before they’ve even tested them thoroughly in the field. I cancelled my subscription because I can no longer trust the app.

    Wast of money. When I first stated using the app it would at least tell me the rating of a River now you have to pay for everything. Also most states have a website or app that you can see what rivers are stocked and the rating for free. And for river flows just use the usgs website. This used to be a useful app

    Subscription issues. I tried to purchase a single state upgrade but in the end, it gave me Montana, not the state I selected. I have reached out 2x to customer support with no response. The lack of phone support and lack of communication from their end is unacceptable and I would not purchase this application again. Avoid this app unless you want to throw away your money! I’ve had issues with onX in past years and it’s my fault for believing they have improved I guess.

    Ruined by recent update. I loved this app previously enough to purchase the full version. The most recent update has rendered it almost useless. Previously, when I would click on a stream, it would display the data as expected. Now, it only displays a link to the PFBC site that I can’t even click to open. The link opens to legacy version of the app, which is probably the root of this problem, that the app hasn’t been updated to read from current data. This needs to be corrected ASAP, otherwise I’ll be canceling my subscription and moving to a platform that actually works as advertised.

    Clunky. Clunky and seriously useless app that highlights every stream in a state at once. Impossible to differentiate the streams. Just a money grab for no use.

    Don’t Waste Your money. **Bait and switch Scam** The app advertises a single-state option for $20 (vs. $60 for nationwide), which sounds perfect for people like me who don’t travel out of state. But once you purchase it, you quickly find out it’s basically useless. When you tap into details for your local rivers, the app tells you that you need to upgrade to the nationwide subscription anyway. So the $20 “single-state” plan gives you *no* real functionality—no more than you’d get if you spent $0. Total waste of money. Save yourself the frustration.

    Learn to Fish. This app has genuinely destroyed the fishing in my hometown. Learn to read a map and find things yourself. Whoever invented this should be ashamed. You have ruined fishing for everyone who has ever put in the work. How embarrassing.

    Customer Support. Support is hard to get to for this app. Often takes you to a godaddy page, no phone number to contact for help. Responses often take a long time. I paid for the annual plan and can’t get access to the features or get help from support. It would be a nice addition to allow angler input on streams as well.

    The spot nuking “Reserve America” of fly fishing.. Here in Colorado we have encountered your people. Just a bunch of clowns hopping out of the car with still coil-ey bright yellow flyline telling us how they made it here and then corking people. You guys are the worst. You lie to yourselves about this not impacting nature because you want to prosper off this whole deal. No angler of any ethic would do what you’ve done. Wow, the damage to spots and ruining the experiences of people who actually did the work. I’d bet money that you are millennials that haven’t fished for 35+ years to see what already happens over time, even without your damage accelerator.

    Not good. I wanted to give zero stars but it wouldn’t let me. Just curious when the last time you updated what these streams are actually like in PA. I spent the last 2 days checking out some of them, several were dried up or just about dry. I just don’t get it you ask people to pay money to get updates of streams for good trout fishing and we get to drive around all day looking at weed infested creeks and streams that are bone dry. Do a better job
